I received a beautiful flower arrangement for my birthday Sept 22, 2021..When I received them there were some wilted flowers on the arrangement.It was arranged beautiful other than the wilted flowers.. 2nd day alot more wilted.. I added water as soon as I got my flowers and everyday after.. The arrangement was beautiful and very colorful..I just wished they lasted and wasnt wilted in such a short time.. Ive expected them to last a few days anyways...

Today is my wedding. My sister went to pick up my cascade bouquet and It was beautiful. As soon as I took it out the box and held it, 2 flowers fell off. Within 1 hour, 6 more fell off ruining the cascade effect. My aunt did not pay that much money for the flowers to just fall out. Was gonna use a fake bouquet to throw so I could keep this one, but might as well throw it.

Didnt stop these guys from delivering my order on time to the woman I love. She was very happy and the envy of everyone at her work place.If that doesnt say all that needs to be said about this Florist, I dont know what does. Than you guys for making this day extra special.

We are going thru hard time right now, my mom just passed away. We decided to get her the best flower, the prettiest and we chose I Love Roses Florist. When we received our delivery at the funeral home, a broken heart arrangement I had ordered was returned, because it wasnt assembled correctly. We paid a total of almost $1000, and today the next day after the delivery, flowers are dying, when we were assured theyd last til Friday which is the day my mom, will be laid to rest. I wouldve loved my mom to have her beautiful flowers still in good condition, but this is not the case. Tried reaching out to florist, to order more flowers, but they will not make it right on the ones we already have. I will try to make sure my family doesnt buy more flowers from there. 😢😢😢

It’s hard to see so many good reviews and not have the same experience. It’s already painful enough to lose a loved one and want to make everything perfect on the last days you will see them so having the flowers die on the second day we had them and get blamed for it, is horrible.

Ms. Rosie is a very nice lady. Never heard of this place before until today. I googled florist and this place came up. I needed a last minute casket spray for a funeral on Saturday morning at 11. I called a little after 5 pm on Friday to see if she could have one ready by 9 Saturday morning she said yes if I could pick it up. Needless to say she said she could deliver it to the funeral home by 9. Ms. Rosie called me about 7 tonight and told me she was at the funeral home delivering the spray. They did absolutely phenomenal, my fiancé and mother in law enjoyed their roses. Considering they were operating during the Covid-19 pandemic they ensured we were in and out in a peaceful cohesive manner. They had a booth setup outside their building for pickup orders, I thought that was very efficient.

I am an out of town customer. I ordered Mothers Day flowers from I Love Roses for my mother in law who is in a local nursing home. We have had problems getting things to her before so I was unsure of sending flowers. I Love Roses called me to let me know the delivery time and then called me again to let me know they were delivered. I was able to call and communicate with the nursing home and my MIL to make sure that she had received them. Not only did she get them but they were exquisite! I ordered this flower arrangement for my mother’s 99th birthday. It was beautiful and she was so pleased.

Next time I may have to upgrade because deluxe to me was small.

My bouquet was absolutely beautiful with tons of colors and different variety of flowers. My delivery person, however, was not quite as lovely. She called me over and over again with no voicemail and then was a little rude when I finally answered (I try not to answer numbers I dont know unless they leave a vm). I had a really hard time giving her directions because she kept talking over me and claiming that they wouldnt let her in the building but all she had to do was ask me my office number and they would have let her right up.

A couple of months ago I needed to send some roses/carnations to my daughter at her new job so I called on a Monday morning expecting delivery that afternoon sometime, instead she received her flowers in less than an hour!What a nice surprise!!! I was so pleased with customer service, delivery, all of it-- Rodriquezfamily knows what they are doing in Dallas,Texas!!!I will be using this florist again!!!Thanks again!
