I was browsing at the store but did not find the item I want. I was able to find something I want online but store staff said it may take about 4 to 6 weeks. I chatted with Claudia on their chat feature and she verified with manufacturer that the item can be delivered within a week.

UPDATE: We got our bed today and it actually matches perfectly with our furniture and is sooo so comfy! We love it!After making my order online for a bed frame and mattress, I received a call the next morning from Juan who told me the bed frame was not in stock but they were ordering it right away. Today he told me that he tried to rush the shipment because it was delayed and it couldn’t be here by this weekend. This made me sad, but he then sent me a list of beds I could choose from if I didn’t want to wait. He was super accommodating and very sweet the entire time. I did end up picking out a bed $20 more than the one I wanted, but he told me not to worry about the $20, which was nice and also made me feel like he understood the inconvenience and wasn’t trying to push me to buy any higher priced beds. I felt like he genuinely cared about me being happy with what I got. He is still trying to get the new bed out to me by tomorrow even though we just scheduled it like an hour ago. How amazing! I know where I will continue to shop from in the future. If you can give me customer service like this, in the end it wont even matter if I can find better prices somewhere else (even though I’m pretty sure I can’t anyway) I want someone I can trust and I trust Juan! FURNITURE DELIVERY WAS DISASTER!- No Mask- No gloves- Did not wear a shoe covers inside the apartmentI was treated very well inside the store, the representative were so sweet, explained everything, treated properly. In store experience was extremely good. I expected the same during the furniture delivery.The driver and the helper behavior was not polite. They dint had a mask on. And i asked the driver to wear a mask and he was asking me “should i wear a mask”. UNBELIEVABLE! I had to give him a mask and let him inside.I specifically asked the manager in store, will they be following COVID-19 restrictions?! He assured they will be following.Again, the store have a GREAT COLLECTION and CUSTOMERS are TREATED well IN STORE.But THE DELIVERY EXPERIENCE WAS DISAPPOINTING!!!

I bought one bed from this store a few months before. They sent me the bed with just the farme. But there was no stands. They charged me full amount. I called them and asked I didnt receive any stands . How I can put my mattress on it? They replied I have to pay for those stands. Then I told them when I was in the store you showed me bed. You never say it just a frame. I bought many bed from different store and I never faced these type of issue. Here is the breakdown: bed ---$ + Set up 80$ +shipping80$ stand 1 pcs 35$. It seems they are robber.
