The good people here will take care you and your car. I came in looking for a second opinion on the repairs needed to pass a state inspection and get the check engine light off. Tony was quick to diagnose and come up with a solution to get the car fixed and the inspection passed that day. They gave a fair estimate and were honest with the repairs that were actually needed to fix the car (unlike the other place I went to).I would highly recommend Snappee to anyone (and already have). Ill definitely be here again even if its for something as simple as an oil change. Its the people working here and their skills that make it such a great place.

I had both my vehicles inspected. Professional, courteous and friendly staff. I felt comfortable here and the manager even gave me a tip on how to check the oil change status on my vehicles. I will definitely return.

I loved my experience here with Tony!! Im a single young lady and often feel like I am being taken advantage of at dealerships and other autorepair places. Tony checked my check engine light, replaced a catalytic converter Ive been needing and changed my oil and had the car back to me same day. He gave me sound advice on how to protect the part he replaced and I feel comfortable referring any of my closest friends and family to this place. He is a nice change of pace and service if you are used to going to big dealerships that keep your car for weeks and cant even remember you name!

Came in today with no appointment about 10:30 am with a squealing brake issue that just started but felt bad. Tony immediately assessed my car giving me a fair estimate- not necessarily the lowest but factoring my time agenda was the best deal ever. Friendly clear communication and he gave a visual appraisal while I was on phone with brother who always gives me helpful car advice long distance who then said he absolutely agreed with diagnosis. Gave me overview of future maintenance issue but said was not pressing. Also they then did state registration inspection and replaced brake light I did not know was out. I sat in the pleasant office for about 2 hrs and was done right after noon - pretty Snapee indeed! I give this business a thumbs up 5 star rating from a very satisfied customer who will use their services again as needed.

This is my second year having my car inspected at Snappee. The location is convenient (near the intersection at Lovers/Inwood) and the employees are very friendly. Best of all, the process is quick and youll be in and out within 15-30 minutes.

Needed air in a tire, they found a nail- removed it, patched it and because I didn’t have a wallet on me they did it all for free (asking me to bring money later that week). Just great neighborhood service

The building was a little rough, but don’t be fooled!The owner and his son were genuine and friendly!My unscheduled oil change was very inexpensive.only $40 for everything! (non synthetic oil) and it was done in less than 1/2 hour even without an appointment!!!!this is my regular place in the Dallas area now!

Great service! Came here for my vehicle inspection and they were fast and professional. Even helped me with directions on where I could get my registration sticker renewed after the inspection. This will be my go-to inspection place from now on.

Absolutely terrific folks! I found myself in a pickle with a flat tire and no key to the locking lug nuts. I called Tony at Snappee Auto Care and he was so kind! He was able to change out the locking lug nuts on all the tires, put on the spare, and told me who to ask for down the street at the tire shop to get new tires for my car. Just the nicest folks and the price was incredibly fair. Ive found my new mechanic shop and couldnt be happier.

Absolutely fantastic! I went in for my inspection and it was done within 20 min, no wait or frustration. The last time I did my inspection I had to allot a good hour and a half just to get through it all. Highly recommend this location for any and all auto needs! I will definitely be a returning customer.

Great and friendly service!! Got in and out, Tony checked me out and reminded me I could head to Tom Thumb to get my sticker right away instead of going to a county tax office. Really appreciate the fast service since I came in the middle of a work shift. They showed me I needed a light replaced didn’t spend a lot. Total $47. They gave me the option to have it done somewhere else and wouldn’t charge for the inspection if I decided to replace it myself but it was worth the convenience.

Very slow and unprofessional. I was here before other people for a simple oil change. They were eating and hanging out on their phone instead of working on my car. Took their time and blamed me for a lady backing into a concrete pillar.

Tony is the essence of what a small business should strive to be. He was friendly, reasonably priced and incredibly focused and efficient. Getting a car inspection was less than a 20 minute deal as opposed to my last one at the dealership that took 90 minutes. I’ll come back for other auto maintenance services, as well.

Had a small nail in tire. Not leaking air though. Pulled into Snappee. No patch service available. After putting large plug into small nail hole, tire had a leak at site of plug.Had to take to another tire shop and pay for a large hot patch to cover the problem caused at Snappee.Tire in worse shape than when I pulled into Snappee!

I have used this place twice once for an oil change which was superb service. Another time check engine light was on code was for an issue with torque converter they reprogrammed transnisstra and converter for no charge. I will definitely be using this place again.

Needed my car inspected since I’m moving from NY. It was done quickly and I passed inspection.I trust them because of this.Plenty of mechanics would “fail” a car to gouge a driver out of money for unneeded repairs.The people at Snappee will be seeing my car again whenever I need work done 😁

I have come here for oil changes before, but most recently visited and had front brakes and rotors changed. When I come I always feel welcomed and any issues with my car are explained to me in detail. Great people and great service!

This establishment in my opinion is not part of the community. I pulled in with an obvious almost flat tire and was rudely told it would cost one dollat for air. Ill take my business elswhere where i feel welcome. Thank you..

Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else. Due to gross negligence of the owner, my vehicle was severely damaged after falling from their vehicle lift. Now 4 months later Im still trying to get my vehicle fixed.
