Im not sure that they have a dedicated person working the store/office because communication was a little spotty. Service and product quality however, are excellent. The pickup and delivery of my item was on time and fast. Pickup guys were very friendly. Pricing was decent and they stayed at the price quoted. Hoping I dont have any more broken glass, but if needed, Id work with AAA again.

The glass came out great - I should start with that. And Ive used on 2 different occasions.However, the person behind the counter has no customer relations skills over the phone or in person. He acts as if he could care less if I was to use his shop or not.(He also was on speaker phone carrying out a transaction with a client while I was at the counter, as a previous reviewer stated.)

Installed my bathroom mirror, a very nice shower enclosure, and a behind the door mirror. All good work. I would use this company again.

Would have been nice if the guy behind the counter would have taken his phone off of speaker when there is a customer standing there.

Would give zero if possible! Only wants to do the EASY stuff. AKA a square mirror.

Im assuming the owner of this store died . For the past week I have tried to go into this store, once on Monday at 12pm and then again on Tuesday at 2pm and both times the door was locked and no one was there. Then I called to see if I could just get an estimate and no one answered. Moving on.
