This was my first time at Bird Pick Tea & Herb! I stumbled onto this location randomly since I was in the area. Ive never visited this mall before, but this tea shop definitely caught my eye. I really loved the bar area in the back and the cafe seating in the front of the store so that you can order your tea drinks and have the option of sitting inside or outside. I ordered the Rose Milk Tea and it was slightly bland. I understand that its tea, but I didnt feel the flavor of the tea was completely there. The Iced Rose Milk Tea was even sweetened by condensed milk which is something that Ive never heard of.The overall experience was blah. I didnt hate it, but I know that it was interesting enough for me to want to come back for me.

Located inside the mall, Bird Pick has a great menu of to-go drinks to try. I tend to stick with the Tropical Sunrise. The Tropical Sunrise is made with their Black Forest Fruit Tea, White Tea, and fresh fruit and mint. The staff is friendly, and will help you to find a good drink.

Horrible service! I ordered two lattes and I waited over 30minutes for them to be made. The woman who was attending me was named Diana and she continued to apologize for the wait. Whenever a new customer would order, she would make their drinks immediately meanwhile I continued to wait for mine. She eventually made me my drink but it was the wrong one. She apologized once again and then continued to make the drinks for people that had barely ordered.

Great tea selection and very knowledgeable employees. They allow tea tasters so that you can know what youre getting before you buy.

This is probably a wonderful place unless you arrive half hour to 15 mins prior to closing. I went in the first time and was totally ignoredI decided to go back buy it was even worse. I did get the dried herbs I was after as a gift for s friend. The girl seemed very annoyed with my questions and informed me ay 8:50 pm they were not serving any drinks.

I really like places that offer good-quality, natural teas. I was excited to discover this location in the mall. I usually get the Lychee Oolong tea. I like the balance between the lychee flavor/sweetness and the oolong tea. The service is always good. Its a good place to check out if you want a unique iced/hot tea to quench your thirst.

Yay! I dont have to drive all the way to Santa Monica anymore for bird pick!!!I would recommend this place to all the tea lovers. I introduced the one in sm to two tea enthusiasts and they are HOOKED! As a graphic designer, bonus points for their branding system. Packaging, labels, info graphics, interior etc.Perfect Christmas gifts. You can buy the mini blossom tea (comes two per can) or mini glass container with tea. Its a lil pricey but the quality is worth it. Dont forget the lil instruction paper that comes with the blossom tea.Their tea bar is really nice. They can custom make teas (some places have hidden drink menus - like Starbucks). Because this place is new, they might not have any yet. I really liked their houjicha caramel latte.Service is great. You have to be a little patient if they are helping other customers. They do acknowledge that you are here and they try to help you asap.Bathroom: is hard to find. Theres a clean one in best buy next door. The other restrooms are on the other side of the mall (gross).They have the best jasmine tea.You can even come here to chat with friends over a nice cup of tea ;)
