If you are a woman do not shop here. I have never felt more disrespected in my life. As soon as I walked in there a salesman asked if I had just come from the gym and when I said no he said I must be headed there after. I was wearing a blouse and lounge leggings. I already felt disgusted. Then I was fully prepared to purchase a car before they tried to tack on a fee that was not disclosed to me prior. When I said I would go call my boyfriend to talk about it they say “so are we canceling this deal?” To which I replied “do you want to cancel this deal or are you going to give me a minute to discuss with my boyfriend?”. If it’s one thing I will not tolerate it is being disrespected by a man. Ladies if you’re thinking of purchasing here, look elsewhere.
I took my 2018 Highlander in to repair some body damage from a recent minor accident. Jacob Fagraeus was my service advisor and he set up an appointment for me to bring in the car. Jacob was prompt and took photos of the damage. He had an estimate for me in short time and I set up a different time to bring the car in for repair. When I arrived, they were ready and I only spent about 5 minutes at the dealership getting checked in. They did a beautiful job on the repair. While they had the car they checked for any recall/service items and took care of those too. There was a small discrepancy between the estimate and the invoice amount, and they were quick to correct it. Jacob was always friendly and helpful. He always returned my calls and answered my questions. Excellent service, excellent work.
I was extremely pleased with Scott Henderson and the service he provided for my purchase of a Prius Prime. Given the difficulty of getting new vehicles, due to supply chain issues, I didnt expect to get one until next year some time, but he found one for me and notified me immediately.
Do not shop here! I inquired about a vehicle that was listed very well. When I initiated the buying process, the salesman (Billy Goss) sent me the Monroney label and the amount was significantly over the listed price (about 10K over.) He asked to see the price that I was looking at and after I sent him a screen shot and a link to the vehicle, the listing was almost instantly taken down. As a courtesy they offered me a 1k discount, but that is a small discount when the vehicle was listed 10k over sticker. Its extremely misleading and sneaky of a salesman to do and in terms of working with this dealership I would just save your time and look elsewhere.
Went to look at a new family car and I was warmly greeted by Luis Santos. He carefully explained my options to me and put me at ease about the purchase. I hate purchasing a new car but Luis was laid back and not pushy. We talked about what I wanted and how he could make it work. I left with a minivan. Luis is a scholar at his craft and gained a customer for life. I will be back.

Buying my car was a quick and easy process and Monica was great. We had to pick up our car the next day because it was being detailed. Monica came in on her day off to hand off the key. I needed to get an extra key made, which meant a service call. It took a few calls to get to the right person, but once I did and came in for my service appointment, everyone was very nice and professional. The worst car buying experience Ive ever had.• Drove across Texas to find a new Toyota for family of four.• Went to Cowboy Toyota.• Salesman had no interest in selling a Toyota to me. Put no effort into it because in his words,Toyotas sell themselves, I dont need to. This car will sell regardless..• Salesman kept my license. Even after I left the lot. Wife went back for it same day. He wasnt there. Had another employee search his area to find a stack of other peoples IDs. Mine wasnt one of them.• Drove back across Texas with no license.• Having to take off work time to get a new license.• Id recommend Toyota of Dallas. The team over there did their best to sell me a car. Even though they are the largest dealer in Texas, you would think that your purchase was the sell they needed to make it to the next day. The team is awesome and did their best to help me find a car even with the situation Cowboy had put me in.
If you want the TRUE TOYOTA EXPERIENCE GO ELSEWHERE! We purchased TWO brand new vehicles from this place! Our Highlander Platinum had issues after driving less than 10 miles. Called the dealership & was ASSURED they would have someone bending over backwards to fix this. Took the day off of work and went to the service department (driving over an hour back to dealership) & nobody knew what was going on and the lady was SOOOO rude! My car now has over 150 miles on it ALL from driving to & from the dealership & still is not fixed. My recommendation is to go to Toyota of Grapevine (they didn’t have the vehicles we were needing, but we should have just ordered them)! They are STELLAR when it comes to customer service!
Very unprofessional and poor service. Clueless to customer service. Clearly no communication whatsoever within the staff, so what kind of satisfactory business can you expect... Ill take the majority of the blame for even thinking this was a class act dealership. Not even close. When you see the name, Cowboy Toyota, dont even bother. Very much so, a WASTE OF TIME!
Went in for a airbag recall, oil change and tire rotation. That was my first time goi g there, so I really didnt know where to go. I went in one of the service center rooms where the employees sit. The lady didnt acknowledge me when I walked in. She picked up her phone and made a call while I stood there, so I walked out tried another area and the guy there was helpful. He told me where to bring my car to bit he forgot to let them know I was waiting, so I waited over 2 and half hours on my vehicle before I got up and asked someone about it. She was nice and apologized for the wait. She said she didnt know I was there waiting. She was really nice. I wont totally scratch the place off. I may try them again.

You can buy a vehicle here quite easy but if you want licensing and registration to go with it thats a different story. We purchased a 4Runner in mid May. Paid TT&L at the time of purchase. As of today August 18, we still do not have plates or registration.We have called multiple times since our temp tags ran out on July 12.Each time we are told the same thing, You will have them in a day or so.They did send us a new temp tag. However, without the registration we can not get an inspection sticker in our state.Incredibly frustrating!

I worked with Sal Martinez on the purchase of a new vehicle. He focused on what was important to me and my financial needs. I do NOT like the constant back and forth you get from some sales people. He was honest and upfront about that and got me the deal I was comfortable with. I did not have to spend all day at the dealership. He was able to get me into my new vehicle in a matter of a couple of hours. Five days after my purchase, I found out I left a very precious item in my old vehicle at the dealership. I reached out to Sal who immediately requested a porter to do another search of the vehicle. It was found! Sal was easy to work with and seemed to genuinely care about what mattered most to me - reliability, pricing, support and honesty. I feel like I got all that and more from Sal Martinez and Cowboy Toyota. I would definitely recommend you go see them.

Based on my friends advise, I went to COWBOY TOYOTA, Dallas with my friends to purchase Toyota Camry SE Hybrid 2020 Model. We were greeted well by DJ (David Jones - Sales Rep) and he explained well about all the features of the model and DJ gave me the car key for a Test Drive and it was a great experience. After coming back DJ introduced me to Josh Stevens - Manager. Josh helped me to get all available discounts and helped to finalize the deal. Both Josh and DJ were practical and gave me a very satisfying quote and finally Gabriel - Fin Mgr at the dealership quickly explained about loan and repayment options. He just took 10 mins to complete the paper work. Total Process took around 2 hours and 30 minutes and finally came back with The Best Hybrid Sedan of America from Cowboy Toyota. We been loyal service customers at cowboy Toyota, with 3 vehicles actively being serviced here. Took our tundra for an issue with the 4WD. I paid for the $150 diagnostic check and yall said it would $4000 to repair. Took it to a local mechanic who replaced the 4wd switch and fixed the problem for $250. So disappointed with this business practice. Will not be coming back anymore and will never buy cars from here either. We were a month away from trading our tundra in for land cruiser,.glad we found out early.
I cannot believe the high reviews of this dealership. I set up a 30k mile service for my Tundra yesterday. I was told that this would be $670. When I questioned what work was recommended, I was given a whole page of “recommended” changes. I called Lobb Toyota in McKinney, and asked what they recommend. They said there were 3 options…$250, $400 and $600. He said unless there were obvious issues, they would recommend the $250 option. I was never offered this option from Cowboy Toyota. Can’t trust these folks. Will never go back.
Took my 4runner to this particular dealership for the first time for 115k mile service. Had brakes done and a tire repaired. Ms. Bobbie Adkins was my service advisor, and she is wonderful and kept me informed throughout the process. The shuttle service was also prompt. Will return!!
I take my daughters car for service at Cowboy. Its easy in, easy out. Theyre quick, the prices are fair, and theyve never tried too hard to upsell me. No complaints.
Worst experience ever second time taking my car for service. When they sent a email survey you can’t actually rate them 1 star. Complete scam artist. Talked me into buying tires the first time I went there and lied and said they had a guarantee. When I get a nail in one they aren’t covered because my car is a Lexus. Waited two hours for an oil change and to be told tough luck on the tire after seeing my car sit for over a half hour. Their service center is a mess don’t take your car to them.

Avoid. The service department is incompetent. They waste your time every time you go in. You can have video of what is wrong and they can never find it. They charge you to replace things that were supposed to be replaced in the big service. They are RUDE. And lastly, they don’t read the notes and cause you to have a huge waste of time.
My previous experiences elsewhere have been once the sales person closes the deal, they no longer pay you any attention. Liane went out of her way to make me feel welcomed when she saw me in service. Shelley could not have been kinder or more thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make me feel valued and to ensure I was completely satisfied with the service I received. There is a Toyota dealer closer to where I live, but I plan to have my car serviced at Cowboy Toyota because of how they treat their customers.

My sales person Monica was great and helped me get the vehicle I wanted so kudos to her! The service department is what I have an issue with... was told that my warrant covered a problem I was having with my door. When I took the car to get it fixed, I was told that I basically don’t have warranty. The wanted to verify if I had warranty and they would call me back the following day but never did. They basically give you the run around and you’re better off going to your own personal mechanic than getting the vehicle fixed. I would only suggest buy a brand new car from here. Don’t buy used because they may have problems and your warrant that you supposedly have won’t cover anything

If you have to get any repair work done under warranty stay away from cowboy Toyota’s service department. My new 50k truck had shaking issues at 15k and every time I took it in they would just balance the tires or align. After the 4th time back they just said it was just normal for tundras. So I test drive another one and proved my point that other tundras don’t shake and my truck still has unresolved issues. Joe Hatcher refused to take a look at the suspension and Brad told me I was still under warranty but that I had 3 options. 1. Sell the truck. 2. Trade the truck there. Or 3. Take it to a Toyota dealership that would look at the suspension. I’ve owned the truck 2 months!!! They only want to work on easy repairs. I don’t understand how they can run a business like this. Stay away from them.
Excellent customer service! Luis Santos helped get me in a good reliable car with low mileage. He was with us though the whole process from the moment we stepped on the lot until the deal was signed! Bought a used car here and it turned out to be a really good car. Not so much for the individual I dealt with. They will tell you anything to get you to buy the car. Number 1. If its a used car, have it checked by your own mechanic, including computer diagnostic. The dealer will clear all the codes. Many people state they bought a used car and sometimes, the same day, the check engine light comes on. It will be all on you. They will not help you because it wasnt on at the time of sale. If you have a tire or battery problem dont bother taking it back to the dealer. Unless they will give you a new one free, dont bother going back, you will waste your time.If you are buying a new or used car, good luck. Before you drive for some kind of a special, have them send a picture of the car and VIN. When you get there they will say, too late we just sold it, so unless you put up a deposit, youre out of luck.Instead of buying a car, lease it. Its funny how the factory warranty is 36 months and their lease is 39 months. Dont fall for that. And make sure you watch Kevin Hunters excellent videos on buying or leasing a car. If I was buying a new car today, I would offer no more than invoice minus the rebate and they can take it or leave it.
Integrity or lack of carries a lot of weight to me. I have been charged 3 different prices for an oil plug gasket. The first time the employee tried to double the price and I spoke up and then he basically quoted the right price. The next time he charged me a third more and I paid it but I will not go back. Sports City quoted me the right price, so I will go back to them. If I cant trust you with a little, I definitely cant trust you with a lot!

Update...its been a few months and I am still getting screwed. They promised that they were going to take care of my license plates. I kept them..I didnt want to risk it. But today I received a toll tag invoice for the car I traded in. How does that happen? I wish someone would be able to help me. I bought a used kia in November and I believe the battery is defective but everyone is giving me the runaround. Go here, go there ...but dont come to us. *sigh*.
Never coming back here. The interactions Ive had with their team members makes it feel like they dont know whats going on.They couldnt explain to me why my TPMS system was not calibrated properly.Also, I had a flat tire and I took my vehicle in. They didnt have my tire in stock but they said theyll keep my wheel and the tire will be ready in a few days. I called a few days later and asked if my tire was ready, they said yes and I scheduled an appt at the end of the of that day. I was told it would be a quick stop for them to put the wheel back on and Id be on my way. I ended up waiting over an hour and they basically closed the store and my car still wasnt ready. I was told that they had the tire but they did not do any prep work to get the tire on the wheel so I could be in and out.
This is my second visit to Cowboy Toyota Service. Was treated so good on my first visit I decided to come back and see Shelly again. I was not disappointed at all. Friendly, professional and quick service. My 30k service is up next and I will be back to see her again.

I have been to Cowboy Toyota for service twice now. The first was a routine oil change; very simple, easy, and ideal. The second was for potential warranty work on my 4Runner’s suspension; it’s less than a year old and I’m hearing some noise in the rear shocks/bushings.I called last week on a Monday to set up an appointment to drop it off and to take home a loaner vehicle. The representative on the phone said that the earliest would be Wednesday 12/16 (today) to get a loaner. I set the appointment, but did not receive a confirmation email; first red flag.Fast forward this morning at 7:30, I arrive to my appointment only to discover that there was no appointment in their system. While they said they could get my vehicle in for service, they did not have any loaner vehicles available until the 21st. The service rep offered only to take me home via courtesy vehicle, but I would need to come back via Uber to pick-up a loaner, if one even became available. That just wasn’t an acceptable answer; I had scheduled an appointment for a loaner and expected my appointment to be honored. So, I took my keys and decided to leave.Many folks don’t have time to go back and forth on work days to dealerships. It’s why appointments are setup and a process is put in place by the dealer to facilitate. I rely on my car for work and to help my elderly family members, which is why I was so adamant on getting a loaner. I have to have a car.When a dealership messes up like this, it should be their first priority to make it right. Cowboy Toyota failed to do that today, and thus won’t be earning any of my future business. This isn’t the kind of service you expect when you purchase a $50k+ car.

I made an appointment online. It was easy and quick. I showed up at appointment time. Everyone was quick to help and very friendly and surprisingly honest. I had tire rotation and balance done with an oil change. It took about 30 minutes and I was out of there. Great experience.
I was highly dissatisfied with the customer service from the service department. Although I had an appointment, I was put off once I got there and the lady who ended up providing me with service, treated me like she did not want to provide service. I have a 2016 Camry, which she stated she was not able to order a replacement tire for. She stated the providers did not sell that particular brand that my car currently has. It just seems like there should have been another option for me, but none was offered. I ended up going across the street to Young Chevrolet. They were able to order me a new tire for my TOYOTA Camry. I was so disappointed in them, yet so pleased with Young Chevrolet customer service. I will more than likely purchase my next car from Young Chevrolet.

My service rep misdiagnosed my cars steering problem as an alignment issue, and billed me for an alignment adjustment only for the next rep to tell me the real problem is my tires and it didnt need a realignment after the fact. My car still has a problem and Im now down $80. I couldve just lit a few 20s on fire and done the same job in a fraction of the time. God help me if I have the misfortune of getting service at this place in the future. Thanks for nothing.

I have been taking my Toyota to her for almost 5 years now (I followed her from Toyota Dallas) and my 2016 Prius still looks and runs like the day I bought it. She is a no non-sense kind of lady who has never tried to push items on me that I didnt need. She takes the time to really explain things to you and the mechanics behind the why.
