Horrible service. We are paying for a freestyle machine that we cannot use do to Coke not bringing our syrup and NNS. I have called twice now and they say it will be delivered the next day and it has not arrived. If you are thinking about getting a freestyle machine DONT DO IT. They are always late and out of product!

Refuse to answer phone mailbox full, you cannot leave a message Not stocking downline beverages in stores for a couple of months now. Coca cola blames bottlers and high demand, bottlers say lack of demand, blame layoffs and short staff, Coca-Cola Customer service even tried an aluminum can shortage. How about a straight answer instead of hiding behind a bunch of excuses and full mailboxes! Try answering your phones!

Nothing but trouble since southwest beverageTook over distribution. It took over a month to get co2 from them and my current delivery that was supposed to be here in Monday was rescheduled until Friday and now may be here Saturday if Im lucky and thats the best response i can get from the customer service reps. I know its a major hassle to change over from coke to Pepsi but the hassles of southwest sorry distribution network almost make it a necessity. Advice to any restaurateurs about to open in the north Texas area go with Pepsi
