I wish I would have known about this place when I bought my first car back in 1982, but I just found out about them two years ago and when I tell you theyre customer service is the best, Patty and Austin are the best they really go far and beyond to help you. Im a customer for life, need a battery give this company chance, you wont regret it.

South Dallas Battery has been open since 1933. Theyre in their 3rd gen of family workers (and its just about time for Gen 4 to take over). Not only were they able to help us out with some parts we were having trouble locating but I enjoyed talking to the man running things now. The grandson. He had some great stories about growing up in the shop with his Granddad. And it was interesting hearing about the neighborhood and how it used to be.I liked these guys. They were able to help us out of a bind for a good price.

Took an alternator there to be repaired. They were supposed to get back to me in a couple of days. I gave him 5days and i called to be told he just needed a couple more days. I gave him another 5 days and i called to find out he still hasnt fixed it. I went to pick up my old starter to find out that they broke the casing on it and told me that they couldnt help me. What a pain in the rear this was...

They can do it all, well established business with friendly folks . Give them a call. Highly recommended.
