Had a great time looking at furniture tonight with my five year old, the store is huge and full of brand-new heavily discounted pieces that could save you thousands.Pros:- Brand new furniture for the most part as some things get returned for reasons like the piece couldn’t fit in someone’s house or an order was cancelled.- great prices- LOTS of defective pieces so you can see if things would break how they would break - I was surprised to see a lot of bureaus were not all “soft close” for the price, I like that in general.- all the fabrics are on display- great salespeople!Cons:- Complete sets not available- You see the quality in reality and have to think of it’s worth it vs the cost. Even with 50% off some of these pieces are pricey and if they’re poorly made that turns you off to the brand a bit

TL;DR high priced Restoration Hardware furnishings are discounted but still high. A bagan for those who can find exactly what they want and were willing to pay the full price.

Great experience there, price is right and instant delivery for people that cant wait 3 months for delivery....best part was Eddie, what an asset to RH ...he made it so easy for us to furnish most of the new place in 2 visits.Pleasure working with you Eddie and Paul.

The staff seemed nice at first. But not willing to help you out what so ever and then if they do they want to raise the price on the furniture. Better off being a member and going to the real RH. This is a joke. Most everything is cracked, sagging l l, stained and ruined for a measly couple cheaper then member pricing. As well the non accommodating staff didn’t help.

The furniture is so cool its so amazing I love Restoration Hardware and Im excited that I found this cool outlet so close to home, you should check it out.

I don’t know why everyone is upset about the customer service, it’s an outlet store, you’re not working with a designer to pick your fabrics because you’re on a budget, and when I went in I literally just asked an associate for help and they were there and super informative. Everything is super cheap compared to the flagship stores so if you treat it like it is, an outlet store, you won’t be disappointed. The Maxwell sofa I bought was 2,200 instead of 4,600 and I just spent $50 bucks to load it in a U-haul instead of hiring the 3rd party moving companies they have there. So I’d say you can get quite a good deal at this place if your not picky about the experience.

The furniture is very high end and pricey. The quality of it makes the buy worth it. However the RH IN Culver City store next to pier one has horrible customer Service. I have been in the store several times and no one approached me to help. Could it be because I am woman of color and they assume I have no money ?Humm. Mckenzie one of the stores lead is the worst. When I was able to get someone to help me and ask if I could get an additional discount for a chip on a 1800. table Mckenzie look at me and not speaking to me said to sales person she can take like it is or leave it and walked away. TRULY! she did. I was shocked. I wanted the table and made a special effort to get it. I am sadden that pier import went out of business who always had excellent customer Service and this store RH in Culver city is allowed thrive. Good luck if you go there my only advice DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH MCKENZIE !!!

Beautiful furniture, however don’t expect good service. The staff is very unprofessional and not very helpful. When I spoke to a manager of the store he stated they are short staff and that was his explanation for the poor service. Very disappointed.

Nice selection but much smaller than long beach location

Staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased a bed frame with minor scratches and missing bolts and they were able to make recommendations on how to fix it and where to get materials. Thanks, Nate!

Bring your wallet with you fine taste in decorating, and leave this place like we always do. With no money, but the finest interior decorated home this side of the Rockies. Being serious, there are some amazing deals to be had. If your handy with your tools you can fix the issues that come with some of these items. Why else would they be so sharply discounted. If you want it to be brand new order it out of the online store and pay double. It a gold mine for some do it yourselfers.

Hit or miss. The selection is great in some categories and cruddy in others.There are plenty of high end selections, it’s the more affordable stuff that is a challenge to find that hidden gem.The staff is helpful when available. My issue is with the other shoppers who treat the furniture so poorly or have no decency. You can be actively purchasing a chair or sofa, speaking with the sales person and somebody will look at you and plop their chubby @ss down and wipe their hands all over the fabric.Lost one star for poor customer management and one star for policies that would leave them with random, odd number of dining chairs.

Crazy big place! Way better selection than their LB location. Maybe I shouldnt tell you that...great customer service. But 2 stars for pick up, cuz we waited 3 hrs for our item to be packed for us to take home.

You can find good deals sometimes, but the original prices they put on the tickets not correct sometimes the price they ask is the same price you can order new one.

Great place to purchase furniture, though prices can be very expensive for a outlet store. There is always some kind of percentage discount on most of the items for sale at this location in the ontario mills mall.

Huge warehouse with a mish-mash of different things to pick from. May get overhwelming if you dont know exactly what youre looking for - so maybe have an idea first before you go.We were approached by employees asking if we needed help, but they werent overly hovery.Would go again.

The manager was a great help with looking in the back to see if any cushions for my outdoor furniture were available. You wont get whatever color you want but a neutral can always work.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Interesting furnishings, but all of it is pretty expensive and they don’t accept returns.

Used to love RH they dropped a lot of the hardware and sell very expensive furniture. I dig the style for the most part but there is little I would purchase.
