Great store & my daughter loves the place

I really like this store selection and helpful staff. But, Ive been here 3x since October and each time they dont have the sizes of shoes Ive selected. For womens or mens.

Jacob is awesome. Probably one of the best customer service Ive ever received. I bought some vans and a week later when I was going to wear them I noticed the inside was ripping. I called the store and spoke with him and he said not to worry to bring them in but I couldnt go that same day so I went 4 days later and he was able to switch them for a new pair. He didnt have any in stock so he ordered them and had them shipped to me. He never seemed bother by having to go through this which was cool.

Id give the lady who helped me out 5 stars, she was helping me out and i asked for like a lot of shoes and she was really nice, the only thing that bothered me was that one of the other employees yelled at her when she asked how to do something on the register and i thought that was a lil ugly tbh treat your employees a lil nicer please shes doing her best

I was gifted shoes that were a size too small I called the store to see if they had the correct size in stalk Alex answered the phone she said yes they did I went in an hour later she had the shoes ready for me I tried them on and she did the exchange super fast she’s super friendly and helpful absolutely loved her.

Very good shoes at a reasonable price! And very friendly cashiers cute too 😋

Its was ok only that the helper told my daughter her shoes, were fake so she felt bad and we buyed the shoes else where instead.
