This place has excellent customer service. I walked in not knowing what I was going to get my wife. The salesperson asked me some questions to help me figure out the best chocolates for her. It worked because she was very happy Christmas morning when she opened up her gifts from here.

World famous chocolate shop and its easy to see why. Great selection of not only chocolates and truffles, but also beautiful soft serve ice cream and parfaits. Great place to get boxes of chocolate for any occasion or to go get their parfaits and ice cream for a fantastic treat.

This location was busy, but the staff was awesome. They were welcoming when I arrived, made recommendations, and one made me a sample of their strawberry chocolixir, which was delicious! I got chocolate petit fours (white bows), a chocolate hazelnut clam shell, a dark chocolate raspberry truffle (red stripe), and three seasonal offerings. One has a popping candy in the center (four on the right), one is a truffle with passionfruit (cocoa dusting), and I have forgotten what the flavor with the two little men is. Everything was delicious as always with the quality customary of Godiva.

Im a young girl who always goes to this store after my muscular dystrophy doctors visit to get chocolate covered strawberries everytime. I believe the store usually closes at 8 and because of covid it closes around 7. My family and I arrived at before 7 but had to Wait outside for the people inside to Ben done. By the time they were finished it was 7:03 and we were told that we had to leave. We already knew what we wanted and were only hoping to get our snack and leave quickly. I love chocolate covered strawberries and I’m highly upset with this occurrence.

Went to this store on the afternoon of Friday, September 4th. Staff was very rude and acted bothered that we were there to purchase their overpriced chocolate. We went in as a family of 5 (3 children), all wearing our masks, no other customers in the store, no sign saying how many customers allowed in the store at a time. The guy working the counter, rudely yells only 4 in the store at a time, yells it again a couple of times, as if we don’t understand English. The woman working with him wasn’t helpful or pleasant either. I own businesses, and I’d be livid to learn my employees treated anyone like this. Customers pay your salary, in case you two don’t understand business/customer service.

Chocolate dipped strawberries are expensive here compared to Sams Club. I had gift card so decided to use it. I recommend you go when its after 5pm because it is not busy then. Came once around 1pm & left because no one helped me. They were so busy. Returned after work was able to get better service.

Chocolate what is there to say. It either makes you feel good or not. If good enjoy the feeling. If not just dont go back any more. Sounds easy but it really isnt so let your conscience be your guide.

I love Godiva chocolates! This is a great place to stop by and especially during the holidays. They always have something special going on and right now they have some of the best hot chocolate Ive ever had in my life.

Really good soft serve swirl. It was a bit quick to melt, but it was tasty. Also the chocolates are amazing, if youre into truffles you should try the creme brulee one.

Dont forget the free chocolate you get for being a member. Best part of the Godiva shop is a free sample.

Godiva has the very best chicolates!! It is chocolate heaven. The chocolate shake is almost too good to be true. This is one of my happy places. Chocolate really is an antidepressant.

Obviously you cant beat the quality of the chocolates here. What made the visit outstanding was the service provided by the Associate on duty. He was friendly and helpful.
