I was so surprised about this machine for making copy of key. It is very easy and convenient to me. A week ago I came back to US from Japan. I never saw this kind of a machine in Japan. And also, the copy of key worked very good. It is a truth that the machine says 100% Accuracy Guaranteed. It is also a true that it took a very short time to copy a key. I really like this machine and this interested experience.

This location has forgot the basics of customer service including General Manager passes by us twice in 45 minutes. We were standing and waiting at same location in flooring department for some one to bring pallet down. The flooring team kept passing the task. Until a team member who had helped me in the past with Great Customer service, i asked him if he can help? He coordinated. Finally we got our material. Took 2 hours to get it done.Unfortunately the guy who helped us, that was his last day today. I wished him well for his new venture.This team needs lots of basic customer service training.
