My freezer stopped cooling and was 52 degrees. I contacted Pegasus and the technician Fred contacted me with questions to determine what the issue was prior to coming to my house. He was prompt and professional and had my freezer working again that same day. The owner reached out the following day to follow-up and ensure the freezer was holding at 0 degrees or below. Great service, prompt, and professional! Highly recommend!
Vincent did a great job installing a cook top exhaust fan. Had the necessary parts and completed the job with no issues. He also provided information concerning the hood and installation.
Pegasus was contracted after an initial firm failed to diagnose the problem with my convection oven. Vincent was my repair person and he was outstanding! John was on time and very communicative through texting to let me know when he had arrived at my unit. He was knowledgeable in explaining about my concerns with my refrigerator and an even went ahead and took a look at my other GE appliances for any issues while he was there. As I got to the unit after he’d already finished inspecting my fridge, John was still there doing paper work and came back into the unit to show me areas for improvement in my appliances. I enjoyed speaking with him and would use Pegasus again.

The technician was very nice and arrived on time for the first appointment we had, to repair our GE dishwasher. He did the repair, and the dishwasher functioned for less than 48 hours before breaking down again. We have no issues with the technician - what we are writing about is the fact that we had to wait another whole week for another appointment day, and then were told the service appointment would be sometime between 8AM and 5PM and we would not be told anything more specific about the time until 4:30PM on the day before the appointment day. This is not the kind of service we would accept normally. They only reason we have to use this service provider is because it does the warranty work we paid for, through Nebraska Furniture Mart. Rest assured we will not work with Pegasus again and will not recommend the business to others.

Since it was a bit of an unusual issue they sent a second technician out to ensure everything was running properly. Very pleased with the service - I will definitely use them again.

Check the Yelp reviews. I’m not sure how the reviews are good on here. They are dishonest. They tried to replace things that did not need to be replaced and charged way more for parts and labor. Like 3x. Also refused to give breakdown on parts and labor when we questioned it they said they don’t do that. When I busted them for saying what was “broken” that wasn’t and asked why they were replacing parts that weren’t broken I was told because it might break in the future and would save from having me from having them come back out and fix it later. Seriously. Don’t fall for this. Pass!!!!!!!! Paid my $129 service fee and now I’ll have to get a REAL company to fix it and I’ll still save money. Beware!!
SCAM SCAM SCAM! I called because our built in Microwave stopped working. The guy came out opened the microwave door said it was the megatron and would be $500-$600 to fix. He asked if he could get me the exact estimate by the end of the day because he needed to check the exact cost of the part. He charged my credit card for the visit ($129) as soon as he saw me googling the part number he left. He never even wrote down the model number of my microwave. He was there less than 3 minutes and left me with a very weird feeling. I called his manager to explain what happened and that I felt the whole situation felt sketchy. The manager was rude was started going off on me. I immediately called Frigidaire since it was their certified repair partner. They explained the microwave new to replace would be $400, the part and repair shouldn’t have been more than $200. I received an email at the end of the day with my estimate for $567. GTFO!!! Scam!!! They basically charged me for the repair without the part or actually repairing anything. This company is a scam!!! Do not use them!!!

Customer service is poor. They have no shame for closing out a service ticket early to bill insurance and leaving us with a broken fridge. 30 days later and still not fixed. They wont come out as promised by tech because they accidentally closed the ticket. Go elsewhere.
We are so incredibly happy with our service we received from Vincent Green at Pegasus. Our dryer was broken. Setting up our appointment was easy and they came out within the week. Technician came and diagnose Pump failure, He cleaned the basket and the saw floor there was no debris, We clean our dishes before we run cycle. Its five years old never had issue. when he pumped water water was still going thru pipes. He sent report to warranty company based on that they denied claim. I am not sure if its a scam they are running with warranty company to rip off clients. I am very disappointed as tech did not mention any thing about what is the issue and what is he sending to warranty company. Its total scam and harassment. I searched about this dishwasher it bad quality one, there area issues with pump and heating element even with new units.
I dont recommend Pegasus Appliance Repair. If you have a Samsung appliance that needs repair, tell Samsung that you insist on another company (I recommend Sears instead). I contacted Samsung about non-working freezer in my 3-year old refrigerator/freezer (model RF23HCEDBSR/AA, 5-year warranty on the sealed system). Samsung assigned service ticket to Pegasus. Fred from Pegasus came out to house. Without pulling the refrigerator away from the wall, he took a picture at about at 10-degree angle in the 7-inch space between the back of the unit and the wall. He immediately claimed the refrigerator coils were clogged by dust, said that I should clean them to fix the problem. He told me to let him in couple of days how the unit is working. I paid $99.95 for the visit. I subsequently pulled the unit away from the wall and saw that the vent grill over the coils had only minor dust (see picture). When I removed the grill, I noted very little dust on the coils, but did see the very corroded joint between the copper and steel on the high pressure side of the compressor. It also shows evidence of refrigerant leakage. I sent the images to Fred and he responded not a problem in of itself. The refrigerator was not remedied by cleaning the small amount of dust. I contacted Stefanie (office manager) at Pegasus to ask for a receipt for the visit (since I wasnt given one), and upon receiving the receipt I was shocked to see the receipt list the Samsung service request as Resolved. I emailed Stephanie back to ask the the owner of Pegasus contact me to get the issue (and my refrigerator) taken care of. I never heard back from Pegasus until Samsung created a second service request with them. However, after hours on the phone with Samsung supervisors, they allowed me to work with Sears. A guy from Sears came out; he found a leak in the sealed system, he then replaced the corroded part shown in the picture, recharged the refrigerant, and fixed the problem (under warranty!). The only issue I have now is to get the $99.95 back from Samsung that I paid to Pegasus for inferior service and inadequate follow-up.(A note on other reviews: if no details as to appliance brand/type, model #, specific problem, etc., are given, review legitimacy is questionable. One of the reviewers has the same name as a service tech.).
Our Tech, Vincent Green arrived just as he had advised. Very knowledgable, as I was asking several questions about the warranty repair he was providing. Very friendly, personable. What I really appreciated most was how he took the time to explain almost step by step what he was doing during the process (again because I was asking questions). He was very patient with me. If you are contacting this company direct for repair I would suggest asking for Vincent to be your tech (if he is in your area).
Two trips, $420 later and the stove is still having issues. Was informed on my second visit I would also need new knobs and told to call their appliance supply number. Cost to replace knobs would be $42 each ($200+ total). At that value, I could have purchased a new range. On top of all of this, invoices were not provided upon service (only upon insisting over the phone and email) and a breakdown of the cost of parts and labor was not provided.I will never use this company again and would never recommend them to anyone.
Jeff came out on 3 different occasions to fix what 3 other technicians could not fix on our washer and dryer. He was incredibly nice, accommodating, patient, and knowledgeable. Stephanie was fantastic with the scheduling and was very patient with our complicated situation. The company made sure that, despite the chaos created by the manufacturer, our warranty was honored and the repair was completed. Jeff even came out around Christmastime and on New Years Eve to do the initial inspection and make the repairs. I would highly recommend this company for appliance repairs. I wont be going to anyone else myself!

The tech, Fred, arrived as scheduled amd was very professional He identified the issue quickly and explained everything well. 5/19/2020 I made a service call for warranty work. The technician was scheduled to arrive between 12:00-3:00 5/19/2020. I received a text from James at 1:50 stating that the technician would arrive 25-35 minutes, when the technician did not arrive by 3:15 I called the customer service number and was offered a call back once the office spoke received an update from the technician. I received a call back at 3:30 and was informed that the technician would arrive within 30 minutes. That would put the technician at my house by 4:00 pm. Repeated calls to Pegasus have not been answered. Its now 5:48 and I am still waiting on the service call for my Dacor gas range.
I was very pleased with the level of service I received. My refrigerator broke down the day my High School children started spring break and coincidentally, the beginning of our quarantine. They sent me a message and came out promptly as promised. Vincent examined the box and determined what it needed. I I called the next day and I was actually able to speak to someone who assured me that the authorization was sent and they would order the parts once approved. Within 5 days my fridge was up and running. Vincent was very Professional and very knowledgeable. He was done in less than 30 mins. Everyone at Pegasus is great and I would reccomend their services to everyone!!!

I would NOT recommend this company! My appointment was made two days ago to repair my Samsung dryer. I was given a window between 8am and 12 noon two days following my request. at 11am, I was contacted by my technician, Vincent Green, and asked what the problem was and told that I needed a new heating pack (?) and it has to be ordered - taking 3 to 5 days - they would let me know when it comes in. I, for the life of me, cannot figure out why I needed to stay home from 8-12 for him to call me at 11 to ask over the phone what the problem was? Could he not have done that on the initial contact? When I called to complain, Stephanie explained to me that they are overwhelmed due to the Covid19 (I guess the virus now travels through the phone?) and that I called this morning and requested a delay of two hours in my appointment today...she gave the phone number of the person that called for the delay (which was not mine). She did apologize for the mistake but just said I would have to take up my complaint with the owner. I cancelled my service through Best Buy with this company and am starting over...I would NOT recommend this company! I would like to add that the reason for the repair request was clearly stated on the AIG portal site from the beginning...

On return visit, repairs were made (electronic board for oven and drain hose for dishwasher) and all in working order. Will need plumber to fix a valve where drain hose connects as this is not appliance related and a carpenter to replace damaged cabinet wall. Had Pegasus Appliance come out today to look at my 4 year old Kitchen Aid refrigerator. The freezer section had been icing up. I found Pegasus Appliance on the Good contractors list.The technician Fred Diamond was great. He was curtious, professional and thorough. The problem was the freezer door seal. He was able to make door and leveling adjustments to fix it, no parts.Some technicians would have tried to rack up a bill.I highly recommend Fred and Pegasus

Pegasus Appliance Repair was sent by a warranty company to repair my refrigerator. There was an issue with the repair service that lead to loss and damage of personal property. Pegasus has been completely unresponsive and unwilling to work to remedy the issue. Suggest looking for another service provider for your appliance repair needs.

Pegasus took care of our Samsung Refrigerator repair. John Nguyen was our technician and I have no doubt in saying that he is an expert of his field and a perfectionist.He was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and replaced the parts that were causing the problem. One of the replacement part wasn’t up to the mark and he made another trip to make sure that he installs a perfect replacement part. I had Pegasus out to remediate a fridge that wasn’t cooling properly. Jeff was fantastic! He diagnosed the problem in less than one minute and ordered the parts needed on the spot. Then he set up an appointment with me for about 10 days from that time. Jeff then called me when the parts came in to see if I wanted it done sooner. I said roll on out so he came over right on time and replaced the faulty parts in a snap. Now the fridge is working properly. Jeff was courteous and very efficient. My experience with Pegasus was great!
Pegasus was awesome when my microwave stopped working right before Christmas. They were able to come out within a day and even ordered some parts ahead of time so it could be repaired immediately instead of me having to wait for the order and then have them return a second time to do the actual repair. My Appliance Specialist, Jerry Ploegert, was great! He phoned when he was on the way, arrived right on time, was very respectful of my house, very friendly and VERY knowledgeable. I will definitely call Pegasus again!!
Pegasus has been out to my home 5 times to work on our dishwasher that keeps leaking over the past month and half. The tech came today told my wife the devertor he installed the last visit is now warping the casing of the dishwasher.....this is the same tech that has showed up and took shots at fixing it 5 times. He told my wife he was going to call someone about the issues or just replace the dishwasher, guess what no call back from the tech or Pegasus.When I called Pegasus to make the appointment that they send someone else other than the tech that showed up the last 4 times. I was told they would send a senior tech......but the same tech shows up today. I have complained to Nebraska Furniture about the service company for the extended service policy that I purchased. I think 5 repair visits in a month and a half for the same problem would justify the dishwasher to be replaced.Also just FYI, if you call after hours there is an option to leave a message.. you press 1 and your call is disconnected.....I guess Pegasus doesnt want to hear from dissatisfied customers.....Maybe someone with Pegasus will call me (I dont think so...Im not holding my breath), but they definitely need a lesson in customer service.....On 1/15/2019.....The owner of Pegasus did finally call me. He stated that he had been in contact with Nebraska Furniture and the Assurance Extended Warranty about the 5 service calls on the dishwasher. After 2 weeks they came out today and replaced the dishwasher.Hopefully the new dishwasher will not have any issues.

We had our Samsung refrigerator repaired by Jeff W, who assured us of a 90 day parts and labor warranty, yet when the same problem came back 5 weeks later, we began calling repeatedly and never had anyone answer, nor respond to multiple messages. They are absolutely ducking their warranty policy and its not only frustrating, its absolutely unacceptable. Well also be filing with the Dallas BBB.

ABSOLUTELY THRILLED with Fred Diamond’s service! A couple of days ago he came to repair our dryer because it was making horrific grinding noises when running. He quickly determined the issue and stated that he had the rollers but not the pulley. We made an appointment for a couple of days out. I was pleased that when he returned, he again called before he came (which allowed me time to put the dogs outside before crazy barking ensued) and promptly fixed the issue!! He was also so helpful by explaining what caused the issue and how to try to prevent it in the future, in addition to answering questions about my washing machine (which he had not even been called out for). I HIGHLY recommend Pegasus and their friendly, going above and beyond, specialist, Fred!
Over the period of four+ months, a multitude of phone calls and four trips to my home Pegasus was still unable to make correct repairs to my three year old Samsung refrigerator with ice maker. They finally abandoned their efforts with the unit in worse condition than when I first called them. I wasted $500 and several days total trying to get Pegasus to fix their repairs, but they refused to contact Samsung and finally ignored my calls. My only solution now is to purchase another new refrigerator, definitely not Samsung and not Pegasus as their authorized repair representative. I would give 0 stars if I could.
I scheduled an appointment with Pegasus two weeks in advance. Took off work today for the appointment, and called first thing this morning to confirm my time slot. Received a phone call around 1pm indicating that my technician was en route, and would arrive in approx. 20 minutes. Two hours later, the technician still hadnt arrived. Spoke with Stephanie at the Pegasus office, who insisted that a technician DID visit my house, but no one ever knocked on my door. Sounds like the technician knocked on the wrong door. Despite the fact that I had an appointment, the technician is now too busy to visit the correct house; if I want to try again, they can work me into the schedule next week. Which would require me taking another day off work. What terrible service, and whats worse, a complete lack of concern. Ill be giving my business to someone else.

I had warranty work done on my Samsung refrigerator. The Samsung experience was not good but I am so glad I asked them to schedule with Pegasus as they were great to work with for the repair. Jerry Ploegert was my repair technician and he provided excellent service. He effectively communicated with me throughout the process from scheduling to explaining the repair that was needed. When he was done he answered all my questions and gave me some great pointers on how to take care of all of my appliances! Thank you Jerry for your professionalism!

I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone they come to your area once a weekThey call 9 minutes before they show. Im still without a refrigerator its been 10 days, cant any service tech. Out here until Wednesday so that a total of 17 days without a frigidaire the promises of a good warranty is about like a hand shake now days, refrigerate is 5 months old
Terrence was professional, courteous and was able to identify and fix the problems with my washer.
I had repair done on my Samsung refrigerator. The refrigerator has two ice makes and one went out. My technicians name was Fred Diamond. An appointment was made and Mr. Diamond came to review issues just as scheduled. He explained I needed a new ice maker on the upper part. Amazingly he scheduled the repair for Friday in the same week and made the appointment while he was still here. Not only did he keep the appointment as scheduled but put booties on his feet for both trips and cleaned up after himself. I was EXTREMELY pleased with the service, the technician and now know the business to call should I ever need service again..
