First time there and they were quick to look up the part I wanted. They were busy that time of day 2:55 p.m. a little wait for them to get the part and bring it out. In all I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I thought that was real good considering how busy they were. I will definitely be back and tell all my fellow Auto workers and friends about them. Oh yeah, prices were good also.

Bottom line: At one time they had good service, good prices for parts that you knew were cheap aftermarket replacement.Now its a waste of time for expensive tyc parts you can get from Amazon at half the price.Avoid at all costs, I had been a customer of them from before they moved from the mockingbird location. Also been back for more parts after they moved the current location.You walk in and just wait and wait, then the counter people have an attitude, then wait in line for cashier, then wait in the lobby for the parts to come out.That would work if you get a price that justifies the waiting but I called and got a price. Then I go in person to be given a different and made me waste my time on a trip. Maybe its time for Amazon to take more of my money.

Good prices on auto body parts, headlights, bumpers, fans and much more.HOW TO BUY:-Go into AutoFit (🚨NO MASK NO SERVICE⚠️)-Walk up to one of the clerks/windows and request your part with the Year and Model of your car- ⚠️ They’ll ask if you have an account with them but you can still buy parts without one-After you have requested your part, go to the Cashier and Pay for your part- ⚠️They will only pull your part once you have paid-Once you pay, you have to wait 30-50 min for your part. Once they pull it they will call your part by the Model of your car-Limited chairs and it can get somewhat full in there📛Check your parts before you leave to make sure you have the right one or it’s not damagedThey don’t return money on damaged items📛Overall good service, good prices, long wait time but worth it. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 ⭕️

Parts maybe cheap but service is garbage. Spoke to a guy by the name of Alfanzo. Between him clearing his throat to the mix of the phone and being rude and abrupt on the call, I was irritated by the time I hung up.Was absolutely an unpleasant experience with the gentleman. May go there again, but will avoid as much as I can and certainly will not be dealing with the same guy.

The Persian guy the owner trained his staff to be horrible to their customer they make it impossible to return any product first they asked for a receipt then they ask for the original packaging then they ask for more than seven days they’re not going to return they make it impossible to exchange or return we are in the business to buy the parts for our cars ahead of time and by the time it gets done probably takes more than two weeks wrong parts most of the time they make lotta mistakes they give you wrong parts. anyways they don’t return it I got stuck with $2600 worth of parts because of their mistake giving us the wrong parts horrible service they don’t want to deliver and when we go there my employee has to wait hours because they don’t care to help again everything comes from the owner and the management. I do not recommend them at all you can call Certifit eagle auto parts, Simmons they are much better company out there body part cannot rotten so please change your policy and do the return for the right part or at least store credit

Recently this business has been going downhill while they’re prices go uphill. Staff is incredibly unprofessional and have no customer service. Having issues with them left and right lately and sucks to rate them as a whole because there is a couple of staff members who are attentive when ordering over the phone.

You can literally waste your time waiting for your part up to an hour after youve paid. Ive been coming here for years and its always 50/50 meaning they might have it or might not. Even if their computer shows they have it, it could be an error and its really not there. Who suffers? You. The employees do not get comission and work an hourly wage, so they really dont care either way. Cheap prices but always a gamble on your time

Very bad customer service, rude to customers, not floor plan. Very bad system, you have to make a long line to order, then you have to make another long line to pay. Then you have to wait for your parts another hour or so. Then they will tell they cant find if. Very bad overall.

Although I was wearing my “required mask” because my partner wouldn’t BUY A MASK FOR $1.00 to sit 10 feet away from other people, after buying my part they refused to pull it and I had to get a refund. The “manager” Jose lied straight to my face and said they don’t have the part, but my body shop just called and they are delivering it to him. Meanwhile because they believe I don’t speak Spanish, and they called me jojota and guera. They are likely laughing that I left after shaking the hand of the guy that just lied to my face, the funniest part for me is- they wanted to sell a mask for a dollar, but had no problem SHAKING MY HAND. Ha.

If you go be prepared that they are being irrational about masks. My wife went in because I did not have a mask but they would gladly sell me one for a $1. No Thanks. She went in ordered and paid for the part. Their sign by the door says no one without masks beyond this point. I stayed behind that point. Another guy approached me and said Did you have your mask? I said no and I am behind the point where it says one is needed. Then to be vindictive they told me they did not have the part we had already paid for and were waiting for them to pull. The manager lied and said it was out of stock. I got back to my dealership and called my paint and body guy. He called Autofit and what do you know.....they are bringing the part to him tomorrow. Guy lied right to my wifes face and what a racket.......$1 a mask that doesnt work when you can buy an entire box of 500 for $4. If you can buy elsewhere I would highly recommend it.

I used to like ordering from this place for all of our repair orders. Not sure what they have going on over here, but the service has just consistently gone down hill over the last year. Parts dont come when they say will, staff is rude, not informative when they have MAJOR things happen like not being able to accept a credit card. As a commercial account holder, I would go somewhere else.

Very rude staff. Went in to pick up an order that was placed the same day and they had no idea where the ticket was and told me what I ordered was out of stock. It took too much effort to pick up an order that was already supposed to be placed and ready and they ended up having the part I ordered anyways. Very rude and uncoordinated. Don’t recommend

I placed an online order and rushed to Autofit only to get there right at closing time as a lady says sorry we are no longer fullfilling orders. As I am walking out the door as a nice gentleman walks up to me and says sir what is your order number. He runs into the back and 2 minutes later has the part to my car. I try to tip him $10 for his extra effort and kindness but refuses my tip. Good experience and will purchase again.

Today González body shop went in to buy something and for accident I went to the bathroom because I did not see the Sign outside the bathroom and when I was inside someone told me to get out in a bad attitude but it doesnt seem fair because other people went into the bathroom and didnt get in trouble for it and when I got out of the bathroom a lady told me they were going to give me money back and they gave it back to me and told me to leave the place because I might be infected and I am a customer that goes often to there and I dont find it fair. I called the manager and he didnt even say sorry or put an excuse for what happend.

Placed an online for a bumper. Received confirmation via email. Price INCLUDING shipping from my online confirmation was $313.53. The following day I receive an email from customer service that the shipping was incorrect on the online ordering system was wrong and I’d need to pay an additional $175 for shipping. I wrote explaining that I felt that was a significant price difference and requested a discount. They responded by offering a $15 discount. Their gesture of $15 was not received as a legitimate response Therefore, the poor rating. I would suggest taking your hard-earned money to a business which is more organized and willing to standby their own advertised pricing.

Awful customer service by the lady that answered. First, she answered the phone and just put me on hold, and didnt even let me know that she was doing. Then when she came back on the line a few minutes later she gave me a quote and I was going to ask her a follow up question and she just hung up without me even getting a chance to speak.Word to the wise for future reference... try actually listening to your customers request before just hanging up the phone. Looks like Amazon has cheaper parts that are the same exact is what this place sells so it may have worked out for the best.

Found one of their auctions on eBay, A painted grill for $189 + 60 to ship (price before I sent an email stating. “ I was seriously interested” asked if there was a paint code to make sure it was a match. Got a response and went back to buy the item and they jacked it up $10 for the part and $10 for the shipping. You think I wouldn’t look? Keep your parts

This place is a joke! The staff lacked simple common courtesy. After waiting over 2 hours for a part they said they had in stock I was finally called to look at my part only to discover that it was the wrong part! When I pointed out it was the wrong part, I was met with so do you want to buy it or not! Not only was my mechanics time waisted, my shops time was being wasted!

Pedro is amazing he is always finding a way for the customer to be happy and solving any issues that you might have, I highly recommend him for his outstanding customer service !!!!!Luis is very knowledgeable on parts I can say I need the plastic piece that connects to the thing on the front bumper and he knows what I mean LOLHe is professional and takes his time to make sure you get the parts you need. Great sales man !!!!!!!Angel is another one of my favorites he is always understanding and great at taking care of us when we have issues or questions. He is very professional and explains to the T. Front bumper tabs on the one side (ridiculous right?) were missing and they didn’t give me refund cuz I went out of the shop. They can’t sell the bumper with no tabs. They don’t take any responsibility that they didn’t check the part. If you want to go here, it is going to be gambling for the fitment.

Yeah, you maybe be able to find the part you need her but please, please make sure to come an hour early before closing time. The cashiers are dumber than a box of rocks and if you come 30 minutes before closing time, they will shut down registers even if they’ve seen you patiently wait for over 30 minutes in line.Make sure you thoroughly check the part they give you to make sure it’s what you need. And DO NOT LOSE YOUR RECEIPT. You will be in a world of hurt in the event you lose it and need to come back with the part.

I bought a mirror for my car from this place and got it painted only to see that it didn’t mount right onto the car. It would shake throughout the whole drive and when I tried to return it, they said they didn’t take back painted items. I would think they’d have good quality items to avoid this from happening but they don’t and still refuse to give a refund. Don’t for for something that’s going to get trashed after you find out it doesn’t work and they don’t want it either.

This place is horrible at customer service, nobody wants to help you, they all look away when you look at them for questions, there is a screen that is supposed to tell you when your order is ready and mines just dissapeared, a young lady called out my part and when I walked up they walked away leaving parts behind counter, I had to get a refund, Im never coming here again, HORRIBLE::UPDATEHad to go back because they didnt actually give me a refund.... this place is the worst
