I came in to treat my grandchildren to an old favorite of mine, to see a young girl preparing ice cream with no gloves, scratching her head, wiping her hands on her apron, touching the rim of the cups where the customer may put there mouth on, and when I asked her, why she did not have gloves on she said because she washed her hands, I said well Ive been watching you and Ive seen you do several things that are not safe, and Im concerned for our safety and yours, she looked at me and rolled her eye and proceeded to take another customers order. My issue is, this is still Covid and we need to be as safe as possible, especially while handling food. Not to mention, dont take it personal when a customer addresses a safety concern.

I couldn’t tell you if the ice cream was good or not because they literally had only half of the menu available. Literally everything I asked for they were out. My wife still got something and she said it was good. I’d go three stars off that alone but I noticed the Windows were super filthy. They looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks as did the floor. Seems pretty basic for a restaurant.

Tiny Dairy queen thats still open. It sucks that most have disappeared from orange county.For the younger people who have thus far missed out on the blizzards, get one while they are still here.As of March 2019 the blizzard of the month is the mint Oreo flavor.They are a smaller DQ so they dont have the full hot food menu but they have the full Ice cream menu.They also have Ice cream cakes, Julius, and smoothies.

I go here only for the Dilly Bars (chocolate& vanilla only) because they arehand dipped at the store at a good price and nice size. Trust me other DQs have their DILLY BARS sent from the factory already made they will be wrapped in a clear plastic and they dont taste as good as the ones hand dipped at the store. TRUST ME IM A ICE CREAM FANATIC! Tip....always asked if they are made in store or shipped in when it come to Dilly Bars, ice cream sandwiches, and Buster Bars! You will see the difference in taste.

Delicious treats, courteous service. We hadnt been to a DQ in years...enjoyed the variety of treats available.

My 66 year old brother need a Dairy Queen two times on Saturday. He had an immediate need for Oreo mint blizzard to start our evening and we sent him home to Crestline later in the day with a chocolate dipped cone. Cypress location has extremely nice staff, they have quite a job charging people, make all the different kinds of products, add in a hot dog or two, and selling the cooler items is really a tough job. 5 stars

They now have Dilly Bars made with coconut milk awesomeness 😋

Great place for your favorite DQ treat. The folks here are hard working and get you in and out in a flash. Also, one of the cleanest Dairy Queens Ive seen....and Ive seen a few....

This place is always a pleasure. Ive lived in Cypress for several years now and this definitely seems like the local hang out spot. Service is excellent and they make really great blizzards. Highly recommend to all locals, and others, to stop in and support this local business.

I go to DQ because my wife likes it. For me I find their ice cream to be tasteless. It has to be mixed to make a blizzard or sundae for flavor.

Really not worth the price for what they give you. Everyone felt worse eating dq. Fudge, cheesecake tasted bad even the brownie with barley any ice cream.Better you buy a tub a icecream than this.If anything your going here for nostagia because even mcdonalds icecream is better and cheaper and you get more.

Great Ice Cream & great variety of Choices.

The teens working the counter were polite and professional. The other customers seemed to be regulars and to have a rapport with the staff. The staff was quick to answer my questions. My order was very fast, accurate and the quality was solid. I have no complaints and will probably come again soon.

I dont qualify to review Dairy Queen since Ive always thought its the best place on Earth. So you shouldnt take my word for it but instead give it a try yourself and become a believer. My personal favorites are Dipped cones. Peanut Buster Parafait, Buster Bars. Ice cream heaven on Earth.

The staff are very friendly and very quick service. I love their ice cream which has a huge scoop and on a hot and sunny day you would be in heaven!! The boys love their blizzards😊 we work out at the gym right opposite so we just turn a blind eye on the days we are at the gym lol the place isnt very big and seating is kinda limited.

Still wont eat the food. Tried it once. We feel they should stick to what they know, ice cream.

Dairy Queen ice cream heaven I had the Oreo cookie ultimate frappe boy was that good my daughters had the Oreo blizzard treat my wife had the turtle pecan cluster treat each one was very good plenty of choices lots of flavors so be careful eating them too fast and give you brain freeze its usually a very busy place because they have a good product you cant go wrong with one of their delicious treats

This dairy Queen has been here for over 25 years. Very clean and high quality. Its a classic.

The quality here is a lot better than the Dairy Queen closet to my house. So I take the extra drive.

The lady working was very nice and friendly, even gave us directions to the closest post office. She was also very quick in getting a blizzard made.

It may have changed owner, flavor and texture different, very soft, to bad, been going there for years, now I may not go there again.

I think they forgot to add the vanilla or sugar in the soft serve. It tasted like unflavoured and thick whipping cream.

I was hopeing for a cheese burger but this dq doesnt serve them so we got the chili cheese dog n chips an the pretzel sticks which was pretty good and the staff was patient and nice to us

Always seem tohave friendly, competent workers. The ice cream is good like at all Dairy Queens. The food is good only if you are one to like Mini-Mart type hotdogs. The only real downer is the limited seating. On hot days when people want ice cream, they want to sit inside in the air conditioning.

The Strawberry Banana smoothie was excellent. Tasted like they used real fruit
