Such nice people! The ladies in the bakery did an awesome job on the cake I ordered! Thank you so much! The young man in the produce section was just as kind a can be. The cashier and bagger were so helpful too! I know I spend a little more here but the kindness of the staff is worth it to me!

You will never meet a sweeter person at any grocery store than Ms. Kenisha in the seafood department. That young lady is one in a billion when it comes to caring about customers and working hard to find the fish or meat or any item in the store your trying to find . She wont forget a face either, even after long period of time she will notice her customers and come ask how they are doing . Amazing soul . Cares about everyone. Publix is lucky to have employees like her.

This is my first ever disappointment with Publix. I called the deli to order plain wings 45 minutes prior arriving to the store. When I arrived to the store additional 15 minute wait just to find out the wing box dropped and it would be an additional 30 minute wait on the wings. Im very disappointed if the wings dropped on the floor someone should have immediately cooked more.

Sometimes priced may not be as low as some of the other grocery stores. But the store is clean and so are the bathrooms. Customer service is excellent. Meat and fruit choices are great. Publix is my choice.

They have matcha and gochujang and the meat and produce is consistently good. Can’t ask for more living in the sticks.

Never had a bad meal at Longhorn Steakhouse... Service is always A+... Food is always fresh, and freshly prepared. Ive had a couple of steaks over the years that have come out the wrong temperature but if you can show me any steakhouse that doesnt do that on the daily you would amaze me... There was nothing wrong with our meal however the manager came over and just asked us about our experience this evening and we explained that we were very appreciative that the staff was able to seat our large party and even though it wasnt at one table we were all together... One of the best Fathers Day dinners Ive had with my dad and my sons and I wanted you to know that I appreciated it.Thank you, to the Carrollton LongHorn Steakhouse.

Cashier and Deli staff were super friendly and helpful. The lady bagging the groceries and the gentleman bringing in the carts didnt respond to me. Actually looked at me with disgust.

Need better salads that are fresh. Staff not the friendliest.

I ordered a few subs online. When we got there you could tell that they were running behind. The manager apologized a few times and seemed genuinely concerned with getting the order out. About 15 minutes after the order was due, he came back with a gift card and another apology.He didnt have to do that but he went above and beyond and turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a great example of how to handle a rush of orders.

We shop for groceries here often. We prefer the fruits and vegetables at Publix over the local Kroger or Ingles because we usually find they have a good selection that is well stocked, fresh and appealing.We also travel farther to this store as we can usually find whole sides (filet)of fresh salmon to portion ourselves. I recommend, if you like shrimp or crab legs but you shy away from preparing them, that you go here and ask them to steam you a pound of either with your favorite seasonings. Mmm GOOD!

I was visiting this location .It was really nice and clean, well stocked .I live in the town in Fl that Publix was founded and has its corporate offices so to say I am a Publix fan is an understatement .I shop Publix weekly .

Called deli to order 2 sandwiches and was told by Geraldine that she couldnt take phone orders. Super annoying, I dont have time for this today. I know this is wrong so I ask again, she says their busy and it would be an hour and a half. This is definitely not like publix i called spoke to a manager, Courtney apologized yet offered nothing more and said shed speak with the deli cashier. When I arrived later I noticed Geraldine is a deli manager! Hopefully shell get a refresher on training and Courtney as well.

Publixs is always good to go there no matter where it is located.

I love the prepared Salads, however, today is 6/7 and the sell date on the Salads is 6/10. The lettuce is already turning brown, there needs to better quality control.

Waited for 5 minutes for the hot deli to get fried chicken, there was a line for subs so after waiting 3 more minutes and no one was helpng I moved to the sub line, so we are now at 8 minutes 2 more minutes went by ( 10 minutes) 2 people show up where I was standing and the lady making subs goes and helps them, that was very rude to do, at that point I left and got my chicken dinner at krogers

The parking lot is a nightmare! The store was very clean, it made shopping more pleasant.

Well organized and stocked store. Might want to make sure every cashier knows how to take payment through the publix app, though. Super annoying when they dont know how.

Avoid the bakery at this location. Rude and don’t care if you take money elsewhere.

Terrible service in Delli. Asked one of them about the line and getting people to help us with the hot meal side and he had an attitude. told me that if we wanted to get waited on, we should get in the line for hot food and not delli. We thought that it was just one line and not separate lines. I didnt appreciate the attitude and the young man was not helpful at all. Please fix and ensure that people know where to go.

Great store! Due to the coronavirus. My wife and I decided to order in Thanksgiving dinner this year. To stay safe we decided to celebrate Thanksgiving, just the two of us 💞. I have to say that the turkey was great as well the sides.

Janet in customer service & Lindsey the assistant night manager were extremely rude & refused to help me when i asked for it. when i called to complain Lindsey came on the phone & just hung up on me. Generally enjoy shopping there but why dont the baggers know how to bag? Who puts canned goods with fresh peaches or bread or salad? That routinely happens even though I purposely separate my groceries into categories.

My sub was so good . it took two bags to contain it. Axcel definately gave me two meals. The mgr. Told me about a complimentary mask. My car was a jaunt away. And showed me paper pack when I asked. Tax write-off.

I contacted this publix to make me a cake I’ve had made at another Publix before. When I called the lady took my order with no problem but the next day someone called me and told me they didn’t know how to make my cake, I offered to send or bring in a photo and she declined. I explained to get the cake as close as possible as I wanted. I called the day before my cake was due just to confirm they where going to make it as close as possible they lady in the phone just rudely said “we already told you we couldn’t do it and we’re just making it like the stock photo” I explained that was okay but I just wanted more roses. She started to yell at me! So I just told her never mind I’ll go to another public. Went to Publix on Lee rd and they made the cake EXACTLY how I wanted I didn’t have to settle!

Great safe service

I would give zero stars if I could. I went to pick out a floral arrangement with a friend for a dinner party. We overheard a couple talking to the associate that they needed a balloon arrangement down and would be happy to shop while she did it. As we were picking out our arrangement, coming down to the final few, the associate irritably tells us that “she needs to finish her balloon order and can’t finish it until we either move or hurry up and pick out our flowers.” (Even though it’s was no rush because as said before, we overheard the customers talking to her saying they were in no hurry.) We came to this store because it was close to the little Wells Fargo Drive thru bank, but from now on we will continue to get our floral arrangements from Kroger. It was about 4 pm March 28th, and some irritable, maybe 60 year old lady.
