Called to schedule a service call. Was told the soonest they could be out would be Tuesday of the following week, 5 days later. No problem Scheduled the service call waited the entire day the day of the scheduled service call. NO CALL NO SHOW! Called them to see if they were still coming out. They didnt know anything about my service call. Unorganized and lack of communication. The competition will thank you. They will be out next day.

Great company and very happy with their service work. We had our main air compressor go down and our secondary was barely keeping up. Not an option to shutdown production. They got our 150hp back online and running in a couple of hours. Excellent support.

Ive been using Air Mac for all of my compressed air needs since 2012. I have bought several compressors from them and had them install piping through two large warehouses. I have never been disappointed with the work they do. They are always on time and on budget.

I called Air Mac last Monday. I asked to speak to someone in service but was transferred to an answering machine.Later that day I called back and was told the service department was not available and they would take a message and make sure they called me the next morning.2 days later I called back and informed the woman on the phone very nicely that I was trying to reach service and has already called 2 times before. She told me well we gave them the message so I dont know what you want us to do? --- this should have been my first clue.I called back an hour later to speak to the service department since it was 3 pm and I was sure the lunch break would be done. I spoke to the service manager and informed him what I was looking for and gave him the service address and my contact information.Bottom line is that someone was supposed to come out the first part of this week and it has been a week since I spoke to someone there without a call back.I DO NOT SUGGEST YOU USE AIR MAC!

Just wanted to let everyone know that before you use this company you will be waiting for three to five weeks until you receive any kind of update or before any work is started on your blower. This company has cost us approx. $30K for the length of time they have had our blower. Guess what as of today they still have our blower and nothing has been repaired. After a brief discussion with the owner and finding out what an arrogant, and none responsive man he is explains the quality of his employees and his company. Your company is only as good as the management itself.Gardner-Denver recommended this company. I have written them a detailed letter explaining my problem and the experience I have had. Hopefully a quality company like Gardner-Denver will stop recommending them.Nathan Belz - I totally agree with your complaint. After Blake @ AirMac gave me a day he would show up, and never did. It took me calling management to get someone out to pick up my blower.
