Luckily we have a store only one mile from our house. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I didnt have to know anything...they took care of choosing the right replacement battery and installed it in minutes. Great products and people.

Lady manager was rude screaming at me before I got inside the store because I forgot my facemask! Shes like a grandmother hen, especially for the new kid looking over his shoulder and bossing him around. I felt horrible for him, sad. He looked terrified. She wants to tell me she got 30 years in this business! I told her she needs to work on her customer service! Unbelievable and I heard many others had already complained about her and nothing is done. THE 2 GUYS WERE AWESOME!! Need to make the older young man the manager. He is totally knowledgeable and nice!

I am only giving this place 3 stars because of a gentleman name Tim, without Tim I would give this place 0 stars if I could!! All of the other employees there are pretty much useless. There is one woman who I assume is the manager because of the gray shirt, she is just terrible! Tim was able to help me with my car but sadly every time I go he isnt there. I was told by another employee that he only works on weekend. I have been going into this place since I was younger with my dad and Tim has always been one of the people to help us. Sad that we dont get his help anymore. Like one of the other reviewers mentioned this place hit rock bottom. They used to be really good but as of late it just seems like they are dragging their foot. It no longer has the good customer service it once had. Im not sure if it has anything to do with Tim not being there more, but whatever it is they need to fix it fast.

I wasnt going to go to autozone because a bad experience, but decided to go in anyway. I came across a young man name Tim who greeted me nicely. I couldnt figure out what was up with my car and thankfully after talking to tim for awhile he helped me figure out what it was. I wish this store and other autozone had more people like Tim.
