CARLOS IS AMAZING…I went there after spending almost an hour at Sephora trying to match my color with someone..Just by looking he knew my exact shade..tried it on..PERFECT MATCH..plus he was so kind and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service. At one time, this was a great store. The last two times I was there, the people who work there were rude, unprofessional, and combative. Today, they told me they did not have my product. I was told they had new product in the back, but I couldnt buy it until tomorrow. There are innumerable stores suffering during this pandemic that want my business. I will not waste my time or energy shopping at this location again. I am so disappointed in bareMinerals.

After reading a few reviews about the lighting, I was a bit skeptical about going to this location, but it is the nearest to me so I went for it. SO glad I did! Maya is an amazing makeup artist/professional/salesperson! She instantly made me feel welcome and listened to all my questions and concerns. I asked about a starter kit, and voiced my issues regarding my lifelong dark eye circles. We tried about 4 different concealers until she got the correct shade and it is a perfect match! She matched my foundation on the first try. I hate that their mascara doesnt come in waterproof options, but otherwise it feels like a great mascara. We tried the neutral shadow palette but unfortunately when I chose to purchase it, Maya realized it was out of stock. We then tried a brow pencil and let me tell you that this girl has forever changed my brow game! I used to use kabrow and I will never go back! My brows look so naturally filled in and shaped. I came in looking like death and walked out feeling like a renewed woman. Thank you so much Maya! You are AWESOME! These products are amazing and I am a lifelong loyal user!

My visit was awesome. Lori taught me some tricks that no other associates at any other stores that I have visited had shown me. She also matched the correct color for my skin tone.

I was sent a free lip color certificate for my birthday, which is in December. Although the mall was extremely busy (being the last Friday before Christmas) the Bare Minerals store had only 2 customers. And 5 staff, none of whom so much as offered to help me. I chose a color based on the package since I couldnt try it on. When I got home, it didnt work on me. When I went back to ask about exchanging it for one that would (as stated was acceptable on my receipt), I was told they wouldnt exchange it on a birthday freebie. All of this felt rude and dismissive. All unnecessarily. Im sure this promotion was to encourage repeat business. It has done the opposite for me.

This place knows their stuff. I had Amie help me out and I have been using Bare Minerals for a year, but she taught me a lot of things I didnt know. The service was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. Also, she juggled my makeover with the customers that came in for purchases very well. I will be back:)
