Excellent place to get the well-known honey baked ham.You have to go to the side of the store to order their sandwiches.I got the Smoke Stacker sandwich. It had a lot of tasty honey baked ham on it. It was slathered with a good amount of bbq sauce. Had good cheese and some veggies. It was pretty filling and amazing in quality. Their included cookie was soft and chunky.The place was clean and proper. Lots of display of their other products. The staff was very nice and accomodating.Parking is decent. Didnt have a problem getting a spot.I cant wait to go back and try their other sandwiches.

I visit this location on occasion for their sandwich counter. They have a great selection of produce, meats and fixings along with a variety of sides, with the bbq baked beans and cheesy potatoes topping my favorites. Its a great, quick stop for a delicious lunch and the counter is open until 5pm.

I had no idea that it would be so crowded, but the line was around the block and then some on the day before Thanksgiving. And I was there at 8am. But the line moved pretty fast, and to be able to share the delicious Honeybaked ham at Thanksgiving makes it all worth it.

I used to work at this location the sandwiches are good but would I eat here now that I longer work here? Um no I dont know anyone in there😂😂😂😂

Location and parking are a bit small but once you find a spot and line up it goes by very fast. The service was so quick as they had a good 5 to 7 registers open for orders. I had to pick up my small ham order and showed my email and the transaction was quick!

Tricky location to get into & I had to drive around the block. Their service is second to none! Smile, professional, efficient. I cannot ask for anything else.

Hey what can I say we all know its delicious. Shipped a ham to me in two days perfectly packed for freshness.

Got a 5 lb ham & a smoked turkey breast for Thanksgiving. Between Covid and the stores popularity, the experience was great. May have been in line for 10 minutes. I dont think it was that long. Was in and out in 2 minutes. Showed my reservation and was on my way. Would order from them again.

I was told that they make sandwiches so I went in. Much to my surprise they make a lot more than sandwiches. I purchased a hot and cold sandwich as well as a ham ( and it wasnt even a holiday) I also purchased some side dishes. Everything was tasty and I will return. The restaurant was not crowded and the staff was nice. A bit pricey but I didnt have to cook dinner that night so it was money well spent 😂

Honey Baked Ham is always good. The Culver City location may be on the small side, but they have a full range of ham sizes, sides, sandwich bar and condiments. The employees are very nice and knowledgeable about all the products they sell. I live over 15 miles away, in L.A. thats a lot of traffic, and this is my favorite location to visit. There is ample free parking as well.

I got a burnt ham with no crust ..myself and my cousin order a Tavern sandwich the bread was stale.. and its not the first time. When I bought the ham back because it was burnt and dry the manager was very rude.. wish I had taking a picture of it

This review is not about the ham alone...it is delicious, of course and a holiday staple for many. This store is also a great uncrowded place to grab a quick lunch. They have hearty sandwiches, soups and salads. Very much like homemade. The staff is always accommodating and friendly. Try it!

Although there was a line to get my Thanksgiving ham; the line moved quickly and it was well organized inside and out. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Job well done by their staff.

Went here a week before Christmas, not crowded only four people allowed in at a time. Got my merchandise and was out in no time at all.

Never buy a Honey baked Ham from the Torrance store, l usually ask to see my Ham before l buy it cuz one time it was not fully sliced, and then this time they said NO, due to COVID19, so l bought it, took it home for Thanksgiving dinner, it was BURNED on the outside and dry.

The ham is very tender and it really is the best ham in town. You wont make a mistake in buying one....

I always go to HoneyBaked on Jefferson in Culver City but this year I had the best experience ever. My cashier was Genesis and she was an awesome help to me beautiful young lady very helpful I really appreciate her. I was in pain and my hands were hurting and swollen because I have rheumatoid arthritis and this young lady carried my bags to the car for me. I am very grateful for that she was truly a blessing thanks much Genesis you are a superstar.

I would skip a worker named Stephanie!! Horrible customer service and bad energy! I really enjoy honey baked but could do without the weirdness!

The Hams can be hit or miss...we have bought a number of Hams as of late that have been very Dry and tough and it seems this is happening more often than not these days..The quality has definitely gone down in the last few years.

I bought a small ham sat Feb 15 just mins before closing...paid 31.00 and took it home....to my surprise it was burnt and very hard...could not believe it..! Mad mad mad....tried to take it back but closed on sunday.....should be 1 star but this Never happen before.....but Im still MAD! And for that kind of money! My dog is happy though.

Always great meats, the sides are not a hommade like taste, but this establishment is best for meats and rolls only. You have to pick up your food early to ensure they do not run out but easy to reheat meal and no complaints here.

Friendly people,I had noticed my debit card was overcharged and I spoke to the Manager Nano (I believe)He was kind and asked me if my card was a prepaid card because he had ran across the same issue before, However he told me to come back with my receipts and he would kindly adjust it if a problem was on their end. He was absolutely right the next day my card refunded the overcharged amount. My debit card for some reason charges more than the amount i actually paid but later refunds the difference. Thank You. Ham was disappointing dry not good at all

I love Honey Baked Ham and this location is a good one. The sandwiches are well made, not skimpy on ingredients. They have homemade cookies for 50 cents, the employees are very nice and patient... all in all a very good Honey Baked store!

Love the Cranberry Turkey sandwiches. Soo good! And if you are looking for a whole honeybaked ham for an event, then look no further. They have the best selections and juiciest hams!

Food tastes are relative. I leave that to the taster. Expect to wait in line outside upwards of an hour during high-volume holidays. Reservations and walk-ins share the same single line. Only direct HoneyBaked ham coupons are valid. The line may exceed 1/8 of a mile in length during high-volume holidays and will snake around the parking lot without proper guidance or direction.

I visited for Thanksgiving & offered to bring a Ham. Fantastic my hosts replied. Everyone at the dinner asked whered you get this ham? WHY? I asked. Its the worst ham weve ever had from HoneyBaked they answered. So I tasted it and they were right. Half a ham for $64 no one ate except maybe a homeless dumpster-diver. But the line moved so quickly I even mentioned it...the store was very prepared, the staff efficient and friendly.

I reccommend having it delivered next year... The lines moved fast. Low end weight of what i reserved was the only option.The foil and plastic was disheveled put into a takeout bag all of which were sticky.. Including the pen.... No debit just charge...

Plan for a wait. Plan for a line down the block. Plan for nil parking & Culver City Parking cops lurking abhout ready to pounce. Plan for 45 minute to one hour to purchase plus walk back to wherever you parked-- if you thought ahead and made a reservation. The Security Guard was very nice as he managed crowd control. The day B4 Thxgiving was not so much The Day Of The Ham--more like Day of the Locusts. ---great smoked meat.

I ordered a gluten free ham a week ago for my Thanksgiving dinner. Since I have a child with celiac disease this is not just a fad or a choice--it is crucial to their health. They charged my credit card immediately (of Course) and promised delivery by today the 21st. When it had not arrived by this afternoon I started trying to call for help--but I could never get through. So now I am facing Thanksgiving without the main course about which I centered the entire meal--and no help from the jerks who broke their promise. Please spread the word not to depend on this company for an important meal or event. Everyone makes mistakes--but if you cant even reach them you are just screwed. DONT COUNT ON THEM!
