Wow!!! Brought my Mercedes in after getting a door ding in the parking lot, and when I tell you Jack is the most Respectful and treats his customers like family it was a great experience overall. He fixed my door ding less than 1.5 hours and I came back so happy. I will always come to Pro Hail & Dent for any car issues!!!

I texted Jack on a Saturday morning asking if I could get a quote for 2 dents on my Audi when countless other shops in the area never even got back to me after waiting for days. Jack called me promptly after my text and offered to look at it after the official close time for the day (unheard of!). Not only did he provide a quote the same day, but also worked on it same day! His prices are extremely fair for the excellent work he provides. Hes a true master of his craft and got some little dents that I hadnt even noticed out on top of the bigger ones. 100% would recommend. He even spends time educating on the craft!

Turns out that my damage is pushing what PDR can do, but they told me honestly that it would be pushing it, and suggested that I take it in for a proper paint Matich and told me what to watch out for when it comes to repair shops. I appreciated his honesty which is a rare commodity these days. I almost wish the damage was do-able so i could give them my business. Well, maybe next accident :}

Saw the many great reviews about Jack and decided to get his opinion on whether or not it made sense to repair dings and scratches on my car before selling it. He took care of me on the spot. I was out in under an hour with a bunch of dings and scratches repaired and my car looking much better for resale. My only regret is not finding out about him sooner so I could have enjoyed my car looking that much better the whole time I owned it. Fair, honest and quality workmanship. Jack and his team were absolutely amazing! I had 30 some odd dents on my hood at least 20 on the roof and another 15 on the trunk. He was able to get my vehicle in and repaired and Ill put back together in about 3 days. I was beyond impressed to say the least with not only the finished product but the speed in which he completed the process. Jack carefully looked over my car and pointed out damage that I hadn’t noticed. He worked with the insurance company and only took my car when he could start work on it. I called Pro Hail & Dent Repair after underestimating the distance between my door and fire hydrant. It left a sharp ding that wasnt the easiest to get to. Jack said bring it by the shop and he would be happy to look at it. He checked it out and said he could remove the ding while I waited if I liked. I was in and out of the shop in 40 minutes tops. Not only that, he noticed I had a couple light hail dings on my hood and he took them out at the same time AT NO EXTRA CHARGE! Customer Service is Not a Thing Of The Past! Fantastic job removing a dent from a a Honda Civic cannot even tell there was one now and then really great work as well on an old 1988 Cadillac removing some hail damage and replacing weatherstripping. Work was high quality and at a great price.Highly recommend.

I’m glad to be Pro Hail and Dent’s 100th five star review! This fact in and of itself should illustrate Jack’s meticulous attention to detail. From the beginning, he was very prompt in our texts/calls and he was transparent about what he could reasonably do with my bumper damage. He finished all repairs far ahead of schedule and the result was literally as good as I could have hoped. The bumper has returned to its original shape and there is very minimal paint deformation. I will not even need to take the car to a paint/body shop as I had originally planned. The entire process was professional and I cannot give a stronger recommendation if you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing hail/dent/bumper repairs!

I had a dent in my door from some careless person in the parking lot and some light hail damage on the trunk from a few years ago.Jack worked his magic and flattened out the door ding. Ill have to apply some touch up paint as the door dent was severe enough to gouge the paint off. Then he got to work on the trunk, even popping out some dents that I never noticed. Ive been annoyed with a nasty door ding in my Porsche for about 2 years, I finally decided to get it fixed and brought it to Pro Hail and Dent.The repair was better than I expected and as good as new! Only took about 30 minutes and I was on my way!

I brought my truck in to Pro Hail and Dent to have numerous door dings pulled. My truck has been restored to darn near factory by Jack, the owner. He not only helped with the dings, but was nice enough to help out with a few searches and scuff I picked up over time. Jack at Pro Dent was amazing at taking the dent out of my BMW. The dent was in an unusual place, right in the crease of the hood. When the car was ready to pick up, my husband and I couldnt even see where the dent was.

I did a google search to find a dent repair facility sort of close to me. This place had good reviews so I thought I’d check it out. I met Jack, the owner, and asked for a quick quote for a small dent from debris from a storm. Jack did an EXCELLENT job on the repair. I have an all aluminum F250. The truck is only 4 months old so I wanted the dent gone and it to be new again. Jack totally made that happen! I caught him between vehicles and it took about 15-20 mins. It probably would have been quicker but we were chatting a bit while he was working. The price was also very reasonable. I called on Saturday morning and scheduled that day with the dentless repair to my prestine GMC Yukon Denali. I had a couple door dings on both sides of the vehicle waited 10 min total time. The dings are gone and wish I did this much sooner. The owner is very personable and guided me what the solution was for repairs. He did not try to upsale the repairs and paid what he quoted after the repairs was finished. I am very happy that I found the facility. 👍👍

Jack is the master of his craft!My barely driven Tesla Model 3 unfortunately had a decent sized dent on the side below the rear passenger door thanks to a hit and run in a mall parking lot. My first option was to report it to my insurance company, but I was concerned about a big rate increase with my insurance company (Ive heard mixed things but apparently anything less than $3k is not worth using your insurance).I then stumbled upon the idea of using a paintless dent repair company, but most of the companies I reached out to (many that were rated close to or right at 5 stars) told me that the job was out of their scope of work because of the way Teslas are designed (the shape + the aluminum design). Two companies (including Pro Hail) said they would assess the car first before making any commitments. I ultimately decided on using Jack because of his great reviews, a fair quote that came out less than the other companys quote, awesome personality. He was just a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process.Overall, I couldnt be happier with the results. I saved at least $1500 by going with Pro Hail vs using a traditional body shop. When you look at the dent, you cant even tell anything happened.Thank you Jack for your terrific work and service!

Really great craftmanship. My car had over 400 dents due to the hail storm up in McKinney. Car was dropped off and picked up right on schedule and you couldnt even tell there was any previous hail damage! He also went above and beyond and added touch up paint to some chips and scratches I had on the front of my car. Highly recommend.

I took my car in today and sat and chatted with Jack while he took out a deep crease made when someone opened their car door into the side of my car door . It was a deep one . His was not the cheapest estimate I got but neither did I spend the day dropping the car off at a body shop in the morning, ubering home and then leaving it for the day and then going back for it .i called made an appointment, brought it in at the appointed time and then I waited there while he did the work——a beautiful and skillful job ...completely and perfectly restoring it in an hour and a half . Some who had looked at it previously suggested it could not be repaired by the dentless method but was going to require body work and paint. So glad I took it to Jack .

I brought my (at the time) 2 week old BMW to Jack since the local tire shop put a ding in my trunk. Jack is a great and genuine person. I called ahead and happen to catch him while he was at his shop. I came by and he assessed the door ding. I had a vertical door ding on my 2016 Jeep Patriot door body line. It was a nasty door ding to say the least. He repaired it, and now I can’t even tell it was there.
