My husband and I always go to get cleanings and inspections on our jewelry. Its always a nice experience. There was a new young lady weve never encountered before. She should be a little more mindful of how she encounters and speaks with existing customers. Customer service is important to us. She will get better as time goes on....But everyone else was lovely. Weve been coming here for years. But she kind of treated me as if I wasnt much initially. I didnt know why, I was bright and bubbly. So huh...maybe she was having a day as we all do ..its ok...Im still going to keep our business with this location as I enjoy the customer service so much...thank you Zales😊

I went in to get my ring cleaned after two years of purchase and they did the absolute best to not clean it. I turned it in and I received it back within one minute. The stones were still very foggy, I can say I wasnt the only customer but a cleaning service to my ring doesnt make me any less of a customer. Very unsatisfied!

This is the 2nd time we have purchased jewelry from zales and it had come broken, I wanted to give this to my wife as birthday gift today, she opened it and it was opened broken. Drove half an hour to get to the store and get a refund, they told me their system is down and that I will have to come back. That is obviously not my problem, I shouldn’t have to jump through all these hoops to get quality service and jewelry. The staff was also very unapologetic.

The blond haired woman in the front is very very rude and racist. When she realizes you’re going to purchase something she actually changes her attitude and becomes more helpful. She makes sly uneducated remarks just because of my race and I was a young person buying jewelry. From the looks of it they barely have customers. Never shop here!
