Company had misleading information on their website and would not stand behind their negligence. I ordered the swinging happy clown prop and they sent just a head. This item said it was for the prop with realistic swinging motion,haunting sayings,activation pad included,and head turns side to side. When I contacted them They said I misread. I have included a picture of what the description of what I bought said. BUYER BEWARE!

Bought the playboy robe costume from costumes4less on eBay. A total of $72 with tax/shipping - completely cheap material and way too expensive. It arrived one day late on Halloween but was guaranteed by the 30th - if you list something as guaranteed then send by fed ex, not regular mail.

If it was an option, I would give them a zero!!! Two times I tried to order a product and both times my order was canceled by Costumes 4 Less with no explanation. I called the 1-800 number only to be put on hold and my time Is worth a lot more than the length of time I was on hold. I then email the company 4 days ago and still have not received a reply. Terrible customer service.

Ordered my sons costume on a Tuesday, got it on Thursday. Good quality and fast shipping. Ill definitely order from here again.

Great CS, paid for return shipping on item that did not fit correctly. Would order from them over 3wishes anyday. Theyve made a faithful customer out of me.

Never did I have such an awful experience online shopping. Trying to order an item online and couldnt. I then called the # listed on their site. Cannot even get in touch with a human! I dont know how they are even in business...read the reviews, its 100percent true about them charging you for a refund and a fee...then no one answered the phone to even place an order! Better deals and better service at other places...happy I didnt order from them now! Not worth the risk...awful shopping.
