Ordered a curbside pickup and it was done quick. No longer needed the item because the colors for my event changed. Still waiting for them to return the item and give a refund. Cant reach a human or even an operator! Called customer service and they sent an email to manager and still nothing...

This is for the salon services they offer- It was an ominous start. My appointment was at 2pm, but things didn’t get going until about 2:30. I sat on the chair and she put the cape on me and then the hair stylist walks away for 5 min without saying anything. She came back smelling of smoke and threw, yes threw her lighter on the counter. I started describing what I wanted and she just rolled her eyes and let out a deep breath. -multiple times while she was cutting my hair- it seemed as if anything I said annoyed her. How is that professional??? She came back after 5 minutes and was constantly walking away to turn on music, charge her phone, talk to the receptionist, etc. I didn’t appreciate being jerked around in the chair and she was very rough when moving my head. After the fact, I realized that what she had picked up from the floor were the hair clips she had put in my hair!!! I was so disgusted. She washed my hair after the cut, didn’t put a towel around my neck, and a large part of my back was wet by the end. I didn’t feel it until afterwards because the water was warm. Then she said oh no, your back is wet, that happens when the client isn’t sitting in the correct place- 😆 seriously??!?! How are we supposed to know how to do your job?I believe she felt bad because she put a towel there and tried to blow dry the area and said to leave with it. She was quite sloppy, she burnt me with the blow dryer several times and almost poked my eye out with a comb. I don’t think that’s how haircuts are supposed to go. I didn’t like the way she left the front part of my bob, but I didn’t want to be there with her longer. I paid $75, more professionalism and hygiene are expected. I walked out past 3:30. If you choose this location, I advise you to not get your haircut by Norma Parks. Never, never, never again!

With the help of an associate in jewelry, I was able to find more hypoallergenic earrings than I expected. Prices were great, too.

The mens shoe section was completely self- service. No store staff to assist.

So horrible. We had an appointment for a photo shoot at 2pm and had to wait an hour, in an area that felt like had no a/c. They seemed to be double booked for both studios .Then they wanted us to wait an additional hours to view our photos. It was a complete waste of time.

I would give them zero stars if I could. The store is always uncomfortably hot, and the customer service is far from great. Today there were long lines at both registers on the first floor. I went to the jewelry department because there werent any customers there. They were standing around laughing, and talking, doing nothing. I asked one of the ladies if she would ring me up, and she said we work on commission over here, and we were told we cant ring up customers from other departments. Over the years I have had plenty on merchandise rung in that department, as long as they werent busy with a customer. I felt that she was being lazy, and unhelpful, so for me it was a real turn-off. 👎

Pennys has been a favorite for many years. like all clothing lines prices are way up. 24$ shirts are now 65. Still cheap compared to the high end department stores. Im always shopping for the sales.

Returned an item purchased on line.All returns are handled in one placeon 2nd floor. Quite quick and no hassle. Purchased a few inexpensive mens T shirts. Good deal and good enough to wear around the house or go for a jog etc.Store is in goid shape. clean and well stocked.

Limited sales associates to assist with merchandise availability. Shelves are full. During my visit visited fine jewelry to have stones replaced in my ring. Expected date of return early August 2021. Much longer than initially thought it would take.

The layout of the merch at the entrance way is well laid out and pulls you in. However, after you get pulled in by the front display, it isnt as exciting. Somewhat disappointed by the selection but like Pennys none the less.

Friendly and helpful staff. Store layout makes finding what you want convenient and easy. The store is well stock.

JCPenney is one of the legendary shop for shopper while visit USA. It was once had in Indonesia but already close. Everytime come back to USA will drop by and shop there.

They dont have a lot in stock so that makes finding what you want harder, otherwise its good. Prices are okay.

I went to Penneys twice today and each time was checked out by Yolanda Associate #0494. She is very polite and helpful, never losing her smile. I had not met her before today but on future shopping trips I plan to look for her.

Alright guys this one hit me like a trolly...so I went on my lunch break to buy my daughter a dress when i arrived the downstairs was presentable but when i went upstairs total chaos...I had a hard time finding what I was looking for it was a huge mess couldnt even walk by and customers all around the cash registers getting $10 offer theres not control they should of done it to the side im sorry but management needs to get on it this was dissapointing it made me not want to buy anythin...but you know what i did notice hardworking employees i saw them breaking a sweat trying to help customers except for the one that helped she was slow and another guy that was there....the woman next to us she was killing it girl was sweating customers were being charged fast she had surveys i wish i got her name...i think with a lil bit of help organizing you guys should be good this a busy location...also another thing guys if u have time and can get past the mess they have alot of specials right now even tho its hard to know what is what there alot to pick from with all specials take advantage guys 😊 I bought a beautiful mermaid doll for my daughter for only 18$ but yea im not going back ....unless I have time to spend in valley of the shadows of death😂😂😂😂😂im jk kidding if i go back i will help u guys...shhh its our secret!

Was pushing to get a credit card. They processed and I said no, that I didnt want to do it.

I liked the service. The only thing I had to return because they left the security ink tags on my Levis. But clean, good service, organize. Just careful make sure the levis nike, and fanatics clothes and a couple of other brands carry security tags. So make sure they remove them before leaving the store.

I purchased some really nice Ecko brand items for men, 50% off and an extra 20% off using my JCPenneys card. The lines need more cashiers, but I would rather shop her than most department stores. This JCPenny location has everything and is huge. It is a 3 story store and they always have a section for all genders of clearance. Great clothing but it is slightly pricey.

Im going to be sad if JCPenneys finances continue to decline, because I count on this store. Today I shopped for underwear, something Penneys is justifiably well known for. Now that the Jockey brand has been conglomerated, Penneys store brand is the best value, in my view. The all-cotton, heavy duty T-shirts are a particularly high quality product, and with sales and discounts (a Penney specialty) a bargain as well.
