Ive been looking around for a Nintendo OLED console, but they are very difficult to find thanks to all the scalpers out there. Hopefully, Nintendo will increase production and make more so most everyone will have a chance to purchase one.

Its a nice shop but I think they were missing many things, there wasnt enough games to look for and they lacked products that exists in their website. Also payment was very slow, kinda got bored while waiting to pay.

Place seems shady. They never have the games you really want. Never have the accessories you want or need. You ask for a new copy and they basically try to force you to buy used. Everything limited edition is never available. But the packaging is on display for you to pick from? Its like the employees save the items aside for them or thier friends to buy later.

So very helpful on helping me with ordering Christmas presents 🎁

For quite a while my go to store for marvel legends stuff. Now that Gamestop as a franchise has decided legends which should be a 20 dollar price point are now all 30. No thanks... since I no longer buy hard copy games and now theyve over priced their figures they no longer serve a purpose for me. They also dropped the ball on 2 pre orders of mine. I have since found more reliable sources for my needs.

Small shop, helpful people. Its your typical GameStop. Everything is where you expect it to be, and you can spend as little or as much money as you like on new and used games and hardware.

I drove out of my area to this store for a Wonder Woman Action Figure. Pretty good sized store compared to your avg Gamestop. Place is pretty well organized and clean. It seems it can get very busy when school is done. Employee at time was very helpful with picking out the best conditioned figure and was multitasking to help me not wait that long while other employee went to get coffee when things were slow. Employee was really concerned about my wait time because things got busy and line was building up right when I decided to look for any other items I may be interested in while I had the figure I wanted at the back of the counter. Was a good visit and I recommend this place for figures, statues, toys. I personally dont buy games from any Gamestop because I like my new games unopened.

Ive been coming to this gamestop since I was 5 years old (20 now). Sure, staff has changed since then, but I have never had a bad experience. Lately, the most frequent employee I have helping me out there if I ever go is Benjamin. Hes a great guy and I always see him grinding. Thanks for all the help over the years.P.S. to the people complaining about the prices they charge for used games, they do not force you to buy their used games. If you dont like it, go somewhere else. Quit bitching to the employees for something they have no control over. Yall must have never worked a job in customer service before.

Love this place not only do they have everything I need game wise but the Funko selection is always prime time also the knowledge here is always welcomed these guys know whats up coming whats in stock I mean seriously go above and beyond to help me find products if not on store super helpful thats why I chose to come here when I literally love walking distance from the Norwalk location its just not the same vibes and the customer service really stands out omw to go pick up my Squirtle pop as they were nice enough to hold it for me as Norwalk gave my gf what looks like a returned pop so come on check out this GameStop you wont regret it

Neat, clean, and always willing to help. Small location, comparatively, but always has what Im looking for, or will bring it in from other stores if they dont.

They always have people who are able to answer any questions you have and explain in an understandable way.

I havent had any problems with this gamestop, the employees are pretty courteous and the manager alex is very nice.

Friendly staff and they really try to get to know the community! Some new shoppers dont understand the try to get you the most for youre trades as best they can. They are awesome at holding your preorders and getting you exclusives!!

Went there for some last minute gift items. While I was there a female customer came to ask about a Nintendo Switch she supposedly asked to put a hold on for her. Apparently someone came in and bought it. The sales staff were very apologetic and very courteous towards her but she continued to berate them and asked for the corporate number to file a complaint.

Kind of a smaller and crammed store, but they usually have what youre looking for and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Nice place to spend money on OTAKU stuff. Geek stuff. Lol. Well the place isnt just for kids, there were so many adults also. I was surprised.

This place has dousche bag written all over it. And coincidentally it is run by dousche bags as well! Dont waste your time here. They will try to force you to by used games for full price
