They take their time with you to make sure you leave and return as a happy customer.There is a great selection of dance clothes, shoes and accessories. Also, you don’t need an appointment for pointe shoe fittings AND they take their time with you to make sure you have perfectly and safely fitting pointe shoes(unlike The Dance Store on Robertson Blvd !)Pointe shoe fittings are free(also unlike The Dance Store) and and after you buy 10 pairs, you get the 11th pair for free !

Wheres the discount?? I paid $12 for plain knee pads which ended up being too small so I then went to Big 5 and bought Nike knee pads for like $10 +tax. I just think putting Discount in the name is misleading. They have nice things here, theyre just not at a discounted rate. You have more options here than at Big 5 but I think Big 5 has better deals. If what you are looking for is a discount, then keep looking. If youre just trying to find something for your young child to wear to dance class, this is still a good spot.

I didnt appreciate bn told i cant get what i needed from the shelf on my own. No sign states workers only.Then the clerk continued to ask who the shoes are for. I just needed a size 2 nothing else. Why did it matter for whom the shoes are for. I am a very impatient person.Other than that I appreciate the stock availability.

Poor customer service and unacceptacle shipping time - a month?!? Do NOT depend on this store, RUN do not walk. Beware of fake reviews. This is the place for buying everything you need for your dancer. I became a loyal customer of this store for my daughter who is into ballet.

Place was pretty packed and had 1 associate working the register and 1 associate helping with shoes. They were pretty helpful but it would have been nice to have a second register open.
