NEVER AGAIN. I shipped a product via a UPS branch that resides inside a Staples store in Cupertino, CA. I bought the boxes and materials to pack based on their instructions. Added an extra cost for a handling fee, insurance, and return carrier & Service. Then, the product arrived broken. To my surprise, both Staples and UPS decline and state this is the other vendor issue and they dont accountable for the shipment. So, my money and product are gone!!!Bad, bad, bad service.Next time, go to Fedex and Target. Much reliable.

The sales manager here will trick you buy insurance for furniture, but then protect nothing. And waste ur hrs on the phone. Nothing solved.

I went to this Staples location, and the employees working in the print area were very rude and unprofessional to me when I asked about faxing. I left and went to FedEx Office, and the staff was much friendlier, and it was cheaper to fax. During this pandemic, Staples employees should be grateful customers are shopping there so they can get a paycheck.

They had senior hours when I arrived, and enforced them. I am grateful because my mom has been to grocery stores where they let everyone in at senior hours bcz they can’t be bothered to enforce. Since I’m not senior, the staples employee outside got me what I needed and she brought it to me curbside. It was a great experience. Thank you.

Very average office supplies store. It appears as though it has everything you could need in a no frills manner. The staff was nice and cordial. I would recommend if you quickly needed something but wouldnt go out of your way.

I came here to buy Prepaid Visa $200 . But cashier refuse to sell me. There is promotion offer for prepaid Visa $200. This store either do not honor, or pick on customer .

If you do an online order for pickup, make sure that you check your order before they ACTUALLY ring it up. Ours was not accurate.Not sure want happened with the good reviews from months ago but the staff and tech supervisor were rude. They make excuses instead of apology for their mistakes. Clearly a toxic work place that affects their customer service. And then they get easily confused, when makes things even worse.I’m never coming back to this Staples again. The convenience is not worth it. I’d rather drive farther for other options.

There are items that are not stocked where they are supposed to be. I wanted to buy bins in the clearance isle that were not marked with a price, but an employee said they were supposed to be stocked elsewhere in the store at full price. When I visited the correct location, there were none on the shelf. There is remenants of cardboard packaging and trash in the clearance isle, and a number of products in the store have used and mangled clear packaging tape stuck on or inside of them. The manager of the store was very friendly, though. She made good suggestions on what I could buy in clearance, and appreciated that I was on a budget.

This place has great customer service and staff. The staff was kind and willing to help when I came to return a defective computer that was under warranty. Besides the staff, I would recommend buying things online instead of in-store as the in-store items costs more than usual.

The staff are polite and well trained. Most products are well stocked, and its usually easy enough to find help if you need it. The main downside is that they havent updated the shopping experience in years so it feels very utilitarian.

Get an email to pick up my online order. The UPS tracking also shows it is delivered. However, the package is NOT there! The store manager cant find it.Chat with customer service and he sent a request. Several hours later I got a call, telling me the order is ready. I went to store but again they couldnt find it.Avoid shopping at Staples to save your precious time!

Worst store. they modify the online order and charge you more. once you cancel the order, they will make all kind of trouble to avoid refund. the store manager has no interest to take care of customer. i bet they will be out of business in a year or two

The Staples representative who helped me in the Copy & Print Center was Christine. I had little idea of how to send my document over correctly, but she was patient and helpful, and the document that I needed for my trip in 20 minutes came out perfectly.

Every time they have promo on something, they always run out of inventory quickly, and wastes me much time driving to the store. Even gift card, they cannot have enough inventory. E.g. when I need to buy an Amazon gc for friend’s wedding, I have to visit the store several times to get luck.I have stopped visiting them anymore. And would more like to see Office Depot!

Wast of my time and money. I called before time to came into their store because I needed to print a paper from email, they said they can help me with that and to come by. I Came in and told me their email system has been down from this morning! they said I can use their computer and they will not charge me but I checked my bank and they did charge me! so I got no paper and they took $1.39 from me.

Mostly I use this for its Print and Copy service. Staff are always helpful when I take in my USB stick to have files printed from it, or I get papers scanned, or make copies.

No bother to shop in this store. They carry 0 promotion item in the store. Always.Their marketing department should put limited quantities (1) for all promotion items on all flyers. 😓

No greeting at the door. Hard to find what i need. Eventually found someone to help. Stood in line for a while... Service is borderline acceptable, but not great. Some employees try much harder than others.

Not so crowded. Been there once to pickup the online order. Slightly slow service but didnt take too much time either.

Up until recently, they were providing shipping tape at no cost to the customers so they can package their items in the store before shipping them out. I usef to like this service but now they are charging $2 ($1 ea side) per box regardless of size . Come on Staples! Dont you guys make enough on your shipping supplies? I used to like this store. Now Im not sure if Ill be back. In all fairness, mgr told me on the phone that corporate is behind this bonehead move and offered me a refund on the $2 if I bring him the receipt. Sorry, too little too late.

Bad experience with the cashier personnel - Ill never go there again! The shop has 4 check out counters and when I arrived to just buy some stamps there was one person at each counter (or even one free counter), so I walked down the line to the counters and queued behind one of them (no 2). The cashier at this counter told me I had to stand at the end of the line, however, I did not understand what he meant as I was obviously the next person to be served given that there were no other people waiting to be served. I thus retreated from counter 2 back to counter 4 and started waiting there. While I was waiting there, the cashier from counter 2 actually served other people arriving after me and THEN told me AGAIN I had to wait in I dont know what imaginary line of his. I still dont know what I did wrong - it is completely incomprehinsible to me. After all, there actually was no one else besides me waiting to be served and I actually WAS waiting two times behind the people currently being served. In the end, I left without buying anything as the personnel was very unfriendly and unhelpful. I have never experienced such a thing before.

Needed reprints of my business cards this morning and went to Cupertinos Staples - excellent service and very knowledgeable about printing formats, qualities etc unlike so many printing places Ive visited. The end quality is definitely acceptable and presentable on heavy paper, occasional very minor smears between letters (probably 200dpi not 300dpi print but I am guessing). Combined with no two-sided printing I think the quality is overall good, but the service is fantastic.

Bad customer service representive, dishonest manager, unorganized branch, not worth of a trip. Hope Staples keep its standard consistent and high.

Copy and print center either has broken machines or the other half of the time has someone working who doesnt know how to operate them. Too many issues all the time.
