I had excellent customer service here at this establishment and I am so glad that I went here instead of going to some major dealership. AMAZING WORK!After having been hit with a freak Hail storm, my Scion FR-S was destroyed, with the hoods paint being completely chipped and multiple golf-ball sized dents in it. We were looking around for the best options for repairing it, and we were quoted with crazy prices all around. We finally found this place and couldnt be happier. They completely replaced the hood, and repainted the vehicle on multiple spots. When I saw the car, It was as if I was getting it straight from the dealership. It even looked better than when we brought it in! Not a single blemish was noticeable, even after deep inspection. The pricing was amazing, and we were given a life long guarantee. It took about 2 weeks, which is reasonable because they had to order a factory hood and repaint it.In addition, I was wanting to install coilovers (adjustable suspensions) for my car, and other shops were charging about $300 more than what Service Excellence was offering. We dropped it off in the morning, and was given it back the same day, with the coils installed and tested for safety. Couldnt be happier.If youre looking for a reliable shop with warm and welcoming people to help you out, look no further. I got into an accident with a deer and needed a new door, bumper, and headlight and Asif and Saleem both did a fantastic job of fixing my car as well as adding stripes down the middle. The car looks like its brand new and the stripes just add to it. I also had a new stereo system installed and it works like a charm, if you need a new car or to fix your car this is your one stop shop.

Service Excellence is aptly named. They repaired my 2014 Kia Soul where there was damage to the front bumper and passenger door. It looks as good as new. We also had a great experience with the management. They were easy to communicate with and upfront with what needed to be done. We felt they were very honest and reputable. I am very happy that I took my Toyota Sienna to Service Excellence Collision Repair Center. Mr. Saleem and Mr. Asif were very friendly and professional to work with and made my 11 year old car look almost brand new at a great price. They went above and beyond the expectations and did an awesome job! The right side fender, bumper and headlight area and beautifully restored as can be seen in the picture. I also had the whole car buffed and polished and the interior deep cleaned by them. Seats and Carpets almost look brand new and I am very pleased. The prices are also very reasonable. I had to get my car repaired from an accident I had from hitting an animal! I was in a rush because I was moving back to college, but that was no problem at all for them. My car was fixed perfectly, quickly, and they did it all with a smile. On top of being quick and doing an excellent job, they cleaned my car inside and out! I used Service Excelence recently for my 2018 Yukon. My passenger side front door and front fender had been damaged after I turned into a flatbed trailer in a parking lot. I dealt with Saleem and Asif, both were a pleasure to deal with. They recommended that my door panel should be replaced, and they could rework the front fender. The completed repair and paint work was exceptional, they even pulled a door ding out that was from an unrelated event. My car came back looking better than it had before I wrecked it. I went through my insurance and the shop took care of everything, supplements and extra parts were not an issue. Anytime I called for an update they took my call no problem and gave me a full update. Great service! My body repair was beyond amazing. My check engine light came on because I think my spark plug got old and had nothing to do with him. He replaced my spark plug for free because I had an issue with getting my car back with the check engine light on. Now it’s about a month or two later and my car has no issues and is in the best condition it’s ever been in years.

I had my hail damage repair done here recently. I must say my experience was great one! Service Excellence provided “Excellent Service” right from getting work approval through insurance, explaining work that needs to be done, courteously listening to my concerns to actually performing top notch work. What I liked most was Mr. Saleem was honest, upfront and not at all greedy like some other places that I visited before. He proactively worked with my insurance guys who were really slow and unresponsive at a times. Overall, great experience and highly recommend. My car was in the shop for just over 3 weeks. They were amazing about communication every step of the way as we addressed the challenges of working with my insurance and that of the lady who hit me. So far this has been the best experience yet when it comes to working with businesses in Texas compared to Iowa. He didnt know me from any other person, but had taken time to let me know he submitted the supplement, let me know he was having problems reaching my insurance provider. All the while actively working to get my car back on the road. My car looks better than I hoped, and my stuck lock now works again. So its already been better than Id hoped for.

Overall experience getting my car repaired through them was smooth and friendly.I went in to get a quote, and Asif told me the cost and timeline right away and transparently informed me that a part needed to be ordered and told me the cost of that part as well. I paid a deposit on the cost of the part and paid the remaining labor cost upon completion of repair.I came back to have the car repaired once the part was ready and Asif initially told me the repair would take half a business day, but it ended up talking around an hour so that was nice.My car also ended up receiving a complimentary exterior wash which I appreciated.Overall very fast, friendly, and timely service.The only thing I would mention is that the repair shop is in the 3rd row of buildings in the middle of the row (kind of hard to tell initially).

My wreck was a nightmare and this company took great care of me and my car. From the first day the customer service at service excellence dropped me off to get my rental car. They also went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed as good as new. Hopefully I wont ever be in this situation again but if I am I will be going back to Saleem and his team.
