Extra special, extra smooth served in a black cup. A bag of Reserve coffee beans will cost double the regular Starbucks. The limited upscale version takes the ordinary out and replaces it with specialty producers of coffee beans that results in a very smooth coffee specifically tailored to make you feel extra entitled if only for as long as the cup last, so upgrade to the larger cup beacuse the number of Starbucks Reserve stores is extra limited.

Clean and elegant. Pumpkin spiced cold brew is great. Chairs are comfortable and it’s a great place for o get some work done.

Starbucks Reserve in the bay area is not where comparable to the store in Seattle and Shanghai, it looks just like a regular Starbucks coffee shop and offer fancier menu than regular store. Their service is quicker and better than the one at Los Gatos. Ordered vanilla ice cream float coffee.

This branch is 5 star to me in comparison with other Starbuck branches.So why?! First of all, the level of cleanness is acceptable. Per the espresso machine hopper(attache photo), along sitting and working area cleanliness the meet my criteria to trust their drink.Secondly, they are fast to manage the line.Thirdly, they are well stocked with products such as sandwiches which usually is out on evening time. (All the photos was taken around 5:00 pm.)

This was my first time at this Starbucks and it didn’t disappoint! Really beautiful location with unique drink options that aren’t offered at other Starbucks. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Make sure to upgrade to the reserve coffee, its worth it and you can absolutely taste the difference.

Staff was pleasant and it looked like in full strength but backed up. Lines for ordering (I was there for 30 min) did not fall below 6 people. Rate of coffee getting placed for picked was one every few minutes, which I think is very slow for a full staff location. There is room to sit inside and out, place was loud and parking was busy in there area also. As the name suggest, there is a Reserve location and they serve cold brew and nitro here also.

Got things under control as much as possible for COVID. Had full stock of reserves and will prep in multiple ways as desired.

The interior space is large but the number of chairs is small and the space between the tables is large. It is recommended to wrap.

This Starbucks was changed into one of the new Starbucks Reserve bar locations July 2017. It is one of eight Starbucks reserve locations in California, and one of three Reserve locations in the Bay Area (though I was told that a Tesla drove through the Los Gatos location... so count that as two now?).Very interesting concept. But I do appreciate the fact that Starbucks Reserve adds twice as much espresso to a venti as a regular Starbucks does! ☕The restrooms were at least open this time, though they were out of toilet paper. Starbucks will not open their bathroom. Out of principal of offering drinks to people and then people needing to use the bathroom, I cannot buy drinks here.

If youre looking to purchase a drink for somebody dont come to this one unless you have the mobile app, or youre willing to stand in line separately to look at then menu inside and then pass info on to the person buying. Unnecessarily complicated.

Nice decor, like the design and lighting inside of this Starbucks. It’s different from regular Starbucks store. It was not very busy at the cashier even though all seats were occupied. Service was quick. There is outside seating as well. It’s in a prime location in Cupertino.

The two baristas that intetacted with me could work on their customer service. They could of been nicer, no need to be rude or mean. A please or thank you wouldnt kill you. The only nice thing the one barista said was hope you have a good day. They ruined my mood for the whole weekend. Maybe I caught them on a bad day but still no excuse imo. Also idk why their bar is only half covered with plexiglass, it should be the whole bar.

At least I can have a coffee with my furry baby here😃❤️🐶

Well Im officially a Starbucks convert... Never thought Id say this if you asked me 3-4 years ago but Ive been enjoying their coffee ever since. This reserve location didnt disappoint- I had the Malt and it was quite good (a little sweet for me); my wifes Irish Cream Latte was delicious, and the ambiance is lovely. The place is well lit and the refined coffee selections and preparation methods are not worth missing. We purchased a bag of reserve coffee Nicaraguan from Santa Clara roasters; all their selections are small batch and wonderfully thought out with accompanying descriptions on artfully stylized folio cards.

While this location isnt much different than other designated reserve spots, the baristas here are on their game and serve you with big smiles. Maybe theyre compensated more than regular Starbucks locations? I dont know, but these folks just really seem to like their jobs and it makes for happy customers.

The coffee was exceptional. Smoother premium beverages and luxury methods of brew. That said, it is not a coffee house in vibe: the atmosphere doesnt create room to sit and stay. Its designed to drink quickly and go.

Cool Sbux to study with a nice friendly vibe. The only critique I have is that none of the main sitting areas have proper back support :(Those that do are lounge type chairs which promote slouching. My lower back was sore after my first study session here.

My Starbucks experience was amazing, Anthony the Barista at the Bar making my siphon was very knowledgeable, and had unexceptional customer service. He made every moment right with me and my colleague. I didn’t feel like a number or another transaction. I actually felt like a person who was welcomed and he created an experience I will not forget. Also that I’m a person and I have meaning and feelings too even though through one cup of coffee he was able to show me the importance of how coffee brings people together. Despite what has happen in the past with the company he has shown me that people like him can make a huge difference. Making every moment right even if you had a bad experience before, that’s what Starbucks is all about.

Typical Starbucks. Convenient location. Parking is not too bad since Noahs closed.The remodel makes the place look more modern so that was a welcome change. The Reserve Bar is a feature here not seen at most other locations.A couple years ago they seemed to have a problem with their mobile orders, especially for Reserve drinks when those orders got delayed due to a communications breakdown.Im pleased to see that they have steadily improved their process to avoid the previous issues. I have upgraded my rating from 2 stars to 3 stars, and now I think they deserve at least a 3.5 star rating (rounding up to 4 stars)Well that didnt last long. I recently upgraded them to a 4 star rating. Now Im bringing it back to 3 stars. It took way too long for my order today. When I ordered on the app, it stated 9-12 minutes, which is fine. It actually took 23 minutes and there was a large crowd of other people waiting for their drinks. They had two machines and only one barista making regular drinks. But they had 3 other people just standing around the registers with no customers placing orders. I guess they werent trained to make drinks yet.

First Id like to say, it pains me not to give this location five stars. The employees are great, the atmosphere is better than any normal Starbucks as this is a reserve location, and the menu is unique compared to a normal chain location as well. The one complaint that I have however, is that after multiple trips on on different days at different times, I always have a hard time finding parking, and I have only once found a seat inside. This is great for the lacation, but stinks for the customers who are left walking out with their drink. This location could probably be twice the size and stay fairly full inside most of the day.

This is a great Starbucks. The employees are well above average, even for a reserve store, and are super pleasant even when they are getting slammed with orders.

They are all pretty good at most Starbucks... The folks here have a distinct edge - exceptionally customer focused. They made my day today and that counts for something!

Im never cheating on the Reserve bar in Los Gatos for this place again. Maybe its because the LG location has been open longer, but its staff beats this one hands down, not even close. Even the stools at the coffee bar in LG are better than here.If youre ever in LG after reading this, give it a try and tell me if you dont agree. :-)

Oooh.... Starbucks Reserve with a big Starbucks Reserve Bar for those who pay more for something really special from their Starbucks Reserve coffee menu. Could Starbucks come up with a more pretentious way to serve a crappy cup of coffee while playing to insecurities by helping you feel more important than most of their addicted masses?Sorry ... I was Jones-ing for a heavy dose of espresso. I knew I shouldnt go in, but did anyway. It was on the way... the line looks short... it was recently remodeled...All that I ordered was delivered incorrect. Condiment/Dairy cart was filthy and partially out of stock. Garbage overflowing. Beverages where placed on the pick up counter unlabeled lending to some confusion partially resolved by a guest fondling all the cups by the lids to find their beverages leaving the remaining manhandled cups to be sorted by process of elimination and remade.A good reminder as to why I rarely cross their threshold...
