For 30 years...they serviced every vacuum I owned. We moved to Longview Texas... And no one could replace the brush head for me...the part was backed ordered on all the websites. So my wife and I came to Dallas for her shopping...I walked in to AAA Vacs with the broken brush head. Chris and Mark had the park at a good price. Thanks.

Very honest vacuum repair shop theyll fix whats needed

I had AAA Vacs put a new cord on the vacuum cleaner that I had purchased from this company. It cost $50.00. When I took it home I noticed the belt needed to be changed out. I had a new belt at home but I just didnt have the strength to get it situated. So I went back to the store and asked the young man if he wouldnt mind putting it on. It took less than 30 seconds to put in the belt and the plate. Then he told me the charge was $10.00. I couldnt believe what I was hearing. I told him I just paid $50.00 for the cord. Couldnt this be just as a courtesy for a customer who just gave you good business? He said NO. I paid the $10.00 and left. I had been a regular customer. But I have not ever gone back even though it is in my own neighborhood. I would even give them one star after that incident. And I bought my vacuum cleaner from them to boot! Buyer beware.

We got our Miele vacuum declogged here for $35. It’s working perfectly. Staff is professional and friendly and the turn around time was 3-5 days, compared to 10 day turnaround for some of the shops closer to us.

I bought my first vacuum from this place 28 years ago and they have kept it running all this time no matter how I’ve managed to screw it up. I asked them if I should simply replace my vacuum at one point when I did something bad to it and they told me that the parts I had in the current vacuum would be better than the ones in the newer vacuums considering my budget. Honesty... wow. I take my clients’ vacuums over there as well and cannot find a nicer family business. They care about the neighborhood and are involved in various Lake Highlands community events. It’s one thing to have a good product. It’s another thing to have good service. Having good people is just icing on the cake.

I am very pleased with my service at this place!! Chris was fantastic!! He is very knowledgeable about everything concerning vaccumes, very eager to help and willing to answer as many questions as you may have. You dont find service like this anymore! He let me borrow a floor model to take home and test on my own carpet. After I was convinced that the model I borrowed was just what I needed to buy, he even put it all together for me and loaded it in my car! I just cant say enough good things about this vacuum shop and Chriss service!! 😃

The only place for vacuum stuff in the area. the people that work here are super smart and can pretty much fix anything ! they are trustworthy, super sweet and hard-working, I have never had a problem or an issue at this place, I highly recommend them! and if for some reason they dont have what you are looking for they will order it but that only happened because I am such a picky person yet they still take great care of me and have always had a fabulous attitude 🤗

Excellent Service! I had a situation where I needed my vacuum cleaner yesterday and Mark the owner although he was short on help, fixed my vacuum cleaner himself that same day! Mark is a wealth of knowledge! He knows all about the industry, the brands and the mechanics of how old and new models work! Ill be back when I need a new vacuum cleaner!

AAA has been an outstanding resource for our family since we moved in Dallas in 2017. Both our sons have bad childhood asthma --- have had overnight hospital stays, etc... --- and Dallass air pollution, indoor and outdoor, make those symptoms worse.After our older sons first hospital stay, we outfitted our home with three (3) IQ Air room air filters. Those devices alone made our sons bedroom and our living room (and our bedroom!) cleaner, safer, more hygienic places to be. Weve increased the number of IQ Air machines to five (5) in the house. Last year we traded in our Dyson for a Miele vacuum and seen even more of an improvement around our home.Having clean air isnt a fancy thing or an appearance thing -- its a health and hygiene thing. Weve told our sons pulmonologist and allergist about these changes, and theyve been extremely support of the kind of products that AAA Vacs sell. If you or someone you love has issues related to breathing or allergies (COPD, CF, emphysema, asthma, etc ...) you owe it yourself to take a look at your vacuums and HVAC systems. All your hard work in getting the right doctor and prescription drugs might be undercut by something has simple has having dangerously dusty and pathogen-rich air.Dont take my word for it -- local police depts and medical facilities have bought air filtration equipment from AAA. AAA has helped us find the right gear, stay stocked with filters, and personally checked in on how our equipment was working.My wife and I are both type-A pushy Yankees and concerned (ok, frequently worried!) parents, and the team at AAA has always been one step ahead in terms of figuring out how to address any issues we face in the mission to minimize indoor air pollution in our home . I could not recommenced their products, service and knowledge more.

I had shampooer repaired a few months ago. Great job and honest owner. Tired of buying cheap vacuum that only last a while, I returned to AAA Vacuum to get a decent appliance. The owner was so kind and didnt try to upsell me on a product. He listened to what I needed, then showed me a vacuum that would fit my needs and last. Best of all, the vacuum is so quiet my daughter isnt scared of it. I havent even used it yet, shes having a ball cleaning the floors. #winning

It doesnt look like a very good area, but once youre inside you can see its a quality place. We just had to get a plug replaced because there dog chewed through the wire; the​ guy was polite, fast, and didnt charge us like $12.

AAA Vacuum has great service. They have been servicing my vacuums for years and they are always very friendly and their service is excellent.

Called Chris (9.10.18) at AAA (after multiple previous calls) and he confirmed that my faulty Bissell cleaner was taken in on Aug 31st and that they submitted a ticket about two weeks later and has no ETA on when Bissell will send a replacement machine to them. I asked him why there was a two week delay on getting something sent to yall and he said the Bissell contact was out of town and that these machines arent worth fixing and that they just get them replaced.Im a bit peeved as to why they sat on it for 2 weeks before sending anything Bissells way. This was the nearest official Bissell service center but its been an abysmal experience to far.Never received any updates from this shop/Chris or Bissell. Cleaner is still MIA and no one is following up on it. Sad.

My husband left a review on here about our poor service with this company after purchasing a Bissel. We neeeded to use AAA Vacuum as a licenced retail associate to send it back though to the company for repairs or replacement. Long story short, we have waited weeks (since 8/31) for this company to send out and get back our new Bissel after AAA counldnt fix it.Accodring to AAA, EVERYTHING that goes wrong is bissels fault. They take no responsibility for their actions at all. A great Example:I was called this morning by Chris who started telling me off about a review I supposedly wrote saying it hurts our business and its bissels fault and telling me to take the review down. The review wasnt even written by me, but my husband. It even has his photo next to it.Chris said hes called me ( no record of this in my call log at all) and left messages (again, none) about having my vacuum twice. This never happened or else I WOULD HAVE ALREADY COME TO GET IT! When I refused to have my husband take down the review due to it being an honest review about a terrible company, he said he REFUSED TO GIVE US OUR VACCUM and would send it back to Bissel so we could deal with them directly unless we took the review down.So Chris, I hope you see this review and the ones I personally posted on google. Me, the woman you yelled at this morning, not my husband. I will also be contacting bissel to let them know how terrible of a shop you are to deal with as well as the BBB about any accreditation you might have. This place has been at this site location 4/3 decades I brought a Jewish vacuum there they said they fixed it brought it home and it did not work or the same issue was still in place call the corporation they told me to bring the vacuum back to same store I brought it back I have not been called to pick it up yet they also very slow call my vacuum at toy and then try to mention to purchase a $900 to $1,500 vacuum Ive been down that road I dont have any interest the vacuum I brought that he considered a toy work very well which is a Hoover and because they made in China which is an issue he called it a toy the owner and proprietor at this business really is I quote an idiot
