Where do I start, Christopher and Chris at the front desk had excellent customer service, very pleased with their professionalism! I have used many storage facility several times over the years, and this one by far has the best service and staff. Christopher was friendly and quick to help me with our storage needs! I highly recommend them for their cleanliness, friendliness and great rates!!

So I went here after I moved out of my recent house and I thought it was going to be a difficult and confusing process. I was wrong. They simplified the different units/payments and the property is very clean. Chris was the employee that helped me out that day and I must say that he’s extremely enthusiastic and helpful. Great experience!

Just moved out after about a year (maybe more) as I no longer need storage in the area. In the whole time I was there I never had any incidents and I was very satisfied with the facility and the team members. I originally had a small unit but upgraded to a larger space because the price was good and the process of changing units was simple. Isabel helped make the process of moving out very smooth and easy and I know that Ill be coming back if I need storage in the area again!

Managed to catch a great deal for 50% off my first three months. They were very on top of making sure i could pick up the keys and tour the site. Isabel was immensely helpful and kind, made the process very easy!

My dad has been renting from here for a little while now and we enjoy the service and the pricing is reasonable. each time we go its always clean and christopher is always helpful and patient

This is our first time using a self storage facility and the gentleman that helped us, Christopher, was amazing. He answered all of our questions and even put up with my husbands jokes! I will definitely recommend storing items here. Another plus is that the facility is new and very clean.

I’ve been renting at this location for 2 months now. The place is super secure. You need a code to even get the elevators moving. So you can guarantee no one will in the storage area who isn’t supposed to be. Also they supply you with a lock for your unit that is imbedded into the door so it is nearly impossible to cut off.Also the manger Chris is amazing. He’s just a hard working good guy who does everything in his power to make people feel welcome and keep the storage facility in order. I was renting from a place down the street on Lincoln which was the complete opposite.This storage facility is light years ahead of anything in this area. Climate controlled, highly secured, and well managed. I’m just impressed and that’s saying a lot. Don’t second guess if you are going to rent here. It’s a good business.

Chris just gave me a bottle of water.Who is Chris? Why does that even matter?It means everything when you consider how I got here. A week ago I came from a storage which was infested with roaches, had nosy managers who exploited the covid situation so they could do less work and provide even less than they already were, and didnt even have proper ventilation let alone air conditioning.When I left that place my only goal was to come to a place which wasnt hot. However Chriss level of service, care for my business, and empathy for me as a person made me realize I was selling myself short.Chris listened, was patient, made me feel as though I could rely on him, and he instantly made me feel comfortable before Id even moved in.He broke the fine print down and made sure it was understood rather than glossed over, and he really showed how invested he was in his career and us as tenants.I didnt realize I was looking for an ally in the storage needs for my business. I thought I was just looking for an empty space. I found a great deal more.Chris gave me a bottle of water today, and continues to give me intangibles which motivate me every time I come to the facility.

Better in every way than other storage places. Brittany was super helpful, patient and showed us multiple units until we were completely satisfied with our pick. She was very informative and answered all our questions. We needed to move our stuff to a bigger space and after looking at other storage places this one beats them all. Definitely recommend this place.

The manager Chris Ayala is absolutely excellent! I have been in Indiana taking care of my mother. A need arose requiring rental of a storage unit. Chris guided me via various phone conversations to get a unit secured and get a key to my friend to use to move some of my belongings into the unit. Chris is always pleasant and he calls back rapidly when you leave a message for him. He is a 5 star manager!

Isabel demonstrated extreme professionalism when taking car of my friend and I, to give us a great unit! She stayed after hours to make sure we were well taken care of, and despite being exhausted from a long day at the end of her shift, still payed attention to all the small details by being extra informative, sanitizing apparatuses as we finished using them, and cracking jokes along the way. This place is coldblood. They give me the boot because I was late a couple times leaving the building at night time when they closed my bad but come on after everything has happened to me in the last few days I was hoping that they would have been my savior but they didnt lost my car my house all my money out of the bank from Edd and Bank of America . No car means how do I move my stuff the unit that I rent it from a different storage online told me when I got there yesterday that my IDs expired so I cant rent from them so now I really have nowhere to put my stuff and they want me out of simply storage today or yesterday what am I going to do I have no more money to give them so my review goes one star until somebody helps me

It’s a clean and new facility. The staffs are very helpful and professional.

Just rented a storage unit today with Chris the manager. He was friendly and explained things clearly. The unit was new and the facility looked very clean. There are key pads at the entryway and elevators. The prices are a lot lower than what we were paying at another facility. The only thing it seemed like people don’t put back the carts.

Clean, well kept... Chris has been incredibly nice, helpful, and understanding... really a pleasure... he even listened to me vent about my problems, then effectively distracted me from them afterwards... and a great sense of humor.

This is a scary time for everyone, and having to move it’s more stressful. This place helped to ease my stress with the online rental process is was simple and smooth. The facility is clean and easy to get around with the carts that they allow you to use. I love that this facility is climate controlled and has a restroom that we can use. The young ladies are helpful and answered all of my question, they are the best.

They are cold and heartless. They sold my unit while I was in the hospital. I told them I would be in the hospital and they chose to sell my unit without informing me that it was up for auction. The manager Christopher then lied about it.

Brittany helped us at the Storage this past weekend and I was very impressed. She was responsive and professional and made sure to check-in with me multiple times throughout my drive from NV to CA. I made it just before the office closed and she didnt rush us through the process. She even stayed a bit later to walk us to our unit and explain the various services they had available at the Cypress storage.

My dad came earlier to rent a storage and I loved the new place they just opened up a few months back. The property manger was really friendly and knowledgeable we left very content with our new space.

I happened to be the area looking for storage and the process was so easy. Im remodeling my home and worried that Id need to storage long term. Lorraine was very helpful and answered every question I had and mentioned that they have storages on a monthly basis and offered me a deal I couldnt beat.
