I bought it on Monday and recived it Tuesday afternoon even though they were getting a hurricane coming. I cant say enough positive things about them. I will recommend to all my family and friends.

These ladies really know their carts. Danielle and Crystal took care of me and answered all of my questions. They let me and my family test drive 6 differnt golf carts until we made up our mind. They have a large selection, there must have been 60 to 70 carts in their showroom

First, Im not one to leave comments or reviews, but this company is an exceptional company. I had been chatting with someone online for 2 weeks getting prices and I finally decided to pull the trigger and get one. I was quoted $14,999 for the golf cart and I paid the deposit. The next day when they called to set up shipping, the lady apologized and told me they accidentally quoted me the wrong price and that they were only asking $13,499 for that exact golf cart, and that they would credit me the difference. Now I dont know how many other companies would actually be this honest, especially since I had agreed to the $14,999. This showes me that this company has a very strong moral compass and exelent employees and it definitely deserves recognition.

Cart is badass! We must have put 400 miles on it in just a month. We got the Trojan EV and its crazy fast. Definitely recommend getting one.

I purchased (2) Golf carts from them from all the way across the country over the phone. Both of these EV Titan Carts did and do not work, they lock up after 30 seconds, we spent 8 hours doing exactly what the techs told us to do and they didnt work. The manager Crystal was fantastic and tried to help. After us trying to fix them and not getting anywhere we requested a refund. She agreed and said she would work out a pickup. We then waited over a week and didnt hear anything so I emailed to check the status with no replies. After a couple weeks the owner reached out and said that he wasnt going to honor what she said and was incredibly rude to me. He also implied that he either let her go or layed her off because of an incident. After an hour of the most unprofessional arguing he agreed to fly a tech to out to fix them which I agreed to. The tech came out and couldnt fix them and now they wont return our messages. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE STAY FAR AWAY.

Highly recommend Golf Carts of Cypress - Danielle made the entire process very smooth and we even got the golf cart delivered the same day we purchased! Couldnt be more happy with the golf cart and great customer service before, during, and after sale. Ill be back for a 6 seater soon!

I purchased a cart from these folks for which there were some major performance issues. While its never fun to have to deal with such issues, Crystals post sales customer support was 5 stars. She bent over backwards working with the Golf Carts of Cypress ownership to do right by me. In the end the I feel strongly the manufacturer of the cart left both the dealer and myself on an island, but Golf Carts of Cypress - and particularly Crystal - spent a lot of time and their own money to make things right.

Jose and Crystal were both great. It’s no secret the golf cart industry is going crazy right now, but Jose was very accommodating as he answered questions and sent pictures prior to our purchase. Every time I reached out to Jose, he replied almost immediately. I have friends who had purchased carts elsewhere, and I can assure you this wasn’t the case. I quoted carts for quite a while prior to this purchase, and Jose was very fairly priced too.When I went to pickup my cart, Jose had inadvertently snagged and torn one of the seat cushions during a final cleaning, but he was honest enough to point it out to me, and he gave me several options to replace it at no charge. Had Jose not pointed this out, I may not have noticed it, but he wanted our cart to be perfect.I’ve since had the seats repaired, and we’d definitely purchase through Jose again.

I recently purchased a golf cart from this company. I live in Florida and they’re based out of Texas. I was a little leery of not purchasing locally. I purchased a brand new 2020 EV Titan six seater golf cart. It was absolutely beautiful! Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the battery within the first week. It turned out to be a common issue with the brakes activating a safety switch. As a business owner I would like to give an amazing amount of credit to the owner. From the moment I experienced an issue the owner himself took every one of my calls... every time. He walked me through how to fix it am overcome this issue. Within seven days he had one of his technicians come from TX to my home in FL to completely replace the battery. He even added a light upgrade for the inconvenience. In business...mistakes happen. It’s how you rise to the occasion to put your customers first that makes the difference. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a golf cart nationwide. We were so impressed with Jose and Golf Carts of Cypress. He was very responsive when we inquired about purchasing a golf cart and willing to meet the next day. They had a nice facility and showroom with plenty of room for a test drive. He was knowledgeable about the products and very professional. I bought a 2015 golf cart three weeks and so far my son and I are loving it to get around our pretty expansive neighborhood. The inquiry and purchase process went very smoothly. When I contacted the company on line the owner reached out the same day and made arrangements for me to take the cart for a test ride. The cart looks and feels brand new. From the batteries, tires, upholstery, Bluetooth Boss audio system and body the cart looks great and I’ve received a lot of compliments from neighbors. The delivery process went seamless as the cart was delivered on the day it was promised with Jose showing me all the features and how to maintain battery life. If only had two minor issue with it and when I don’t acted the company they made quick arrangements to get the issues fixed. Jose was amazing. Very helpful. Saw add a few months ago on Facebook market place and inquired about one I saw.
