The manager/owner, Roy, at Overseas Service Haus was very polite and helpful when I called to let him know my car broke down and was being towed to the shop. Him and his team were able to diagnose the problem with my Jeep’s engine and got everything fixed all within about 48 hours. During that time I received phone calls with daily updates on my vehicles repair. I would like to commend them on their communication because this helped me worry less and really built my trust in their business.They were also willing to help with some minor maintenance with my husband’s car while we were there. Even though they were extremely busy with cars loaded into every dock they treated us so well and took care of all of our needs. They offer great service and deserve the highest rating! We are grateful they took good care of us and our vehicles, and are extremely appreciative of their service. We will definitely continue to give them our business in the future.

Great place. I just saved 2 grand by getting a second opinion here instead of trusting the diagnosis of the big corporate shop down the road. The guys at Overseas actually seemed interested in hunting down the problem, rather than motivated to get my money and get me out quick. If you have a European car, it’s worth it to go to the experts. Especially recommended for VW, which is what I have.

Roy is always great to work with. I brought my Cayenne Turbo in for maintenance and they always do a great job for a fraction of the dealer cost. I am also very impressed at how well they communicate using texts and old fashioned phone calls. Large dealers should take note of the aforementioned.Also, i was selling a 69 Camaro and the buyer wanted an inspection. I asked Roy if we could use his lift to have a third party inspector look under the car. Roy and team made time and room for me to do so...not many places would be so accommodating.

These guys did a great job repairing my wifes Volvo - stood behind their work and corrected one problem that wasnt quite resolved on the first trip in. Much better experience than we had when we were getting her car serviced at the dealer. Well be back.

Despite reviews on here, I was in a bind and took my car here. Customer service was excellent, Sammy went above and beyond to accommodate me. The hourly rate was above what I would have expected, they the book to calculate hours. that is almost industry-standard and cant fault them for that. Service was very speedy. I had three other mechanics looks at my Lexus Hybrid after Sewell needed a new transmission (less that 90k miles on it). They put the car up on the lift, and then showed me. Merely built up radiator fluid. No charge. These guys know their stuff.

These guys are pros obviously. Took my wifes volvo in, it was a 2002, that needed a lot of suspension work done and a few other odds and ends. They got all the parts and installed in no time at all. Kyle the service manager is one of the best people Ive ever worked with and is extremely helpful. Id recommend these guys anytime.

Rarely do I write reviews, but I felt obligated to let people know of our experience here. My husband had his car serviced here and they stole $150 from his glove department. When my husband told them about the stolen money, they didnt act especially surprised or sorry. They offered to give us a discount on our next service, but at this point, I do not trust them to take any of our cars there again. We take responsibility for leaving the money in the glove department, but I would have hoped that a business like this would have done a better job handling this situation and taking care of their customers.

I have a 1995 540i and these guys know this car. I have taken it to BMW dealers that refused to work on it because it was “too old”.

I switched to Overseas Service Haus from the Landrover dealership after experiencing multiple poor service experiences at Landrover. Roy is always friendly and accomodating at Overseas Service Haus and really provides good customer service. I unfortunately had a difficult to diagnose problem with my car, and, although I had to come back a second time before the problem could be found and fixed, Roy and the rest of the staff were great. As long as I own my Range Rover (or any European car for that matter) I will continue to use Overseas Service Haus!

They had our car for a month, far from before. Bumper had a pucker that never did go in, some kind of dark primer in places it didnt belong. Didnt notice that the bottom of the hatchback rubbed onthe bumper. just a smoke an mirror job

Lord have mercy, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I highly doubt that is a legitimate business they provide you with. Lets start with the worst, the cost for the repair ended up being THREE TIMES the amount than stated as they first inspected the car. The repair took 6 days, instead of 3, which is hard to handle cause all their loaners are always gone and you have to juggle your own cars or get a rental car… Very strange. They close at 6pm, also they are suppose to have hours until 7pm, they never return your calls. They just SUCK and I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!! I am so frustrated and disappointed, people seem to have no values for right and wrong anymore. They ordered parts without confirming with me and just charged me for a ridiculous amount of small parts, which goes along with that they never call you anyway…!!! WORST EXPERIENCE
