Being an Apple fan myself I had to stop here. In a nutshell, it’s an apple store. So don’t expect to gain access to main campus unless you know the right people. However there are things apple sells you can only buy here like shirts. Apple shirts are 100% cotton but are very soft. Currently they rental for $40 so expect to pay a premium. There is a cool little cafe here. I recommend visiting the upper floor for views of Apple Park. Bathrooms are located in the basement and I recommend see them too. Staff is nice and helpful.

The building architecture and landscape design is spectacular here at the Apple Park Visitor Center. I’ve never seen a building with a wraparound cantilevered roof like this. The The floor to ceiling glass wall really draws the outdoor olive tree grove into the interior spaces. Be sure to check out the excellent coffee drinks at the café and the wonderful views from the second floor.

Apple Park is the corporate headquarters of Apple Inc., located in Cupertino, California, in Silicon Valley. It was opened to employees in April 2017, while construction was still underway, and superseded the original headquarters at 1 Infinite Loop, which opened in 1993.The main buildings scale and circular groundscraper design, by Norman Foster, have earned the structure a media nickname the spaceship. Located on a suburban site totalling 1.46 km2, it houses more than 12,000 employees in one central four-story circular building of approximately 0.26 km2. Apple co-founder Steve Jobs wanted the campus to look less like a business park and more like a nature refuge. Eighty percent of the site consists of green space planted with drought-resistant trees and plants indigenous to the Cupertino area, and the center courtyard of the main building features an artificial pond. The campus has seven cafés, with the largest being a three-level café for 3,000 sitting people. It has light-colored stone lining and glass railing with no metal support, and is surrounded by extensive landscaping. The mezzanine space of 20,000 sq ft (1,900 m2) can accommodate 600 people and 1,750 seats on terraces outside, with a capacity to serve 15,000 lunches a day, housed by specially designed 500 tables made of solid Spessart white oak, measuring 18 ft (5.5 m) long and 4 ft (1.2 m) wide.Officially known as the Steve Jobs Theater,[2] after the co-founder and former CEO of Apple, the facility is located atop a hill on the campus. It is an underground, 1,000-seat auditorium intended for Apple product launches and press meets. It has a large above-ground cylinder-shaped lobby with stairs down to the auditorium. The theater has 350 parking spaces on North Tantau Avenue and a pedestrian path leading to the main campus located northwest of the theater. The theaters lobby has cylindrical-shaped glass walls and no support columns, which give an unhindered 360-degree view of the surrounding campus. The 80-short-ton (73-metric-ton) carbon fiber roof, made of 44 identical panels, was supplied by the Dubai-based company, Premier Composite Technologies. Each panel is 70 ft (21 m) long and 11 ft (3.4 m) wide and locks in the middle with the other panels.[51] It is the largest carbon fiber roof and the largest glass-supported structure in the world. The theater also includes a 42-foot (13 m) high glass elevator that rotates 171 degrees from the bottom to upper lobby level. The elevator is made from chemically-tempered glass, and is considered to be the tallest free-standing, glass elevator in the world.

He just ignores the customer. Other employee was talking to him and both laughing and make you feel pressure to just get out of this store. After picking up and got back to my car, a security guard immediately come and asking us to leave because the lot is for pick up only. He is extremely rude as well. He keeps knocking the window and staring at the us as we leave like we did something wrong. A very disappointing experience. Cant believe they treat customer like this right next to the headquarter. The products are still very expensive and out of reach of most customers. The place very spacious and organized. In my opinion the iPhone is highly overrated after using the iPhone 12 as well as another late model iPhone I feel the phones user interface (its API) is cumbersome, not intuitive, and not well designed. It feels as if those who designed it did not actually understand its practical use case analysis by busy end users. In my opinion I was very disappointed in how clunky, time consuming, and inefficient the user interface felt to me. Based on my experience I now feel that the iPhones popularity is more based upon hype and a lack of user base knowledge related to other phone systems by phone users than it is to the actual functionality and value of the iPhone because I just did not feel that the iPhone was as good as other phones ai have used. This is all my opinion and I encourage users to try out phones and compare for themselves, I was very disappointed.

A shock to the system seeing Chinese tour buses arrive but I cant blame them. This is a architectural wonder and that is next to the head office. Feels like no other apple store I have seen world wide and definitely some product I haven’t seen anywhere either. If you are a apple fan boy (like myself) then definitely visit. Also hit googleplex down the road

Look at the gigantic, 4-storey high, 9 x 49 size, one-piece, vertical, glued, glass plates, lining the entire outer wall of the ring-shaped, at least 1,200 feet diameter building, simulating a space station, housing Apples HQ, and called Apple Park!A true, engineering marvel realising an audacious design!

I spent countless hours attempting to cancel a subscription to Apple music. I spent 2 hours on my own and 2 hours with a Verizon helpline attempting to accomplish this. It never happened. Previously, I attempted to contact Apple Customer Service directly and encountered countless dead end prompts and inordinately long wait times. Again, I was unable to cancel this subscription.Currently I have no Apple products including Apple phones nor (soon to be ex) subscription. I will not purchase items nor interact with Apple in any way. If I am ever able to cancel this Apple music subscription, I do not intend to deal with Apple ever again.

A great place to visit and experience Apple products. I’ve been there for a pickup and service is too good, too fast. You should visit this place in a day time as it looks fabulous in light. You’ll get a chance to know about the Apple Park Demo building structure and also to look for information of every building using the iPad where you can move your iPad around the structure and get the information on iPad.

We have been in an Apple family since about 2013. We have a most of the iPhones some iPads and we truly love the quality of service that they have, as well as their customer service. We love to use the Apple TV, for all cable and streaming needs. I cannot wait to upgrade to the next iPhone 11 Pro Max.
