First time here. I love their bakery selection. We tried a puff pastry with creme, raspberries & grapes. It was delicious. We tried their garlic onion hotdogs, those were so good. We also bought many types of chips, we loved about 90 percent of them. We purchased a brown sugar boba kit, very good. Great place to check out if you want to try new things.

Bought 4 boxes of Moon Cakes, chose boxes that said lotus seed paste with double egg yolk. I should have looked inside boxes before buying, someone had taken out almost all of the lotus seed with double egg yolk ones and put in the red bean paste ones instead. Lotus seed ones are more expensive, especially the double egg yolk ones. Very angry and disappointed. Couldnt return them because they were needed that day for gifts. Marina Mkt needs to seal the tins and boxes so people dont switch the cheaper stuff for the more expensive ones.

In the area for business and craving for some traditional Chinese breakfast. Did some research online and many blogs recommended this place.Went over 8AM and got the Soy milk, Deep fried dough (油條 and Sweet rice roll (飯糰).It was not as good as I was expecting and didnt live up to all the great stories that I read online.- Soy milk wss tasteless and didnt have the flavor of the beans.- Sweet rice roll was ok, but the rice was overcooked and too sticky.- Fried dough was the only item that was acceptable and it would be tastier if it was more crispy.

Great place for shopping for hot pot ingredients, snacks, and frozen food. They don’t have the freshest meat & produce, but the price is reasonable. Might be a bit cramped when trying to check out.

This supermarket is not as clean as other choices (H Mart and 99 Ranch) in the area. Some items prices might be better but the shopping experience is not good. The meat and seafood section is dark and soaking wet. The freshness of some frozen food items is suspect because one can feel that some frozen items newly displayed are soft, indicating it had not been kept frozen before. The staff is between indifferent and rude. Restrooms are dirty. Not a top choice for Asian groceries in the area.

The Chinese vegetables are fresh most days. The fresh seafood selection has a good variety, at an affordable price. They stuff every open space in the market, so getting around is a hassle. Expect the market to be a few degrees colder than outside as they dont turn on heat. Go for the convenience. If you have time H-mart is close by and much better.

One of the best local Asian markets in the bay area. It has a wide variety of Asian snacks, drinks and cooking ingredients. They give you points back after grocery shopping and you can redeem them at the Deli area. Recommend the roasted duck and lunch bentos. But make sure you check expiration dates on the products before you check out (some could expire soon)

Lots of Asia-sourced foods; an iconic Bay Area fixture. But its got all the bad habits of developing countries in crowded almost unsafe aisles, questionable sanitation, ridiculously priced ready-made foods calculated to not give away too much with their coupon system. The coupon system is pure b.s. - you get to cash in the coupons for foods that are priced at 2x outside street price. I hate this place but go there to get things I cant find elsewhere. Ranch 99 is far more modern and clean.

Wider selections in packaged and dry food sections compare to 99 ranch.👍They added a point program that turns your expense into credit to use at their food department.👍Good breakfast selection. The fried Chinese donut and soy milk are my go to. 👍Spricy pig ear - not recommend! It has pig smell.😅I hope they can expand the store or redesign the layout. It is hard to walk around when it is even during less busy hour on Google map. And the shopping experience will be better if they can maintain clean storefront.

Called 5/19 spoke with Judy at Deli dept. Quoted $2.5 plus tax per piece for Shou Tao (Chinese bun for birthday). Today, I called to order, the Manager said its $3.0 tax included. She was so rude and does not care if she gets the business or not. Due to Asian populations in the area, despite one Manager and a few employees died with COVID at this location, their business is still great. I havent been shopping at this location for 5 months, if its not for my sisters birthday, I would definitely not to do business with them.

THE best asian supermarket in the area. Ranch 99 and Hmart are also good but I really like Marina. A bit pricier but you get points on purchases that you can immediately use at their hot foods section which has some of the best zhongzis I have had. Their deli selections are all amazing (my favorite is the crispy pork) and the bento boxes always give generous portions. There is also a great asian bakery inside.

Came in for some fried fish. The guys told me they dont fry late anymore and that 5 was their cut off time for frying but then looked at his watch and saw that it was 4:30 so he then changed it from 5 to 4:30. Went in today and ask the service desk what time they stop frying fish she told me they work til 8pm and they should be frying. I told them that they did not want to fry it for me and she kept telling me that that didnt happen. So I had to keep telling her it did happen the day before. They simply didnt want to fry it for me. I like these Asian markets but they tend to be rude alot and cut you off when you ask them something.

This is one of my familys go-tos for grocery shopping. The place could use a good scrubbing, but oh well. Sometimes the produce and items are cheaper than Ranch 99, so make sure to shop around a bit. When you buy groceries, you earn bucks to spend in the hot foods area (dim sum, meals, cooked meats like duck, pork, etc. that you can take and sit at one of the tables to eat). Theres also a bakery inside where you can find Chinese breads, pastries, and even order cakes.
