Ordered lights a week ago, charged credit card right away and sent a link to some very invasive software to track it. They want access to my contacts and location to track. I need to track where i sent it, not where Im at now! Called customer service and guy seemed bothered that I would call to see if it was sent yet and hung up on me without answering my questions. Dont know if it was sent or when it will show up if at all. They have no inventory and have it sent to them and then they send it out is all I found out.

I ordered a product that had a delay shipment by both of the largest (HD & L) home repair /DIY stores of months.I received my product in just over a week.

Entire order of fixtures cancelled after about a 4 weeks. Email stated that they did not have enough stock. I called to see if only certain items were out of stock. Person that answered the phone stated that I would have to talk to someone else who is currently busy but would call me back. Never received a callback.I am accustomed to longer waiting for certain items, but this is unacceptable. 10 items ordered and after a month apparently none of them are in stock. Thank you for singlehandedly throwing a project schedule off track. Could have ordered somewhere else earlier if it werent for such bad communication.

Purchased lighting cans and led lights online and they ended up being backordered for two weeks. Items showed up loosely packed in a another products box. Two of the cans were missing side plates from the junction box. Found one under the flap of the box. Called customer service and the guy said that he saw them loose in the box when it left. I had to tell him several times that I was still missing a side plate. After arguing back and forth he said he’d refund my money for one can. I appreciate the small attempt to make it right but after waiting two weeks I have to still try to get a replacement plate or order another fixture because of poor shipping practices when a few pieces of tape and not shipping loosely packed parts could have prevented this.

Tried calling and the guy who answered was pretty unhelpful and it seemed like it was a nuisance that I even called. Definitely dont plan on using then anymore. Ended up calling Christies lighting gallery and they were awesome and very helpful.

I order hard-to-find recessed ceiling LEDs and Buy Rite had them and delivered.

Ordered two items which were in stock according two their website. Received an order confirmation. Today, received an email stating that both items were out of stock, but they could get me one of the items for 50 dollars more. Standard bait-and-switch, but still annoying.

Item was exactly what I needed. I ended up ordering 3 different times. Little slow to ship the first order, but the next two were here in no time. Would purchase from this company again.

I was shopping on their web site called to verify that a Panasonic fan/heater was in stock super helpful and friendly had the fan in my hands with in two days THANKS !

Had a great experience here. I went to three other shops before the guys here gave me a real solution to the supposed problem with my junction box / ceiling fan combo. Turns out the box I had would work just fine when I thought I needed a new one, and they took the time to explain why. No hard sell on unnecessary equipment, and even threw in some hardware for free. I’ll be making them my go-to for electrical and lighting going forward.

I always come here when I need help with lighting or electrical equipment. The staff is very knowledgeable, polite, and fast. I recently wanted to install smart lights throughout my home and Alex was able to tell me which switches to buy and even introduced me to a nice electrician to help me out. Great staff! Terrible experience. Purchased two items online and after one attempted install, I noticed both pieces were altered (most likely from a prior return). I reached out multiple times in order to return the items and never heard a response. Really disappointing. I would recommend shopping anywhere else.

If i could rate this company a negative 5 i would. I have never experienced the disrespect and lack of professionalism encountered during my interaction with this individual. He chose to argue with me and do me a “ favor” to “only “ charge 30 percent of a restocking fee which they charge bc it costs gas to get a product. NOTE- you cannot return products here.

Dont bother returning your item. Their website is misleading about returns. They informed me its a 40% restocking fee which cant be found any where on their site. What terrible customer service. Buy else where.

Terrible company. Lousy personnel. Called to check on status, the dude was very rude, disrespectful and hung up on me ! Their prices are 35% more than else where. Their 4.6 stars are false. They are not in BBB. Just all and all very poor business practices. Online says in Stock, when called they did not know and then said is back order item. Just pure lies. STAY AWAY from these Buyrite people as they are rude, pricy and disrespectful of their customers. I would give them ZERO stars if I had choice. Some in review before said credit card info was stolen from their site so just be very careful of this business and their dishonest owners, who ever they may be .

Worst buying experience ever. I actually ordered “slope” instead of “super slope” and now I’m stuck with $400 worth of material I can’t do anything with and want to charge me $130 to return it and want me to ship it back with a $90 cost. I tried to talk to them about helping me out some since I was going to order to correct material from them but they refuse to answer me. Now I know to never ever buy from this company again. Small company and getting bigger and they just lost all my future purchases
