Employees were polite and courteous, I was there in the middle of their closing sale. Yet the employees were still helpful and courteous. Sorry to see this place go.

Unfriendly clerk. Her attitude was so rude. This place is typical cheap prices and terrible attitude. I choose cheap prices so bad customer care is fine. Anyway people should know terrible clerks attitude.

They dont have a lot of shoes for larger sizes, but if youre up to a size 8, then this is a great shoe store.

Went in for the BOGO Sale. The cashier was friendly and extended her help if needed. I purchased to pair of shoes.Clean store and relaxing experience.

Whatever you do don’t leave shoes on the floor if you plan to by them otherwise they get mad!??? What the heck I wanted to buy a couple of pairs for me and my grandkids but after this terrible customer service lady working came around sweeping with an attitude forget it! She said some ppl leave shoes on the floor then don’t buy them really? I’m not that person!Isn’t that her job?

Im a little sad to say that all the Payless shoe stores are closing due to filing Bankruptcy. This was one of my favorite places to shop for sandles. Right now Everything Must Go with 40-60% off right now with continued weekly shipments of merchandise. Pretty awesome!! The only thing is that all sales are final, not even excepting exchanges at this point. So make sure whatever you buy is a keeper! Good luck on your next shopping adventure at Payless ShoeSource!

Seemed to be low stock in my size. I’m pretty average, size 8. Maybe they just sold a lot of shoes that day before I came in?

Did not find what I was looking for .asked the only person working where other payless stores were and her answer was I Dont know!
