I had the best experience at GLL Dallas. Alexis was so wonderful and took time to really go over what I was looking for and as well as getting detailed measurements. She was so patient with me and provided helpful feedback. I had a couple other appointments at other boutiques and honestly they did not even compare to my time at Grace Loves Lace.

Jazzy was AMAZING! Her personality honestly made my experience at GLL. She was so excited for me and just emanated joy. Even though I didnt find my dress, she helped me into some amazing looks which were exactly what I was going for. I cant say enough praise about Jazzy, shes perfect for what she does. Also the showroom is so fun and has a great luxurious, cool aesthetic.

Beautiful place and beautiful dresses made in Australia!An experience I will never forget, the service and staff were amazing and the process is so easy and relaxed! Recommending all my girlfriends just so I can go there again lol! Not to mention there is champagne!

Wonderful experience at Grace Loves Lace. ShaToya helped me find my wedding gown(not this one pictured :). ) We had almost the place to ourselves the first half. Very peaceful, great champagne, perfect service and no pressure at all. Ive gone to a lot of bridal boutiques with friends, and this was by far the best experience Ive had. Would 100% recommend!

During my first visit to Dallas I knew I’d be remiss if I didn’t schedule an appointment with this beautiful bridal shop. I was there by myself to look at gowns but after spending some time with Jaslynne I felt like a girlfriend was right there with me helping out. Of course the dresses are beautiful but the staff is also lovelyeveryones really nice and super helpful and the music was great.

My best friend tried on dresses and we drove up from Houston - our stylist was so helpful and let her try on a ton of gowns, they even allowed us a longer appointment since we came from far away! It was a great experience and WOW the quality of dresses is there!!

A little over a year ago, I worked with Emily to find my perfect dress. She made my experience unforgettable in the best way possible.She made me feel comfortable, confident, and was such a joy to work with. She also was able to read my style and brought out a veil (that I was adamant about not wanting), which just completed my whole look.Thank you to the GLL team for making a dress that fit my body perfectly and captured my style. And thank you to the GLL Dallas showroom staff for being such a pleasure to work with.

My only warning to anyone who has an appointment with GLL Dallas is everything after it won’t compare, so don’t waste your time like I did. I went to GLL as my first stop in my trip with several bridal appointments at different places following. Once I went to another bridal boutique after GLL, I immediately knew that I needed to go back to GLL and spend my energy there. The experience is top-notch. You’re not shifting through dresses in bags like other places. I worked with Jaslynne in my first appointment and she was sooo sweet, patient and made me feel comfortable (especially for it being my first time)! I made a 2nd appointment after I realized every other bridal store was a disappointment so I could try on the dresses I liked again. My second appointment was with Alexis and she is amazing too!!! I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. It was an amazing experience. I left GLL Dallas not yet placing an order (because I was torn between 2 gowns and 2 veils). I even emailed Alexis a few days later asking if she can get me a picture of a veil/gown combo - and she was so sweet and did and even had someone model it for me! She stayed in contact with me the week I was debating between the two. I finally placed my order today and Alexis was there to complete the order for me making sure I am getting exactly what I want. I can’t say enough about the ladies at GLL Dallas. If you’re like me, I felt a little intimidated to be going into such a glamorous IG-worthy spot. It’s definitely glam and IG worthy but these ladies are down to earth and didn’t care that I was profusely sweating throughout the changes (LOL!). Highly highly recommend GLL Dallas, Alexis and her team! And don’t even get me started on the quality/beauty of these dresses…… can’t be beat.

What HORRIBLE customer service. I scheduled an Appointment for my Model to purchase a dress (days in advance w the helper) & they CANCELED on the spot because they changed their mind about a Camera in the room. I understand PR policy but I made it very clear before booking & simply reviewing your BOOKING DETAILS or a simple courtesy call would have helped. ALOT. What HORRIBLE customer service!!

I highly recommend the Grace Loves Lace Dallas Showroom! The store manager, Emily, was such a pleasure to work with. Emily was able to secure a sample of my dream dress from another showroom and have it shipped to me in time for my wedding. She walked me through all of the options for my dress and helped me figure out the exact size I needed. After my dress arrived she even followed up with some recommendations for tailors in my area! I could not have asked for a better shopping experience. Emily and her Dallas team are without a doubt 5 Stars!!!

Words cannot describe how WONDERFUL my experiences have been with Grace Loves Lace. From the moment I stepped into the showroom, I was met with kindness and warmth.My experience was personalized beyond my expectations. I came by myself and was nervous to say the least. From my very first interaction with Rebecca, I knew that I had found the spot to get my dress.Not only did I buy the dress on the spot, which I do not normally do, she also helped me make decisions with my shoes and accessories- all of which are on display as well.After buying my dress I was in need of a dress for a styled shoot for a magazine here in Dallas. The photo shoot was extremely last minute and bridal shops were not able to accommodate. This was not the case with Grace Loves Lace...They contacted their corporate office who immediately responded and offered to overnight a dress from LA. Long story short, the manager of the Dallas showroom HAND DELIVERED a dress for the shoot and stayed to help style. I was blown away.I will recommend this showroom over any in Dallas.

After seeing my GLL dream dress online I knew I had to meet her. The closest showroom to where I live (New Orleans Louisiana) is Dallas Texas. So I did what I had to during this pandemic and made the trip with my 2 guest to the GLL Dallas Showroom. That’s an 8 hour drive one way!!! When we arrived I was a little anxious and stressed due to the drive, but when I met my amazing stylist Alexis Box I immediately knew I was in great hands and this was going to be the day I dreamed about since I was a little girl 👰🏻Y’all, it was like trusting a bestie, she made me so comfortable...and what many brides experience as a stressful time was so much fun because of Alexis! She put together what I believe is the perfect Bridal style from head to toe and I will forever be so grateful.Also, let me just say, the showroom itself was magical!!! Like...the absolute perfect place to have a bridal shoot. It was so stinkin’ perfect, and the lighting made me look like a Boho Goddess.Yesterday, I said yes to the dress I honestly believe was made just for me. Ok so, let me just start by saying that GLL Dallas is wonderful. The staff at this location is amazing ( even Rebecca who was my online chat girl since COVID.. giiirlll I see you ).. buuuuttttt it 100% didn’t start great with GLL. I ordered a dress online based off my measurements, which then put me in touch with the NY store to order over the phone.. let me just get it out there in the nicest way possible in three words NOT FOR ME, the manager was SO rude.. like; so beyond rude - fast forward to me getting my dress ( which by the way should feel amazing ) I tried it on and it was too big * insert crying emoji times 10 * so, I had to call the NY store back to have them help me, which turned into me feeling bad that I ordered the dress to begin with.... Anyways.. my amazing hubby to be and I noticed that there was a store in Dallas which isn’t too far from us so I called to tell them my situation - Alexis was so helpful and made me feel better about everything - told me to come in and I AM SO F’N HAPPY I DROVE UP THERE !!!! First of all if you haven’t been in their store and you’re in a reasonable driving range - G O ! 100% GO ! They make you feel like the only bride getting married, the store is super cute and clean.. get Alexis as your stylist - you won’t regret it.. also, She helped me decide on the most perfect dress and then after - we had a dance party and I felt like we were friends forever. I’m so thankful for reaching out to her ! Thanks girl for making my GLL experience go from a 3 to a 25 ! I can’t wait to get my dress !!

Absolutely AMAZING. This was the first place I went to for dress shopping and I honestly didn’t want to leave. Not only is the space drop dead gorgeous but they also made ME feel gorgeous. Jaslynne, my GLL babe, made the entire experience incredible and set my expectations so high! She made me feel comfortable and beautiful and asked all the right questions to make sure I was getting what I envisioned. Needless to say, now I’m a GLL babe and can’t wait to wear my gorgeous Verdelle 2.0 on my wedding day!
