Quick, easy, and great value. We bought a twin mattress for our toddler’s “big boy bed” and had a great experience. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We were in and out in ten minutes.

My visit to Mattress firm was to only try out the Purple beds firmness levels and decide which one to buy directly from Purple online. Ramiro changed my whole perspective and visit purpose. He offered the different options and bundles, delivery etc.. put plainly his service was outstanding! He heard all of my concerns regarding several base options and addressed them with professionalism and expertise. For me this was a huge purchase to make online but Ramiro satisfied all my doubts by educating me on the warranty and 100 day trial period. I ended up a happy customer and await my bed later this week.

Friendly, fast and informative! I dropped in and Rakobi (Kobi) was the only associate working. I wanted to discuss the two options with my husband who wasn’t available. I came back an hour later and Kobi had just left for lunch. He noticed me pulling back in and turned around! In and out in less than 10 minutes and picking mattress up today.

Tyron was so incredibly helpful! I expected to have yet another boring trip to a bed store. Not the case. Turin went above and beyond to help me out and we had a lot of laughs along the way. Highly recommend.

We needed a mattress & box spring set for a guest bedroom. It would not be slept on a lot. We wanted something comfortable but not pricey. Jeff was very knowledgeable & helpful in our selection process. We ended up with a Sleepy Mattress set, which is made for Mattress Firm. We are pleased.

Went to pick up some brackets. I guess Brittany was irritated that I interrupted her personal phone call. She was not friendly at all! Instead of asking me if I had purchased the mattress from the company, she just immediately said we don’t carry a universal bracket. I explained to her that I had purchased the bed frame from this company and I was told that you carry what I need. I guess this irritated her more because the she actually had to do something and look up my info. She continued to be rude and dry. I purchased the bracket only for her to tell me that she didn’t have it in the store and my only options were to wait a week or drive 30mins to the warehouse to get it myself.I hate this bed and this experience with the company just made it 10x’s worse. We won’t even go into the the warehouse experience. This company could DEFINITELY benefit from some customer service training.

Hoping its a comfortable bed. 120 return policy kinda ify after you purchase it. He says theres a restocking fees and then additional 99 dollar be fee. So again, full disclosure isnt upfront. Adam (Ahmed) is an incredible asset to this company specifically this location. He is knowledgable, friendly, and patient. His casual demeanor made it extremely easy to decide to purchase a much needed new mattress. The experience was exactly opposite of what I anticipated... I was expecting to have an aggressive sales man who just wanted commission as it was two days before Christmas when I purchased... but Adam made the showroom feel more like I was at a friends house than a store. Everything that was written up in the contract was delivered promptly. This delivery is the aspect of this purchase where I feel the company excelled beyond expectation. THEY rolled out a red carpet and even had red shoe covers so that they didnt track anything into my home. They set up my new bed quickly and even took my old mattress. WOW!!! all in about 10 minutes. If I could give a higher score I would. I am definitely pleased and will refer anyone I know specifically to Adam.

After having major quality issues with online-purchased memory foam mattress Zinus, and after having to rent a truck to take it to donate in order to receive a refund, it was soooo refreshing to walk into Mattress Firm, try a few beds, and make a purchase (with the guidance of Jarvis, who was excellent).We walked out literally saying that we’ve not had a buying experience that easy in a very long time. Well done!BTW, there is such a thing as info overload when researching beds (or anything) online, so I appreciated the curated selection to choose from in the store. Also, to try a bed in person is invaluable and is always superior intelligence to only reading online reviews. This is the best Mattress Firm not only in Dallas, not only in Texas, but perhaps in the whole US of A.Adam and Evan were very patient as I tried out several options. They took their time to make sure I found the best fit. Adam even helped me get my new mattress shipped to my new place in Arizona so I wouldn’t have to worry about moving it myself.This was my first mattress buying experience as a recent grad, and the employees here have set the bar high! To top it all off, they even let me borrow a phone charger.

As much as I dislike leaving negative reviews, I have to do this. My roommate who just moved from Corpus Cristi came here to purchase a mattress and the delivery team delivered to our home with extremely muddy boots on. I emailed corporate with detailed photos within 6 hours of occurance. See photos below. I also called corporate same time that evening (11:37pm) and the next day I called the store and asked them to help me. They said they would. I called all week and they said they would get back to me. Now manager, Bill, is saying I did not contact within 48 hours and he cannot help me. See below mud stains. I would recommend you do not use mattress firm at all but use a different retailer and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND not coming to this location. I am in shock by the lack of ethics I have witnessed and saddened that they can be so disrespectful to paying customers.
