Had the worst experience here. Do not shop both ladies in there have terrible service. They laughed at the dress fitting. Bad vibes!! DO NOT recommend whatsoever.

I went to Liz to get a prom dress for my daughter and it was ordered 3 weeks prior. They took her measures and I thought it was going to fit perfect. We went to pick it up and it was huge, to long and to big so they measured her again and I decided to call 2 days before her prom and the lady acted like they didn’t even started the adjustments because she put me on hold for about 5 minutes looking for the dress. So we picked it up she tried it on and the dress was super long so we had to take it somewhere else to get last minute adjustment one day prior to prom. They need to be more organized. I was not satisfied.

Nora was great she took her time helping look for a dress for my niece.

The owner has no sense of accountability or professionalism. The only reason I am able to give any stars at all in this review, is because I have had great service prior to this incident. However, after yesterday, I will not be returning to this business or recommending their service. My bridal dress was taken in for alterations and I was given 3 different dates to pick it up as ready and it was not completed any of those times. I had to keep wasting my time to go and check on an uncompleted dress. They insisted I return 2 days before my wedding for pick up, but I had no time and had to make them complete it the same day. Even then, I know the work was rushed and not of quality. I have been getting my quinceanera dresses, proms, alterations.... everything I needed from them, but now I will be searching for another establishment.

I have been in here for several occasions and never been disappointed. Liz Bridal always has the newest dresses and has always provided great customer service. I highly recommend this place for your baptism needs, quinceañera, bridal, flower girls, bridesmaids dresses. They also have a great variety of tuxedos styles. This place has been around for a long time and I aways recommend it to my friends and family.

The manager and workers are really helpful,kind, and really chill. I don’t know why these people are saying it’s bad probably they’re the problem not the place. I’ve been getting my dresses there and I recommended my friend to get dresses from this place. I found my quinceñera dress from here and found my prom dress I’ll be back for the wedding dress. Went in person a few weeks ago, my niece tried on a dress and we were give price and other info on business card. We lost the card and I called to get the pricing and info again and the lady wouldnt give it to me, she said we had to go back to the store because they could not discuss pricing over the phone. Really??? smh

Manager was very rude to me today. I had called on feb 27th to tell them i could no longer get the package due to a family issue with my step daughter the lady that i had spoke with told me that i could go get store credit and they had not ordered the dress yet. Well today i had called to give store credit for a friend for her daughter 15 and so i called try to explain the issue and she told me well the dress is here thank you and bye just like that and hung up on me . I called back to speak with manager and it was the same person i spoke with i told her she was very rude and so forth. This place screws you over i do not recommend this place to anyone . I would give this place 0 stars.

I went to all of the stores on Jefferson with my sister looking for her wedding dress and nobody really paid any attention to us. At other stores not only did we not recieve any attention, but the ladies were also very rude. The girl working at Liz was very help, my sister was able to try on dresses and found the one she loved. We went on a Saturday so it was super busy, I would recommend going during the week. I avoid going Saturday and Sunday, because people bring their entire family. We got her dress and some accessories there. My sisters wedding was last weekend and everything came out perfect.

The lady was very friendly I went straight in and she helped me find a dress I wasn’t looking for but soooooo love it thank you 💕

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The staff was very rude and wouldnt help my mother or me even look for a dress or even give us the time of day whatsoever. They acted like we didnt belong if you know what I mean. The rest of the dress shops on this street are exactly the same if not worse. One wouldnt even sell me a dress because she says so. If youre of Hispanic origin then it looked like they would be very helpful, but if youre white like me, get ready to be treated like complete crap. I dont hardly ever pull out the race card but when I have cash in hand trying to purchase and there is no other possible difference in me and a family that comes in AFTER me yet the staff rushes to help them then I dont know what else to think other than the obvious. I will never be back.

Its my senior year and I was really looking forward to attending my senior prom. I came here to find a dress 2 months in advance, I gave the lady an idea of what I was looking for. She brought out several books and I saw a dress that I fell in love with. I orded it and put a $140 deposit. (the total is $210). 3 weeks later they called me to tell me my dress was ready. So I went and the dress looked nothing like the picture. It was made out of really cheap fabric. They have a no refund no return policy so now im out $140 and have 3 weeks to find a new dress at at NEW location.

Yo llegue a ordenar la ultima muneca para una quinceanera. El evento era para el 28 de Julio, bien me acuerdo de haber puesto la orden casi mas de un mes de anticipacion. Hasta deje un deposito (para que supieran que la cosa era seria) De alli en adelante no las moleste ni las apuere en NADA! Se aserco la fecha (una semana antes) Hable y prengute si estaba lista me dijieron que el Jueves, llego y nada que no estaba lista venga manana al llegar el Viernes me quiesieron quedar mal otraves... y no yo me sente en su negocio hasta que terminaran. Which let me to believe i was in good hands (so, i thought) My event date was July 28th and i put an order in for a last doll that is often used for quinceaneras. This order was placed well before a month put down a deposit (so, they knew i meant business) i did not want last minute pop-ups. From there on i never bothered them as in picky, and rushing them. A week before the date I call and ask if its ready... they sound unsure and tell me yes this Thursday. Here we go the..situations i NEVER wanted, came Thursday gave me EXCUSES! Come back tomorrow it will be DONE the said... I came and there was more EXCUSES I literally sat my behind and waited for them to finish my doll. It is unbelievable that i went an extra mile for them as in (made order on time, never bothered them, gave a deposit) and they still cannot finish their job. As soon as i saw that doll... it was the WRONG COLOR!!! LET ME TELL YOU NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK!

Very rude staff. The girl who helped us had no problem letting my sister try on a dress but the main one even went as far to ask for my ID because she didnt think I was related to her. Honestly dont recommend at all.No recomiendo esta tienda. La señora muy mal portada.

Very beautiful dresses but when we bought the things of my nieces quinseñera, the crown that we aviated was sold by the bouquet and headdress they did not have, they wanted to give us one of very poor quality and the photo album and signature was the same as the bouquets that we They wanted to give of very poor quality and nothing to do with the ones we had chosen. In dresses I give it 5 stars but the truth is that we are not satisfied and that all cash was paid, not paid.

They recommended this store to me and to my surprise I spend about 5 minutes looking at the Dresses and another 5 minutes standing in front of the cashier and I do not even turn my eyes to tell me wait a while completely ignored fatal then they should move the staff who attends 😂 Later I found this kristine Boutique Woww Super Excellent Service a very friendly staff there I grabbed her package and my daughters 15-year-old dress I recommend it, they are super beautiful😍👍

I give them 0 ⭐ the very stupid do not specify that the filthy covers chairs, are the year they became fashionable, apart from nejos, stained, all broken and in the middle of the decoration they realized, that they were of the ancient for folding chair, do me the favor woman, that is no longer used, the fault was who recommended it and still you charge me to go and bring them back, more disgusting and ugly place, never go here, and that because they only rented covers chairs, I do not want to imagine anything else 😡😡😖

Please do not go here I do not recommend them. I bought my quinceanera dress here a few months ago and they gave me another one that I hadnt chosen. The woman who assisted me with the one who made the purchase was not when I went for my dress. I am very disappointed because they gave me another dress that was not to my liking but I ended up fucking it since my big party was approaching. I did not want to complain at the time since I am not problematic and much less I like to go to court lawsuits. I hope that what happened to me does not happen to you. So I do not recommend this place better look for another where not led will spoil your party.
