Yes it is true bad costumer service as the other reviews. It definitely seems like now days companies the have a lot of business the last thing they worry is bad customer service, no call back, no fallow up, no direction, they just dont care.

Horrible customer service! The lady in the front Daniela is super rude and always has an attitude. Isnt she being paid to do her job? She needs to straighten up her attitude or they need to hire better people.

They start unloading at 630am,,and they are quick only works if your ready,yea you have to untarp in the street but still not too bad

Lady behind desk very unprofessional and rude. i have transffered the same account to multiple cities, across MULTIPLE STATES! Was told not in Dallas and i would have to provide cc information. So i gave her my 1100.00$ order and tried to give her the office phone number when she told me, we dont take cc over the phone that it would have to be emailed or i could fill it out myself. if i had the cc on me i wouldve just given it to her. who has the extra time to fill out cc apps just because this is Dallas. you are not special...i will gladly take my 1100.00$ to Cowtown Supply. and the 4000.00$ i will be spending in the next 4 days as well.

That staff was absolutely amazing.. I was refered my my friend who purchased supplies here... Im glad i went with his recommendation... They didnt rush me and answered all questions.. Will be coming back for sure..
