We love nadeau. Love that pieces are beauty, well built/good quality.We had a disappointing experience today though. We bought couple of poufs and I noticed at the store that both had a label. My instinct told me to Google it, but I didn’t..We paid around $200 per.Came home and decided to look it up… turns out exact same one, both of them, are sold on bed bath and beyond, for $110 each.First I’m disappointed that they are selling these… I wanted to think that most of what is sold there are generally unique and not mass made and sold. I guess I’m just naive to think that a store that has 38 stores nationwide can really live up to such expectations.Second, if they are going to sell such mass produced items, they shouldn’t over price them so much. I can understand some, but almost 80%!?

This place has great prices and great people. The product is high quality! We have bought three pieces of furniture here because they always have new pieces!Timothy and Lilly are the best!

Timothy greeted us with warmth and humor the minute we walked in. He promptly answered our questions, including getting a personalized quote for delivery (which we didn’t need—seeNext). As it turned out, he was able to help us get the piece into our already packed car. Again with a great, polite and super helpful go getter attitude.

Nadeau is a great furniture store with unique pieces. We narrowed our table selection down to two options. Timothy provided the back story on each piece as well as pros and cons for the specific use we need it for. Timothy was personable, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

I came in looking for the perfect table that would match the aesthetic throughout our home. I did not want to have to wait to have something shipped to me. I had been here previously and KNEW I HAD to come back and get furniture from here. All the designs are so unique and best of all YOU CAN TAKE IT HOME ASAP. I called and was helped by Timothy. He helped me find just what I was looking for. He also helped me find chairs for it that was going to go with our color scheme. I am extremely happy with this purchase. I’ve got my eye on another piece so I am coming back for sure!

We absolutely LOVE Nadeau in Dallas Texas. We have bought several key pieces for our home here and love each one of them. Last Saturday we drove up from Little Elm and found the perfict display case for our family room that we didnt even know we needed. I recently moved to Dallas about a week ago and this is by far my favorite place I’ve been so far! After looking for furniture at a few different places, I came across Nadeau and fell in love with their pieces. Not only do they have unique and beautiful furniture that will pull any room together, but their customer service is amazing as well. I rarely step into a furniture store like Nadeau where the employees are actually passionate about what they sell, but don’t pressure you into buying right away. Nadeau “Furniture with a soul” is the place to shop for all of your furniture needs. All furniture is handcrafted and unique. The staff is really helpful, Timothy went out of his way to help us out decide what best fit our dinning room. He is very knowledgeable and he helped us in every way possible. I LOVE this place! Ive bought multiple items from Nadeau and theyve all been stunning and unique. Typically, I buy in-person at their store (which is such a cool place), but most recently, I bought a piece over the phone after seeing a picture of it on their Instagram. TJ (the Assistant Store Manager) was so helpful and responsive. The process was easy and he answered all my questions. When I realized I couldnt pick up the piece, he set up local delivery for me (for a reasonable price) and I received my beautiful new piece of furniture within hours. You really cant go wrong with this place!

I recently purchased a house, and while awaiting to close I fell in love with a beautiful mango rubberwood table from Nadeau. Every time, I went I would ask if there were more of that table or if they would be willing to hold it until I was able to close. I was always met with nasty remarks from Larry. He essentially called me broke and the only way he could hold it was if I paid in full. If thats the policy, that is is fine. But his round about way of calling me broke was uncalled for. He also told me he doesnt order the same things twice.Nevertheless, I loved that table and I finally purchased. My movers were able to deliver the table to my home. However, before leaving Nadeau they noticed several large scratches on the surface of the table and a huge crack underneath the table. Larry informed my fiancée that the crack could be fixed with just a little wood glue, he clearly would know. Upon delivery the table BROKE. The table was missing several nuts and was GLUED together with wood glue... Wild.Larry did offer the selection of a new table without charge. However, the whole experience was horrible. From being made to feel inadequate and like my money did not matter to the table breaking. The same table Larry called me broke over BROKE on delivery... what a joke.Moral of the Story: Larry is trash and the items at Nadeau are not the quality he makes them out to be.

BEST FURNITURE STORE IN DALLAS! Seriously. Stop looking and come here. Not only do they have the most beautiful furniture, but they have the best customer service. Timothy, one of their associates, has helped me 3 separate times, and no matter how long its been since I’ve come in, he always remembers me.I’m super picky about furniture. Everything here is real wood (no MDF garbage like literally everywhere else), it’s sustainable wood to boot, and they source from all over the world for the most gorgeous inventory. The pieces are so unique and I always get compliments from people when they see items we have purchased from here. Additionally, the prices are crazy amazing - I could buy a similar piece from some corporate monster for 4 times as much (yuck!) but, instead I come here and get better quality for less than 1/2 (or more) of any regular store.Look no further - you’ve found where you need to be!

I am SO glad I found Nadeau Dallas. I am so impressed with the quality of the two items I’ve bought so far. They are real wood and such beautiful, unique pieces from India & Indonesia. You can’t beat the wholesale prices either, I did my research. I had a wonderful experience & I purchased virtually through Instagram. Timothy was so amazing! He provided the best customer service, he was quick to answer (thank goodness because there was a lot of interest about one of the pieces). He sent me details, measurements, walk around videos about the pieces I was interested in all via Instagram. Impressive! We did the transaction over the phone (he was so polite!) and when I asked about a delivery option, he provided this as well. They offer a third party delivery service and it’s an amazing price! They base it off of the mileage (distance) from the store to my house (Dallas to McKinney) and size of base price of the item. The second piece was only $10 more - can’t beat that!! Sam was on time, communicative and all communication was via text. Paid with Venmo. He was very courteous and fast - next day delivery! Again, very impressed. Customer service through out my experience was top notch! Thank you Timothy & Sam, can’t wait to come into the store and visit soon!!

Large warehouse full off different pieces of eclectic furniture in the Design District. The furniture seems to be quality, real wood but I haven’t personally owned any of it. I hope to buy a Buffett/side table soon though. Their inventory can change weekly depending on shipments. You can view some of their stocked pieces on their website. Their customer service is ok, they don’t push you to buy anything. You’re free to wonder and look and just let them know if something catches your eye. Great place to find one of a kind pieces of furniture.

Went in yesterday for the first time and will definitely be going back! Great and unique pieces at a great price! We walked in and the main lady working told us to go walk around the warehouse and there were tape measures if we needed them and SOLD stickers if we found something we wanted. No annoying sales people stalking you and hassling you which was one of my favorite parts! We found a great entertainment center that is made out of solid, real wood! We paid and they loaded it into the back of the truck for us. Easiest furniture buying experience ever!! I am very happy with my purchase!
