Compressor stopped working. Service said they had the part in stock and I would have it the next day. Two days later when I called to find my part I was told it was not in stock and it had been sent from another facility and would be here in another 4 days. 6 days later no part and was told it will be 3 more days. If you depend on air in your business find someone who cares if you work. If I was told it would take so long to get a simple part UPS overnight would have been no problem. It seems to simple for someone to make a phone call and tell you that the part would not be delivered the next day because it wasnt in stock after all. It only took a few minutes to take my money
