I never do these reviews, but while looking for the times of operation I saw a few negative reviews.. so I figured I’d put my 2cents in..I’ve been shopping at metropolis for over 10yrs.. i hate malls but I only go for this store.. I’m a big guy and they’ve always taken the time to give me there opinions (when asked) and always given me the best service.. Yes, I may be able to find it online cheaper, but I would not be able to try one and feel the quality of the stitching.. and of course the conversations we’ve had over the yrs.. I’ve never had a problem returning items, I’ll always return to Metropolis..... when I need to replace a pair of jeans (even though I hate shopping) I look forward to seeing my guys at Metropolis.

Came in to buy moto denim jeans, asked the owner if he can show me what he has, asked me what size sir? Maybe 42? I said no i wear a size 38 both the owner and a worker laughed and said who are you kidding Ive shopped here before but now that bridge was burned. I didnt buy anything and told him that was very discouraging (i said it very politely/ i dadded him if you will) he still didnt apologize.

I bought 2 pairs of Sean Jean jeans from this store. One pair had a button fly with rivets instead of a zipper. After a few wearings, one of the rivets came apart, not being securely attached. The gap left by the missing rivet prevented me from wearing the jeans because it looked like I walking around with my fly partially open.I took the jeans back for an exchange and the owner flatly refused, insinuating that I or someone damaged the jeans causing the rivet to come undone. I tried to show him that the other rivets were on so tight that it would take a pairs of pliers to pull them apart and that this was a defect in the manufacture of the jeans which he could return for a credit. He sarcastically suggested I sew on an ordinary button or contact Sean Jean directly, then rudely turned away from me and left me standing there in shock.This was my first purchase there and will be my last. Another other store owner would have easily rectified this unless maybe he buys seconds and palms them off on an unsuspecting public at first quality prices.This was my first purchase there and will be my last.LET THE BUYER BEWARE!

Arab worker will stare at you as if you already stole something. Saw some things I was planning on buying, but had to walk out because I felt like I was being racially profiled.

Worst store ever honestly. The arabs follow you around and wont even speak to you if you need help. Prices are more than the brand itself is selling it online. Everybody knows about this store terrible customer service and its return/exchange policy is horrific! What a dump.

The Arabs follow around everyone in the store, I was shocked to read similar reviews. I will never go here again. I wanted Black Pyramid. Ill order it online.
