Really amazing customer service!

Good selection bit a bit of a small store. the staff is knowledgeable and eager to help even though they push getting a GNC member rewards card to much.

They three times told me they would discount, and after the transaction, had discounted my bulk purchase. When I realized they had not, I returned to the counter. Only then did they tell me that my purchase did not qualify. Unethical; greedy. Buyer beware. Equivalent of stealing.

Horrible customer service. Especially from a young man, couldn’t catch his name but wasn’t helpful at all. Didn’t know the answers to my questions as if he was new.

I went to buy a particular someone who can not even represent himself started to ask me personal question forever and even after i continually told him im interested in just this item he continued to go on giving me advice about how to eat healthy. finally he just left without saying a word of help about what I wanted to purchase.I chose what i need and went to the cashier, the girl is sooooooo mean she scanned my gold card and told me sorry you have no discount, i had just checked the same product on my phone and figured out that their price is already double how it is sold online for the same product. the sad thing is 2 other employee came standing next to her and just stared at us, and when i left the item and before we walk away they start to make fun and giggle. worst customer service ever . not to mention dont waste your money on there expensive products everything they carrry u can find online cheaper. that the 2nd time i visit their store and different locations and still had bad experience . dont ever go to GNC they suck, my friends warned me abotu their customer srvice but i didnt listen :( sadly

Responsive seller, helped me figure out a lot. Thanks to him! A very large range of products in this store :) I am very satisfied.Now I read other reviews, and bad ones too. Im surprised that such bad marks. There are probably several vendors there. Therefore, someone is out of luck.

I started acomprating my vitamins in this place because they get points that I can exchange for another vitamin. I recommend you visit this place and you will not regret it
