It’s not about the product, it’s about the service. A couple months ago we attempted to place a To-go order on the way home from visiting our cousin in Cypress. Had a bit of a drive so would have been nice to enjoy some boba on the way home. Wanted to order 3 drinks, per their “policy” you need to order a minimum of 5 drinks for to-go orders. What kind of money hungry establishment places that kind of rules for to-go orders?!? Okay fine. Rules are rules. Drove there anyway and placed our order.Here we are to present day, May 16, 2020, life of Covid-19, would be nice to make an order and quickly pick up for the health and safety of your customers. I felt prepared as we were visiting our cousin again in Cypress. 5 drink minimum, got it. Called an ordered 7 drinks as the kids and nephews and nieces wanted boba. Played by their rules, and guess what. “Money hungry establishment” for “possible” fear of losing money states can’t make to-go orders within 30 minutes of closing. Wow. Done with 7 leaves.

Everyone that works here has been so sweet! They are very fast when it comes to getting you your drink. Everything has tasted great, my new favorite has been the Jasmine Milk Tea. Pricing is very reasonable, menu is simple and easy to read. Im so happy I dont live near or I would be here every day!

I usually come here with my office colleague. Have always ordered their Special iced Coffee which is really great. The people are super nice and they have an excellent Tea collection too.... every item on their menu is worth a try.

I have been going here since 2014. This place never disappoints. Today we were surprised there were parking spots available on a Sunday summer afternoon. There was no wait in line today. What I typically get here is Thai Milk Tea or House Coffee with or without boba. Their Thai Milk Tea is brewed. They put the right amount of half & half. Just like their House Coffee, it is not too sweet and not too bitter. What I also do is request for easy ice. The employees here are nice. The two restrooms are locked and could only be opened with one key. They should have one key for each restroom door, that only opens one of the doors; not both.

Great coffee hot or iced. my favorite is the house coffee without the cream and now they have 2 sizes! plenty other deliciously refreshing drinks available and a new iced tea added this summer as well. The service is great and they are friendly hard working folks. Parking may be an issue but be patient, people always in n out.

Definitely one of my favorite places for tea Ive found ever! I got the strawberry hibiscus tea and it absolutely quenched my thirst. It was delicious and sweet with a little tart. Employees were nice and the service was fast. I will be returning here in the future. (:

All in all, this place is standard. Good for just a quick drink but no drinks that will have you talk about the flavor to your friends. Alot of college and high school students go here and spend a long time talking so finding sitting is rare. Drinks are fairly cheap but they also taste cheap or equal as to any other standard shop. Friendly service though!

Great tea, coffee is really sweet without any adjustments, but thats to my taste so I dont mind it. Service is decent, reasonably quick. Price is reasonable, some might find it a bit expensive compared to cheaper places, but its worth it in my opinion.

EXCELLENT SERVICE & CLEAN both of which are key elements for me, along with flavorful Vietnamese iced coffee. I asked for easy ice (a must for me as you get more of what youre paying for) and added boba, perfect combo. Great place to STUDY. I recently visited this location and ordered my usual Oolong milk tea with easy sweetener. This past visit I noticed that there was a larger milk to tea ratio and I was correct when I tasted my first sip. I went back the cashier and told him the problem. He kindly offered to make me a new drink with more Oolong tea flavor. When I tried it again it was perfect! I admire the customer service they offer at this location and will be back again soon!

Tea here is amazing. Popcorn chicken is also pretty good. Good location for studying with printers so you can print.The lines can get pretty long on weekends and during peak times but rest assured they are quite quick and fast at processing orders.

Great place for well made tea and iced coffee drinks. Well kept interior and excellent staff lead to an excellent experience, with great quality in ingredients leading to a product well worth it in price and patience. I recommend the sea cream thai tea on ice.

Been coming here for more than 4 years ever since they opened this location. However long I am back in this area, it is always a ritual for me to come here everyday and order at least 2 drinks. I need my 7 Leaves dose. Although they may not have a large drink selection, their drinks are the best and they never fail. Customer service is also amazing and they are quick and efficient! I can witness they treat every hand craft drink with care and top it off with a smile when handing it to you. Strawberry Hibiscus with aloe and Sea Cream Jasmine with boba are my top (and perhaps only) two favorites. If you have not tried 7 Leaves, I highly recommend you to go give it a try.

Really bad service. I stood in front of the register for 5 mins with 5 employees there talking to each other. Until a really nice lady told them I was ready to order. They didn’t apologize just stood there and smiled.Employees need customer aero training.

This place is the Asian tea version of “Starbucks”. Mostly all you’ll see here is young college students studying or just socializing with friends. I love their Thai tea and a strawberry cream pastry. There so freaking good! The only thing I don’t particularly like is the pressure for gratuity when you pay with a card, but then again most new trendy places are using this new point-of-sale system. If you’ve been here you’ll know that towards the end of the transaction the cashier flips the monitor towards you to have you sign the purchase with the option to tip. I suggest you use cash or get a recipe if you pay with card because the cashier can easily change the tipping percent or add a tip if you didn’t leave one after you walk away. 🤑

Even though I live in Cypress, Ive been going to the Westminster and GG locations for a while.Parking at this 7LC is pretty much like the other locations. You have to wait or park on the street when the strip mall gets busy. I must note that the AC at this location is especially strong. They have around 12 high stools with tables and a few short chairs. There is also an outdoor patio area, which is a plus over the other locations.As for the drinks, it seems all the 7LC are consistently delicious. Prices are fair and the service is quick.

The staff here was great! very very friendly even gave my toddler a sample fruit drink.. which i only gave her a small sip. but the though that counts that they are happy to entertain a toddler is great for this mom!

I love the customer service and drinks here. Although they are too small to serve food, the customer service is astounding. I even love how theres always a beautiful cashier to ring me up with a smile and a preppy attitude. The pink haired girl who sounds like Madoka Magica is very cute and very sweet. This is my go-to Boba place, I always order my standard Thai Tea w/ Boba and it is AMAZING! Menu is simple and short, amazing service, and the coffee will be ready in short notice. Coffee itself is delicious and have much flavor; very sweet! Try this place once and guarantee you will try it again!

The staff is extremely friendly and hardworking. Often your order will be ready by the time you sit down which always seems to catch me by surprise in a good way. It also taste great, being super consistent is something I noticed this 7 leaves is really good at. This place also has a lot of table space for studying so many nearby students come to study here and for that reason Its extremely popular with the young professional crowd. Theres a printer I believe for use, and good free WiFi for your everyday needs. Overall this is a great choice if youre looking for good boba or a place to relax and perhaps study.

I ordered the mung bean milk tea and it was rather good. Its artificial green in color but still good. I think the pandan makes it that shade of green and not the mung beans though. The service was quick and the place was clean. The parking is better than its sister location in Westminster. Great place to go if you need a place to study, chat, or just chillax.

You ask for less ice and they just give you less coffee for what you paid for. They load their cups full of ice so regardless you arent getting what youre paying for. Really Sucks because I really like their coffee.

Ive tried their house coffee and the taro milk tea. Both had fantastic flavor without being too sweet. However, my companion got the Sea Cream Jasmine Tea and the drink was watery without much Jasmine or cream flavor.
