I have ordered several items form Danish Design Store, they have great customer service. They keep you informed step by step when you item has been produced and each step of in its journey until it is at our home. The product is made of the highest quality material. Great experience all around!

My one and only experience (to date) with the Danish Design Store has been a very good one. I ordered two shelves, but only received one. I sent them an email on a Sunday and they followed up the next day asking for some photos. I sent them what they asked for and shortly thereafter I received the second shelf. Problem solved. Their website is easy to use, the communication I had with them was prompt, clear and friendly, and I cant say enough about the product. Just beautiful. The only reason for the 4 stores (instead of 5) was the price of the shelves. Maybe its just me - they are beautiful and exactly what I was looking for, but the price seemed a tad high in my opinion. Their pricing will limit how often I will be able to shop with them in the future. That being said, if youve never shopped with Danish Design before and are hesitant to do business with them, I say dont be. Beautiful products, easy to use website, and exceptional customer service, which can be hard to come by these days.

The Softline Loft modular sofa not only met, but exceeded my requirements in both style and price. In fact, they had numerous styles which ticked both boxes. Surprising, considering I’d searched literally hundreds of websites, only to come up completely empty at every single one.I addition to everything I’ve mentioned, DDS offers the absolute lowest shipping rates I’ve seen anywhere… and not just by a little. I’m in Western Canada, and the three-piece modular sofa I purchased will be shipped to my door, for a mere $89. Let me see you find a rate lower than that anywhere else. I mean, most retailers in Vancouver (25km from me) were going to charge $250, with the absolute lowest rate being $100.Plus, they keep you unbelievably well-informed at every step of the shipping process. They let you know exactly where you purchase is, both in the production/shipping process, and geographically. There’s no guesswork or worry involved, because you know exactly what is happening with your purchase at all times. Believe me, you will not receive much reassurance from other retailers, because they don’t know any more about your purchase than you know. As a result, you worry how long it will take to receive your new furniture. Relief from your worry will come one or two days prior to delivery, when you will be expected to be home all day to receive your order. Good luck, if your employer isn’t flexible with scheduling…I absolutely love DDS. Anytime I need something new for my condo, I won’t even waste my time checking out any other store. DDS has the styles you simply cannot find anywhere else… Even if by some miracle, they happen to offer the same item, you’d better believe you’ll be paying more!

So I finished painting and clearing out 2 rooms and I was preparing for my 5 grandchildren to visit . I needed soft corners and beds. Then COVID hit ! I could only shop on line. Danish Design store sent fabric samples and when I needed larger samples they sent those. They were patient and gave me good advice. I got weekly updates on fabrication and delivery progress.The furniture arrived on time beautifully packed . I purchased Softline, Montana & Mater. The upholstered items were beautifully executed. Shout out to Erin who was so helpful.

Great selection of unique and practical pieces. Loved the workmanship of the outdoor furniture, the quality and comfort and the additional plus of having a fantastic customer service experience with the staff of the store. They promptly addressed my questions regarding the pieces I was ordering and even contacted the manufacturer to obtain more detail information. The delivery was prompt and all the items were carefully wrapped and received in perfect condition. The shipping company even texted me and called me to inform me of the delivery date and time! Just an all around fantastic experience!

Not only the Danish Design Store has one of the best selection of classic furniture in Los Angeles but the pieces and accessories they sell are almost readily available. I bought me a octagonal mirror for my apartment. I love it! The mirror itself is orange-red and gives a distinctive hue the area you’re looking at. It’s a reflection in red. Great service and prompt delivery. Totally satisfied with this store.

Do not purchase online from them. If you received defective goods they will still make you responsible for shipping the product back or make you argue with them to waive the restocking fee. If lamps come with cracks that are not part of the product description, that’s called inaccurate item description and being deceitful and should be the responsibility of the company.

Danish Design store was recommended to me by a Dane when I was shopping on vacation in Copenhagen, Denmark. I wanted to purchase some Fritz Hansen Series 7 chairs and was told that buying in the US was easier than buying them in Demark and shipping. I mentioned that I had a bad experience with a local store in Kansas City trying to purchase them a few months earlier, he referred me to Danish Design. When I got back home I looked at their website which was fantastic, made a phone call to them and they answered all my questions. I got the chairs I wanted at a small discount with free shipping.
