First I want to say this was the cleanest restaurant I have ever seen. Ridiculous clean. Second they were so friendly and quick. Christopher waited on us and was very proficient in his job. Great job Christopher.Now to the food. We are visiting from Philly so this is the first time ever here.Burgers were great! Bun was great. Burgers were very small and thin though.Fries were as good if not better than McD’s. That is a first ever. Awesome job and love from the east coast. When can we get one in Philly??

😩We are the unlucky: Most people say this place is super fast, we waited 10-15 minutes for our animal burger and animal fries.During our many visits to LA area we always try a In-N-Out burgers at different locations, they are alway ok, what am I missing, wheres the amazing burger, the life changing taste. Note to self, its only a burger, stop expecting more.🤦🏻‍♂️FYI, the staffs are super polite and friendly.

This place has a continuous line of customers and they keep them flowing through very quickly. The staff were all very polite and the food was definitely up to the high standards I expect from In-N-Out Burger.

This was my very first time eating at this establishment.At first I was surprised by how limited their menu choices were as I has heard the chain was quite popular. Let me say this, you do not need to have many selections when you do the selections that you have so amazingly well.The patties of my Double Double were so juicy with that authentic char grilled flavor that makes burger cross the threshold from good to incredible. The mix of flavors was wonderful.Get the onion! It makes a subtle but important statement on your burger.To say I was satisfied is an understatement. I ordered a second Double Double after having enjoyed first.I now see what all the hype I about, and I MUST say it is very well deserved.

Fantastic stuff! Its been years since Ive been able to have In-N-Out. The burger is in another league from fast food. The texture of the patties were light, but fulfilling, not too greasy. Buns were soft and fluffy, toasted it seems. Ingredients all compliment each other well. Fries were great, and pink lemonade was great. Service was fast, and their parking lot and inside looked impressively clean.

I like In N Out but I dont know if its worth a special trip. There are places with better burgers and fries IMO. But they have a really good operation and friendly staff. I had the double double and animal style fries. The fries alone are a not my favorite, small and hard, but they are really nice dressed up with sauce IMO. Overall INO is a reliable spot for a good meal.

Nice place, the food took a little long to be ready but the prices are just too good, the meal is about $7 however the quality is not great.

By far the best burger I ever had in my life and the shake was so good just didn’t like the paper like straw. Presentation and cleanliness is awesome and they had someone in drive thru walking to take orders since it was packed. They move fast I must say.

I love going to this in and out. Neapolitan Shake is the best in town; they always get it right...the three layers are always separate...they never mix them together and the shake is always thick. This place is so busy and their bathroom is kept in a very good and stocked condition. Side note check out the gear online.......purse is a must have.

You will always get a hot, made to order burger and fries at In-n-Out. Regardless of the location you visit, this business has made its reputation at consistently serving quality food, made to order, in a quick and friendly manner. There is no comparison to any other burger stand out there. They are just as good today in 2021 as they were back when I was a kid in the 70s. There is a reason this business has been around since 1948, quality is key.

Idk how this place is compared to whataburger!!! Not in the same ballpark. I waited to try it till I visited cali to get the best experience possible and it was a total let down.

My first experience at this fast food chain! It was pretty good. The burgers were good not great. The service was really fast. The place was clean and I love that you can look right into the kitchen. My only complaint is that you can order like “animal fries” which I was unaware nor informed about until I saw it being prepared for another customer.

Went through the drive through but the line was moving really fast. The staff was really nice and the burgers and shakes were fresh! Only thing is the employee didn’t give me the meal so I didn’t get any fries, even though I told him I wanted fries but it was fine.

Ordered the cheeseburger and fries. The food was excellent. The parking lot is horrible tho. It was hard to get into or out of. If u go, I suggest parking at the Costco, which was not the best either but it is your best option.

You know you cant go wrong with them the burgers are well cooked and the fries arent greasy but nice and crispy. Plus you have to love their signature sauce!!!! Dont forget to try a shake.

The burgers here are freaking delicious and the service is really fast and friendly. I recommend trying out one of their burgers if you havent had one before.

I went to this location once. Parking lot was horrid. Cramped and crowded. I was very hungry, though. Food and service was excellent, though I had to park next door, in a lot for an office building that was posted that they would cite and tow anyone headed to IN-N-OUT BURGER instead of their own facility. Luckily, I got in and out without incident. Never went back, though.

The burger was delicious and juicy.There was plenty of space to sit outside.in general it was crowded and took quite a while to get the food.The chips in my opinion are very bad, dry, and inedible.

Average at best, I was really excited to try this iconic chains burger, I was left disappointed not by the long wait, but, the rather tasteless burger.

No visit to LA is complete without a trip to In n Out. If you havent already been you should go and if you have then you know why you should go back. The staff are friendly and fast, and the food is always fresh. I managed to go during a quieter time and got a table no problem. Thats the only issue is that its so popular finding a seat can be tricky. However, it is a mark of how great the food is.

This was pretty good, the fries were a hell of a lot better than the fries at the Austin, Texas locations. This is only the third time I’ve eaten at this restaurant, and the first time I’ve eaten it in California, and I really do like it. Also the prices are fair, and the customer service was amazing at this location. If I lived here I would be coming back, but I live in Texas, so I won’t be coming back. I ate here for the experience, and it was a good one. Thank you. :)

The sauce in the burgers its different of course gives it a good taste the french fries have a different seasoning however my fries were very old in hard crispy which of course I can tell you I would not want to drive 7 hours away to go get those kind of fries so I give it a 3 its okay if youre hungry stop and get you one and taste a different Burger but I will not drive 7 hours for this

Like any other in n out, they have fast service and excellent food. I got a 4 by 4 and they made it extremely quickly.

Line was a little long but like any other In-N-Out, their quality of measl always are the same. Burgers are delicious and cheese fries are something that you can not ignore. The milkshakes are 100% a get, almost the same as an ice cream but has more of a liquid texture.

I had the fries that were topped with cheese and special sauce. The fries were cold, the sauce was cold and it just had a slice of cheese put on top that wasnt even melted.

Lobby is still closed due to covid-19. However, it seems to be just as busy as before covid-19 even came about. Very clean environment. They have security at this location even though in my opinion, there is no need for one.

This is a West LA staple. If you’ve never experience In-N-Out, you have to come stop in just for the experience. The food is great and simple. What’s great about this location is the large dining area, both inside and outside. The drive thru line is typically very long, so I always go inside and get my food pretty quickly. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the lobby is typically very clean, especially compared to other fast food establishments.

This is a very busy location so be prepared for that. Must try In-N-Out at least once in your life. Try animal style at least once unless your not a fan of grilled onions then hold the onions. There is also an option to order cheese fries. The service is good but the food is okay. Im all about team Whataburger.

Honestly dont understand what the hype is. Burgers were a mix of Carls Jr, McDonalds and Burger King. Tasty (thanks to the onions) but dry. Service was great - slow and definitely not in n out. Fries were the most disappointing aspect - they were stale and the cheese just wasnt very tasty.

Love InNOut but this locations parking is crazy! Located near Costco, its a zoo trying to park around lunch time. Way too little parking! Better to brave the long drive through lines. Food was fabulous as usual though.

I normally try to review smaller restaurants rather than chains but I had to make a post for the famous east coast, west coast battle for the best burger. The animal sauce double burger was great and definitely up there with other top burgers but it’s by far not the best. I’ll just say that I really like the vibe in all of the in and out shops, the servers are super friendly, and the food is definitely worth it.
