Easy breezy. Walking try out the sizes and pick your add-ons and pay your bill and youre done. The girls are easy to work with. Highly recommend. I thought it was going to be hard, but surprisingly not.

Showed up and spent the next 3 hours one on one going over every detail due to our school not being in there database. We had to build the school jacket from scratch. My daughter had a great experience going over all the options and combinations making her jacket just right. She is excited to getting it in 3 weeks. Great experience, outstanding customer service. Jacket was pricey but well worth it. Class of 2019.

Got my sons Letterman jacket here and the ladies that helped me, one when i ordered and the other when i picked up, were both very nice. Everything went smooth. Jacket was ready about 4 days before the date they gave me so that was awesome.

Great service and staff!!! Originally ordered my sons letterman jacket in 2016 and came back to have some additional embroidery/awards added in 2017. On both occasions the service that we received was outstanding - they provided us with a timeline that was very reasonable, and managed to deliver ahead of schedule both times. The quality of the jacket is impeccable and the materials are of better quality than jackets that we have seen from other vendors.

Even though the drive from my place to here and back was a total of two hours long, I was glad I got my Letterman jacket from here. The Letterman jackets are much better than the Letterman jackets from a sporting goods store. The employees here are nice and they know what they are doing. I would definitely recommend this place!

Brisk business, with the workers being a tad bit rude, depending on which one helps you. Although, it is understandable and they get you in and out fairly quickly. Jacket takes 2-3 weeks to make.

My sons last name was off centered and slanted on back of jacket. They promised to fixed it but when I picked up the jacket, it looked tha same (slanted). A man (perhaps owner) came out and said that my sons shoulders are crocket and that he should see a chiropractor. I was expecting a better quality of work for a $400 jacket. If you have the option to go to another place, do it. Very disappointed at C & L.

Amazing jacket with superb details. My kid is only 5, but when she wears it to school she feels 6 feet tall and people move to let her pass as she navigates the hallways at school. Its not cheap, but if its earned it is worth the investment.

Poor customer service... I called because I was on my way to pick up something and was about 10min out but they closed in about 25min. I was letting them know I was on my way and they were very rude over the phone. They said if youre not here by the time we close youll have to come back another day and hung up.
