I would give no stars.... They were paid to package an expensive delicate instrument. They did a HORRIBLE job. The instrument was damaged they will not refund my money and are saying its likely not covered by insurance. SHAME ON THIS PLACE! AND to top to off they said it could have been damaged before. Wow way to get out of ANY responsibility by calling your customer a liar. DO NOT GO HERE.

Very helpful and understanding staff - I had a difficult package to ship, and they made it as easy as possible and even made a few kind allowances for me. I will definitely come back here when I need to ship something overseas again!

Talk about terrible service. I waited 20 minutes even though there was only one person ahead of me. The people behind the counter seem to spend more time talking than they do helping customers. I go somewhere else if you have the option

When I am pressed for time and stress the most I know exactly where to go for help ... Love love this place! They handle it all Notary, Live Scan, they have a computer you can use the Internet for a fee, mailboxes for rent, printing, you name it they handle all of your needs with a smile and a wonderful family like setting . I’m so grateful for this location, it’s so easy you could fax anything to them or email anything to them and they will print it out for you in a split-second thank you Culver mailbox for all that you do !!!

Needed a Live Scan quickly and I was able to walk in and get one within minutes for $74 (that’s including the $50 for the DOJ and FBI fees. The fee that Culver mailbox charged for their service was only $24).No appointment needed. Brisa - who does the Live scan - was pleasant, efficient, professional and detail-oriented.She was also nice enough to wait for me slightly after closing time the next day so I could get an additional copy of the Live Scan form for my use. Thank you so much for all your help.

This has been my go-to mailing place for more than 7 years. They can handle all of your mailing needs. Theyre always very helpful and make sure you get the best shipping rates/methods. I wish USPS could be more like this place.

Needed a livescan and had issues finding a place that would take me immediately. There wasnt a wait here and the prices go comparable with other places. Much cheaper than Culver City PD!

Sales associate was very rude and did not indicate that a machine would take Over 5 minutes for each copy to be printed out with me waiting for 30 minutes for a 10 page copy job. The bigger issue was her inability to actually apologize for an inconvenience and not understand the dynamics involved.

I try calling and dont get anyone. You get someone on the phone every so often when you call. A real hit and miss. I recently requested my mail to be sent but it was never forwarded to me. Ive left messages and sent emails but no response. Ive rented a mailbox here for several months now and since they had a system break down the service level declined. Ive tried for 3 weeks to reach someone to have my existing mail forwarded. The last person who helped me did not know how to get into my account to charge my card.

Used them several times to mail items back home. The staff is always helpful & friendly.
